This free-standing home has 3 bedrooms and a loft- sleeping 8-10 people. On the main level is the living area with a wood burning fireplace. You'll find flat screen TVs throughout the house, but still providing the space to reconnect with friends and family. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a breakfast nook to gather around.The dining table seats 6, expanding to 10. Through the glass dining room doors is access to the backyard, deck & patio area with a gorgeous view of Baldy, complete with outdoor seating and gas grill.On the first floor, the master suite has a Queen bed and walk in closet. The master bathroom is large and spacious with 2 sink vanity, generous tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is off the living area with a Queen bed, built-in desk and its own bathroom with shower. The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a half bath is conveniently located on the main floor.The upstairs loft provides a separate TV family room & 2 twin size daybeds with trundles underneath (suitable for children). A third bedroom with Queen bed, shares access to hallway bath with single sink vanity, tub and separate shower. A 2-car garage with an extra bay provides a large game room for the young at heart- complete with ping pong, cornhole, ladder toss and giant Jenga. Located adjacent to Harker Center one can enjoy outdoor basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, kid's playground, swimming pool and tennis. Mountain Rides, providing free bus service to the Baldy, Ketchum/Sun Valley pick up and drop off at the front door, providing rides to all ages.Elkhorn Amenities: Amenities passes are required and provided for each guest (even babies) using the pool, golf, tennis, etc.. With a brand new queen sized "Purple" mattress, unit sleeps 2 comfortably in the queen sized bed. We personally bring our toddler and dog, but it gets tight. :)Stay in and use kitchen to cook or choose to leave the low maintenance condo for a fun night out.Guest accessKeypad on door for seamless entry. We will send you the code prior to check in on the day of check in.Access to (2) hot tubs, (2) pools and sauna during on season. One of the sites within 500ft/walking distance of unit, the other within 1 mile if wanting something different. Typical summer season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day for amenities. Winter season is typically based on the ski hill being open which is sometime after Thanksgiving up until the end of March. Ask for more details. Cozy home in a fabulous location in sunny Elkhorn! Access to skiing, hiking, biking and includes seasonal Elkhorn Association amenities: tennis, swimming, hot tub and golf. Commuter bus shuttle is across the street and will take you all over the Sun Valley area! We rented a house on the same street 3 years ago and fell in love.In all, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Three bedrooms are upstairs: two masters with King-size beds and en-suite bathrooms and a third with two bunk beds perfect for children. Additional two bedrooms are downstairs: one with a Queen-size bed in one and another with a pull-out Queen-size couch that is also an office. There is one bathroom downstairs.We have outfitted the home with luxury accommodations -- Brooklinen sheets, Parachute towels, all kitchen appliances and accessories you may desire, crystal glasses, and designer dinnerware and flatware. With three children of our own, we have have games and books that will keep kids entertained. Wifi high-speed internet, Apple TV, and Sonos throughout the house are available for use.Our backyard is our pride and joy. Enjoy the natural beauty in a hammock, around the patio table, or next to the firepit.
