We stayed four nights. Overall it was a good experience. On par as a four star hotel.
When we made reservation we thought we chose non-smoking room but our room clearly was not nonsmoking. Contacted the front desk and was told there was no nonsmoking room available but they can move us to another room and they will do some smoking cleaning treatment before we moved in. We decided to ask them to clean our existing room instead. The treatment was effective enough that we could barely smell the smoking odors.
For a small place like Xiapu, this place is good.

Am Ende des Nachmittags war der Tag gerade zu einem Sturm gekommen, mit einem scharfen Körper zum Morgengrauen Hotel in der Provinz, und es wurde im Lächeln des kleinen Bruders der Rezeption heilbar! Ich hörte, dass wir hier sind. Er hat uns sofort zwei Schachteln von Wasser aus dem Bergwerk geholfen, und er hat uns die nächste Reiseroute zu planen, auch die Schließzeit der Umgebungs Attraktionen erinnert sich sehr klar!
Als ich am nächsten Tag aus dem Haus kam, fand ich, dass der Regenbogen in das Zimmer fiel. Die Tante Guangxi kam zum Hallen und kam. Das Gefühl, dass es zu heiß ist, ist zu heiß ～. Sie hat alle Freunde, die gerne Touristen lieben, so ein intimes und warmes Hotel muss fünf Sternen loben!

非常愉快的一次酒店住宿。剛進酒店大堂就被驚艷到了，硬件超級優秀，茶水不間斷供應，白茶很好喝^_^。大堂外的造景還有錦鯉非常吸引小朋友，看小朋友在玩，前台工作人員熱情地送了一小包魚食給小朋友餵魚玩，心想這個酒店的工作人員真細心。後來才知道送魚食的工作人員就是服務超級優秀，從預訂開始就耐心解答，幫我們安排接送，安排房間的前廳經理胡娟，服務太貼心，親力親為，細節之處相當周到，根據我們的喜好安排了房間，兩間房間的位置也十分合理方便，隨時耐心解答關於遊玩的問題，給我們建議，讓我們出行十分順暢，趕海成功^_^。不愧是前廳經理，作為管理人員，從外形氣質，到舉止談吐和待人接物，都滿分優秀，前台的工作人員在胡經理的帶領下，都是微笑可親，酒店房間也很棒，設施高級，親子房非常童趣，帳篷還有燈帶，晚上很有意思，房間非常整潔乾淨，歡迎禮盒歡迎水果都十分OK，每天還會補充新的水果，酒店的早餐非常豐富，適合各個年齡層的口味。最後離開的時候，因為忘記了一件衣服，胡經理還特為給我們快遞，以後來霞浦，認準海悦就萬事大吉了！
