Sspring-AiDue to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent.
I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

GGastnutzerHotel is lovely and the bed very comfortable. Although fairly close to the airport there are no walkways if you wanted to go out for a stroll. Excellent function facilities. The pool was a bit disappointing. Lots of pigeons around it with pigeon poop so didn’t attempt a swim so if you’re looking for a hotel with a pool this is not for you. Staff were very attentive and always on hand so can’t fault the reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Lots of variety in restaurant. Lovely gesture to get a plate of cookies and chocolates delivered to your room mid afternoon. Nice bar with happy hour.

BBlackSilverGuyIch habe vor kurzem in diesem Hotel geblieben und hatte eine anständige Erfahrung. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und sauber, das ist immer eine toppriorität. NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

GGastnutzerWe were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants.
Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff.
At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

GGastnutzerBeautiful property like an oasis. It is close to shopping areas too, so good location. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. They are neither too small nor too big, specially for a single or a couple. The swimming pool is also of good size. The Gym is well equipped. The food in all restaurants is of wide variety and tasty. Service is good.
