The house is professionally staged in photos and excessive decorations have been removed including outdoor fire bowls used for staging. Lounge cushions have been removed. Please use white towels on sun lounge chairs and for all outdoor needs as we do not provide "pool" towels. We do not supply pool floats due to sanitation concerns from sun exposure. Extra umbrellas are in the storage shed or behind the white fence. Please ask if you need additional umbrellas. Arizona weather and extreme elements makes it impossible to keep outdoor furniture spotless; especially any type of cushions. The cleaning staff does not clean the BBQ grill. Please clean it after your use. Please note that members of our team may visit the property during your stay. This includes our landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits are essential for maintaining the property and cannot be rescheduled or delayed. Thank you for your understanding.Events and parties of any kind are prohibited at all homes we manage. We do not allow guests or visitors. The price is calculated based on the amount of guests on the reservation. Prices are higher for larger groups and more competitive for smaller groups.
