Everything was good except the air conditioning wasn't set on cold and we had to tell them to change it a couple of times but they tried their best to solve this problem but generally everything was perfect from food to the cleanliness of the room and also the room design 🌸

Повелась на фото отеля, когда ехала. Но треш был был даже не в ожидание- реальность, а в том , что ОКАЗЫВАЕТСЯ тебе попадается номер случайный, а не тот , который на фотографиях😳. Я ехала более 7 часов на машине в предвкушении ванной и эстетического отеля. Сначала дали комнату без нее. Я расплакалась, потом вроде как поменяли. Но настроение уже было СИЛЬНО ИСПОРЧЕНО. Эти желтые отстойные полотенца на УНИТАЗЕ. В общем противно было там оставаться и мы уехали оттуда уже через час прибывания. Хотя полностью оплатили 3 дня. Отель совершенно не стоит своих денег. Полное разочарование . Про завтрак ничего не могу сказать , потому что мы уехали и не пробовали ничего . Единственный плюс - персонал, молоденькие ребята.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel. angenehmen Mitarbeiter, angemessener Preis. Alter TV (( Frühstücke sind nicht ganz klar, eines Tages gab es eine schwedische Tisch und in der anderen nicht ..

Sehr zufrieden mit einem Aufenthaltserlebnis, das Hotel ist wie ein privater Garten, voller romantischer Atmosphäre und warmer Gefühle im Liebesmeer. Das Zimmer ist sauber und sauber, die Temperatur ist angemessen, die Nacht ist besonders ruhig und kann gut ausruhen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, nicht nur ein reichhaltiges Frühstück, sondern auch ein besonders guter Geschmack. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum fünf Minuten, mit Minibus zu den Küsten 10 Minuten, zum Schloss Cheshmei 20 Minuten, zum Minibusstation zu Fuß. Der Besitzer ist enthusiastisch und freundlich, der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, wir fühlen uns wie zu Hause, ein Hotel und eine Urlaubszone, in der ich mich verlieben möchte.

Ausstattung: Das Hotel verfügt über einen Privatstrand und einen Swimmingpool und die allgemeine Umgebung ist gut Sauberkeit: Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber Service: Beim Check-in erhalten Sie kostenlosen Champagner und Cocktails und das Personal übernimmt die Initiative, Ihr Gepäck zu tragen

We stayed two nights at a wonderful hotel in Ilıca, the pearl of Çeşme, that has preserved its historical character, and our experience far exceeded our expectations. Nars Adult Hotel possesses a timeless elegance. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. Despite being a historical building, all the amenities inside were modern and comfortable. Everything in our room was meticulously maintained. The hotel offers free access to beach for its guest. Swimming in Ilıca's famously clear, turquoise waters was a privilege. We’d especially like to thank the Manager and the staff for their warm approach and hospitality.

Das Parken ist praktisch, die Umgebung ist wunderschön, der Chef ist locker und enthusiastisch und kann über WeChat kommunizieren; das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sein Hund ist sehr fügsam! Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass die Zimmerkategorie klein ist und die Warmwasserversorgung maximal aufgedreht werden muss, aber es reicht! Insgesamt sehr gut, kostengünstig!

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.
