4-Sterne-Hotels in Haiphong

It is a great place to stay. Convenient to move around but what is most important is the staff. Breakfast is great in a nicely decorated place with team ready to serve you. Three flavors coffee or a hot cup of tea. I also personally want to thank Mr. Dat Nguyen. I forgot my passport and wallet in the room. He manage the crisis very well and I feel well supported as the hotel in Hanoi will not offer me a room without passport. He shared my passport copy till the passport physically arrived which took three hours. Thank you once again.

Not the worse hotel ever. The room is spacious with generous amenities. The location is strategic, only 2km from airport. Breakfast is surprisingly good with home cooked taste. However I have a few complaints. The pool is smal, the gym is not in the hotel but in the building across the street and very dirty. Also can get noisy at night

Kept hotel it was in pristine condition and the breakfasts were Brilliant except the Manager said it hasn’t received payment and they need me to pay again from my Bank which actually did he now recognise the mistake because I proved to him with printouts from the hotel that I paid already he promised pay me back via PayPal and took the relevant pictures from PayPal is now five days and nothing……????

The hotel is located right at the downtown area, so it is super close to almost all of the local food n restaurant( if you come to HaiPhong for food tour) - The cleaning is pretty fair, nothing much to complain about but the only thing I feel funny is: they provide kitchen, microwave, washing machine but NO equipment like bow/ chopstick/ pan…. or even very basic thing like hand soap. So I’m wondering what is the purpose when they provide that to us? But don’t worry if you only plan to stay there 2-3 days, it doesn’t affect much on our trip purposes. - the noise cancelling system is not good, so if people outside talking loud, you’ll hear it all but most of the time, not so many people there. - house keepers are pretty nice

Paul Chabot is a charming boutique hotel with a lovely, vintage-inspired design and a prime central location. Our room was immaculately clean and provided a comfortable base for exploring the city. The hotel's staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and pleasant stay. While the nostalgic aesthetic is beautiful, the open-air design of the courtyard and corridors can sometimes let outside noise echo quite loudly, which is something to be mindful of. Overall, it's a great choice for travelers who appreciate unique, elegant design and a superb location.
