水城嘉舟和南充嘉舟應該是一家管理公司，所用的洗漱用品和裝修風格都差不多，但是南充嘉舟的房間面積和軟件服務要好很多。我們第一天入住的時候，就覺得不滿意，當天工作日，入住率不高，前台沒有主動升級房型的意思，也不能贈送娃娃一份早餐，拒絕得比較生硬。後來讓一位貌似開觀光車的師傅引導我們去入住樓棟，這個師傅真的是純帶路，沒有幫忙提行李的意思。到了以後發現房間臨街，有車輛過往，而且面積不大，光線有點暗，原來標間都是臨街，大床房向內，感覺選了一家江邊酒店，但是又完全沒有看到江。房間設施和全季麗楓差不多，缺少行李架，我們的箱子衹有攤開甩地上。沒有寫字枱，沒有枱燈，衹有一個小圓桌，娃娃做作業很不方便。地面打掃不乾淨，還有頭髮皮屑之類的。客房阿姨的服務質量有待提高，不專業。借幾個衣架給我，説木頭衣架是收費的，衹能借塑料的，大無語。酒店位置其實有點尷尬，在閬中新區外圍，離古城還有9公里，周圍沒有餐飲，打車也不便，第一次從古城打車回酒店，我一度擔心司機會不會收我返空費。下次還是住古城附近，出行方便點，就餐方便點。最後還是感謝前台一位年輕帥哥，幫娃娃打印了幾篇卷子，否則衹有打車去打印店了。
