Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff at the reception. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade to a room with a stunning ocean view – a gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The breathtaking view of the ocean from my balcony was the highlight of the room, and I enjoyed many peaceful moments just gazing at the tranquil waters. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight. The menu featured a wide array of delectable dishes, and each meal was a masterpiece of flavors and presentation. The waitstaff was attentive and knowledgeable, and they made dining a truly enjoyable experience. One of the standout features of the Coastal Oasis Hotel is its impeccable attention to detail. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are several issues with the management system that need improvement. First, regarding room cleaning procedures: at most hotels and accommodations, the front desk keeps a spare key or key card so housekeeping can access rooms for cleaning when guests are out. At this property, guests are required to hang their room key outside the door until housekeeping finishes cleaning, sometimes as late as 2:00 PM. This is a serious security concern because anyone could potentially access the room while the key is left unattended outside. Second, if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with good soundproofing, this hotel may not be the best choice. Noise from outside the room is easily heard throughout the day and night. Last night, shortly after midnight, I was awakened by a very loud group of people. When I went outside to investigate, I saw a group of guests drinking in the restaurant area located directly next to my room. The noise was so loud that I could not sleep. I politely asked why the restaurant was still open, as I had been informed during check-in that it closed at 10:00 PM. The guests told me that a staff member had opened the restaurant for them. I then politely asked them to lower their voices because my room was right next to the restaurant. I do not blame the guests at all. The responsibility lies with the hotel staff, who allowed the restaurant to be used after midnight despite the clearly stated closing time of 10:00 PM. Areas for improvement: 1. Guest safety and security — Guests should not be required to leave their room keys hanging outside their doors for housekeeping. 2. Enforcement of hotel policies — If the restaurant closes at 10:00 PM, that rule should be consistently followed. Future guests staying in rooms near the restaurant should not have to endure loud noise until 1:00 or 2:00 AM as I did. Overall, the hotel has potential, but better management and stricter adherence to its own policies would greatly improve the guest experience.

Ich habe am Vortag meiner Abreise einen Transfer zum Flughafen für 1.600 Baht gebucht. Als ich am Abreisetag einen anderen Mitarbeiter bat, die Reservierung zu bestätigen, verlangte er 2.000 Baht. Die Mitarbeiterin, die bisher immer so gearbeitet hatte, kam zur Arbeit, und auch sie verlangte auf Nachfrage 2.000 Baht. Ich möchte nie wieder mit dieser Firma zusammenarbeiten. Es geht mir nicht ums Geld; ich bin nur verärgert, weil mir der falsche Betrag genannt wurde.

Sehr schönes, kleineres, gut geführtes Hotel. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind unschlagbar in Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit. Auch die Zimmermädchen arbeiten sehr gut. Dadurch dass das Hotel an einer Seitenstraße der Central road liegt und diese Straße sehr stark befahren ist, kann es manchmal etwas Zeit brauchen, bis man zum Strand, in die Stadt, oder wieder zurückkommt. Als kleiner Kritikpunkt, das Besteck im Frühstücksraum, ist separat in Plastik verpackt. Das ist sicherlich hygienisch, aber erzeugt eine Riesenmenge Plastikmüll. Diese zusätzliche Versiegelung des Bestecks ist nicht notwendig und würde, wenn man darauf verzichtet viel Plastikmüll ersparen.  die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Hervorragende Betten. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet leise und sehr effizient. Auch das Badezimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel sehr zu empfehlen.

Mir hat dieses Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist ideal – alles ist fußläufig erreichbar: Cafés, Geschäfte, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und das Meer. Das macht unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, alles ist ordentlich und sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sanitäranlagen – das ist uns sehr wichtig. Das Wasser läuft schnell ab, der Abfluss funktioniert einwandfrei und es gibt kein stehendes Wasser. Viele Hotels haben damit Probleme, aber hier ist alles gut durchdacht und funktioniert perfekt. Insgesamt hat das Hotel einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Komfortabel, sauber und praktisch – wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. 👍

Gutes Essen, sehr praktische Unterkunft In der Nähe des Piers zur Überfahrt nach Koh Larn. Weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bali Hai Pier. Sie können die erste Bootsfahrt zum Tawaen Beach Pier unternehmen, sofort aussteigen, sich umziehen und im Meer spielen. Gehen Sie morgens hin und kehren Sie abends zurück. Gehen Sie dann weiter auf der Night Street. Neben dem Kap Bali Hai Es ist sicher. Und der Parkplatz befindet sich unter dem Hotelgebäude. Es gibt sowohl einen Blick auf den Pratumnak-Hügel als auch einen Blick auf das Meer mit Weitwinkelblick. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Terminals 21 Pattaya, sodass Sie bequem an der Hauptstraße essen können. All das nette Personal, die Gepäckträger und der Typ, der sich um den Parkplatz kümmert. Heben Sie immer Ihre Hand. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über alle Dinge, die man nutzen kann. Aber die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Es ist nicht sehr kalt. Aber im Großen und Ganzen ist es okay.

Das Hotel ist alt. Die Möbel im Zimmer sind abgenutzt. Die Steckdosen halten überhaupt nicht. Das Zimmer riecht alt. Die Dusche im Badezimmer tropfte ständig und war nass. Die Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank und in der Badewanne sind wiederverwendbare Glasflaschen und alle verkalkt. Das Hotel liegt zentral und gut erreichbar, etwa 10-15 Gehminuten vom Marina Outlet entfernt. Etwas weiter ist man am Terminal 21. Der Runway Market ist in der Nähe, ein 7-Eleven gleich um die Ecke und ein Massagesalon direkt nebenan. Der Strand ist in 7-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, vorbei an der bekannten Soi 6. Wenn man noch ein Stück weitergeht, gelangt man durch den Nachtmarkt zum Strand. Das Zentrum von Pattaya ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Blick vom Dach des Hotels auf das Riesenrad war wunderschön. Der Pool ist schön und sauber, und auch der Innenhof ist ansprechend. Für Reisende mit kleinem Budget ist das Hotel in Ordnung. Wir werden aber nicht wiederkommen. Das Nova Gold Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe, höchstwahrscheinlich eine Filiale. Es sieht neuer aus, aber der Pool liegt im Schatten, sodass man sich dort nicht sonnen kann.

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. I slept so well that I even ended up buying two of the hotel’s latex pillows before leaving—haha! The master bedroom offers an incredible ocean view, including the iconic Pattaya City logo. The floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows stretch all the way to the ceiling, providing an almost 200-degree sea view. Waking up, grabbing a Starbucks coffee ☕️, and enjoying Pattaya’s breathtaking blue ocean right from bed is truly a healing experience. The king-size bed (about 2 meters) adds to the comfort. The bathtub on the living room balcony is huge—big enough for both kids and adults, and even fits three people comfortably. The second bedroom also has an ocean view, making it a great choice for families or groups. The WiFi speed is an impressive 1000 Mbps, perfect for both remote work and vacation. The room is equipped with a large Marshall speaker, delivering powerful sound quality. There are two bathrooms—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Dyson hairdryers are provided, adding a luxury touch. Housekeeping service checks in daily to arrange a suitable cleaning time. As part of Thailand’s eco-friendly hotel policy, sheets are not changed daily unless requested—only towels and amenities are refreshed. The customer service team is fully Chinese-speaking, incredibly responsive, and helped us book tickets and activities, making our trip hassle-free. It felt like having a personal concierge organizing everything for us, even customizing our itinerary to fit our schedule—super thoughtful! Downstairs is one of Pattaya’s best steakhouses, a must-try! We went on a Saturday night, and it was almost fully booked—definitely a popular spot. The restaurant was filled with expats, and we even met the American owner, who went around checking if everyone was enjoying their meal—haha! Honestly, the steak was fantastic, and they even served complimentary nachos as an appetizer. No surprise that this steakhouse is ranked #1 in downtown Pattaya on Google. This was the best part of our Thailand trip! If you book this hotel, I highly recommend adding their Chinese-speaking customer service on WhatsApp in advance—they can arrange airport transfers and offer great recommendations for food and activities in both Bangkok and Pattaya. The staff were extremely patient and helpful, answering all our questions—even though we had a lot! Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed by a friendly, chubby Thai butler. Honestly, this is probably the best-located hotel in Pattaya city center. Highly recommended! 👍
