Đi du lịch Huế 1 mình và có duyên book được Home . Thật sự rất ưng ý về phục vụ và không gian . Không thể chê được , vì đi có 1 mình nên ưu tiên nơi yên tĩnh . Home quá đẹp , đầy đủ tiện nghi và rất hiện đại , thơm , thoáng đãng , quá rộng ,.. tất cả thiết bị quá hiện đại , Home gần khu trung tâm nên đặt xe đi tầm 5-10p là tới nơi . Gần Aeon Mall nên làm gì cũng tiện , mình sẽ ghé lại nếu có dịp trở lại Huế . Cảm ơn rấc nhiều🥰

We had a wonderful stay here with my family and friends. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and everything felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, right next to the Imperial City in a very pleasant neighborhood, and only about 10 minutes from the center of Hue by Grab, so it’s easy to go everywhere. The pool and the garden area are really beautiful and create a very relaxing atmosphere. The whole environment is calm and charming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Hue.

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit, in diesem Hotel zu bleiben. Ich bin sicherlich nicht reich, aber das Personal hier hat mich begrüßt, geschätzt und wichtig. Nichts war für das Personal zu schwierig, sie gingen oben und darüber hinaus, um zu helfen oder Ratschläge zu geben, auch die Buchung täglicher Reisen und Limobus zu meinem nächsten Ziel. Ich hatte noch nie eine Tür geöffnet oder meine Taschen gebracht, ich fühlte mich wichtig. Sie brauchten waschen gemacht, sie kümmerten sich auch um das. Sie brauchten Geld ausgetauscht .... Sie kümmerten sich auch um das. Alle waren so freundlich und sehr professionell. Restaurant Manager, was für ein toller junger Mann. Barmanager ein anderer großer junger Mann Ein großer Schrei auf die Rezeption und Miss Phuong und Miss Nam. Danke für Ihre Gastfreundschaft, die interessanten Gespräche und Ihre freundlichen Worte für mich und meine Freundin für unsere Zukunft 🙏 Wir werden zurück sein 👌 🦘Mark and Thanh 🇻🇳

Die Zimmer sind hell, geräumig und liegen direkt am Fluss, die Aussicht ist also wunderschön. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Die Lage ist ideal für einen Spaziergang. Mir gefielen die Blumen und Früchte zur Begrüßung. Die Zimmertür war nicht luftdicht, sodass kalter Wind von draußen hereinzog und es sehr kalt wurde. Ich musste mir im Badezimmer ein Handtuch über die Füße legen, um mich vor dem Wind zu schützen. Der Abwassergeruch war sehr unangenehm, wahrscheinlich weil das Hotel alt ist. Aber ich komme gerne wieder.

The hotel is located a little out of the Hue city centre so you will need your own transport or pay for taxis. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby but the choice is limited. The room is enormous and very comfortable, even if some furniture is looking a bit tired. The pool is great for relaxing after a day's sightseeing but gets very busy with local children around 4pm. On 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, there were very noisy parties in the restaurant between 5 and 7pm with karaoke and kids being encouraged to have screaming competitions. It was at least quiet in the evening.

Stayed in 1br apartment which included washing machine. Bathroom is small but adequate. Front desk staff were welcoming and informative. Good location for restaurants. Short walk to river. A little street noise early morning but otherwise quiet.

ホテルは古く歴史を感じる作りでしたが、部屋はリノベーションされており過不足なく過ごせます。ベランダからの眺めも良かったです！ マッサージも安く受けられて大満足でした。 またスタッフのホスピタリティが大変素晴らしいホテルでした。チェックイン時の丁寧な説明はもちろん、明日の朝は早くチェックアウトすることを伝えたところ、出発時に列車で食べれるようにランチボックスを持たせてくれました。 フエでの滞在は短かったのですが、このホテルのおかげで良き思い出ができました。

I had a very pleasant stay at Mondial Hotel Hue. The location is convenient—easy access to the city center, Imperial City, and nearby attractions, which made sightseeing very comfortable. What stood out most was the staff. They were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, whether it was with directions, transportation, or general questions about the area. Their warm hospitality really made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, Mondial Hotel Hue offers good value for money. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Hue and would consider staying here again in the future.

Thích lắm luôn nha. - Ks phục vụ nước uống bằng chai thuỷ tinh trong phòng - đúng bài Thân thiện với môi trường luôn. - Hồ bơi hơi nhỏ, nồng mùi thuốc tẩy,ực nước thấp hơn thành hồ khoảng 20cm, ko có chỗ tắm trước khi xuống hồ nên thấy ko an toàn, ko dám xuống bơi. - Máy lạnh chiếu trực tiếp vào giường, tối lạnh quá, chịu ko nỗi. - Thang máy hơi châm nhưng ổn. - Phòng cách âm lo hoàn toàn nhưng cũng ổn. - Phòng sach sẽ.

The hotel is in a convenient location, about a 20 minutes walk to the old city. Plenty of eateries and shops around. It's also just a 25 minutes drive to the train station (we took the scenic train to Danang). The room was ok and mostly clean, but the bed was very hard and the pillows felt like a sac of potato. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel seems to caters mainly to Chinese tour groups. They are very noisy and unruly. The breakfast area felt like a market, the bread and pastries were stale and un-edible, the bacon was hard and dry. Maybe the Asian fare was good, the continental/western fare was terrible. Would not recommend!
