I had an amazing stay at this clean and spacious 2 - bedroom apartment. It was the perfect choice for our trip with two couples. Everything we needed was right there in the apartment, making our stay incredibly convenient. The location is truly outstanding. There are numerous restaurants and shops nearby. We could easily grab a delicious meal or pick up essentials without having to travel far. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling in a group of two couples. It offers a comfortable and hassle - free experience.

Wir sind aus persönlichen Gründen nur einen Tag geblieben, obwohl wir für etwas länger gebucht hatten. Die Besitzerin hatte vollstest Verständnis dafür und hatte unsere Buchung geönder und uns für die restlichen Tagen das Geld zurpck erstattet. Das fimde ich sehr lieb und wirklich Kundenfteundlich. Wir haben einen kleinen Betrag Aufgrund der Verwaltungsgebühren, die die Vermieterin voraus bezahlen musste auf Grund unsere Änderung bezahlt. Im Vergleich zu den Betrag für die zusätzlichen Tage ist es aber nicht nennenswert. Dafür bedanke wir uns sehr.

Очень нам понравился этот отель. Место супер, вокруг природа и тишина. На месте можно арендовать байк , без него будет тяжко, т.к отель от инфраструктуры находится далеко, общественный транспорт мы там не видели, но скорее всего ездит по расписанию. Очень ухоженная территория, приятно там находиться. Так же недалеко пещеры и национальный парк. До моря на байке минут 15.

This Hotel No1 Haipong! 1F Starbuck is very good!! Breakfast is So good! Swimming Pool is good!! Sleep is Perfect! Next time i will go Haipong, Stay in Here.

The hotel is ok nothing special, avoid to take the rooms with Mountain View, because is too much noise from the street, breakfast and dinner 100% Asian style, with few options, the staffs around the swimming pool, they don’t speak English, is too hard when you need to order something…

酒店式公寓，有洗衣機電磁爐，生活非常方便。每次來海防必住的酒店，日本人管理的不錯，很多周邊公司的日韓高管，有健身房游泳池和日式洗浴按摩

This Hotel was really clean, spacious and nice. The manager was the nicest and most helpful person from all my stays in Vietnam. He cares about all of his customers and has really good knowledge and and tools for getting around cat ba that he happily shares.

Schönes Boutique-Hotel. Das Zimmer hatte alles. Rein, ruhig, stinkt schön im Zimmer &Hotel. Die Lage ist auch sehr schön - nahe der Hauptstraße. Minus ist, dass sie nicht Englisch sprechen und das Frühstück ist sehr grundlegende (sie haben keine Wahl, dass Sie nur Suppe und Obst erhalten)

I did not receive the room type that I reserved through Trip.com. My booking was for two suite rooms, each with two beds and one sofa bed, to accommodate a total of nine guests. Upon arrival, the reception staff informed me that this room type was not available and stated that the listing on Trip.com was incorrect. As a result, the rooms provided do not match my confirmed reservation, causing significant inconvenience to my group. I would appreciate an explanation for this discrepancy and an appropriate resolution as soon as possible.

Das Hotel ist für ein paar Tage völlig in Ordnung! Ausstattung ist basic. Das einzig, was ein wenig gestört hat, waren einige kleine Kakerlaken im Badezimmer und auf dem Boden sind kleine Viecher rumgelaufen. Das Frühstück war gut und für jeden was dabei. Fitnessraum war klein, aber sehr gut. Die Geräte sind neu und man kann da gut trainieren. Die Aussicht wurde im Herbst 2024 leider von einer großen Baustelle getrübt, die auch entsprechend lärmt.
