The staff was very nice, friendly, and professional. The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the central station, and the rooms are clean, modern, and cozy.

Old-school hotel but in a good way. High ceilings, big openable windows and a cosy vibe. Only gripe would be that the bathroom is a bit small. Perfect location sightseeing, shopping, bars and restaurants. Can get a bit noisy w windows open(fine if closed). Friendly and helpful staff. They do offer breakfast, snacks and dinner regardless which is a nice touch. Room cleaning has to be asked for in advance the night before, but towels and other amenities was replaced on demand. Would stay again, if in Malmö

Das Hotel ist perfekt. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Frühstück, mit Hauptgericht und eine Vielzahl von Begleitpersonen (Salat, Suppe oder Creme, Soßen, Brot...), unbegrenzte Kaffeetägige am Tag und sogar Mittagszeit.  Das Zimmer war sehr groß und das Badezimmer auch. Das einzige, aber die Dusche war ziemlich klein und das Wasser ging aus der Wand. Nach einem Tag der Eistemperatur, nichts besseres als die Sauna zu Ende

We took this room which was the 'Presidential Suite' as it was similarly priced with other hotels' standard rooms in the area. It was close to the train station; easy walk although on partially cobblestone walkways. Ensure that you have the code for getting into the hotel if you are arriving late. Room is big and there is elevator access. Amenities- wise- The fridge could not be switched on on the first day and after reporting it, it was fixed but then it started beeping on the second day so we had to unplug it. One compliment will be for the staff (female, sorry- can't remember the name) who made available the microwave oven for our room as we had mistakenly thought that the room came with it. Thank you! BAD!- Delay in refund- I had booked this hotel via trip.com and had already paid trip.com before arriving at the hotel. However, after doing online check-in as requested by the hotel, which required the credit card details, the hotel did a payment deduction also. Up to today, more than a week after the stay and numerous email and Whatsapp messages between the hotel, trip.com and I, the money is still not refunded. I wished it could have been settled before this review so that I can write positively about the stay.

Huge room and well located in the city. However, there was a A/C panel in my room that was broken with the entire panel on the floor when I entered the room, and also there was a used damp towel in the bathroom upon my check-in. On the flip side, breakfast was very good and the staff were extremely polite. Would consider the Radisson Blu again as I have loyalty to this brand but hope that they can upkeep cleanliness standards in the room for future trips at this particular hotel.

Alt helt fantastisk,vi havde fået et dobbeltværelse på 2 sal og  receptionisten var så sød at spørge om vi ville højre op da der ikke fuld belægning denne weekend.vi fik et værelse på 15sal med den mest fantastiske udsigt ,tusinde tak for jeres måde at være på.dejlig morgenmad  👌kommer helt sikkert igen

Die Lage ist gut, nur dass es keinen Parkplatz im Hotel gibt. Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, überraschend kein Klimaanlage und deshalb müssen wir das Fenster öffnen und der Lärm auf der Straße kann gehört werden. Hoffentlich kann das Badezimmer auch modernisiert werden. Er blieb nur für eine Nacht, aber er war froh darüber.

Very beautiful apartment, highly recommended! There're a few cafes nearby, getting breakfast was no problem. Directly below is Coop (supermarket), super convenient! Its around 15mins walk to the central station but very nice walk. Smart TV. Maybe have English instructions in the laundry room because everything was in swedish which I didnt understand (had to ask someone for help). The booking laundry key wasnt in the room, not sure where it was. Took me awhile to check in because I didnt know my unit number was the first 3 digit of the 7 numbers.. maybe could have put inside the email. No shampoo, conditioner & body wash.

Wir leben in einem Haus. Das Zimmer ist groß! Unsere Etagen sind höher und die Landschaft der Stadt kann man sehen. Wenn man in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums geht, ist es gut, zu gehen. Das Frühstück ist das typische nordeuropäische Frühstück, Obst, Kaffee, Brot (Sehr lecker), Eier, Bacon, Fleischsalat, Salat... nicht schlecht.

Vi hade ett handikapp rum. Det var lite större och bekvämt. Tyvärr saknas AC och det kan bli mycket varmt. Vi hade utsikt mot stortorget och där samlas folk kl.03 på natten när uteställen stänger. Blir ganska högljutt eftersom det var så varmt i rummet att vi måste sova med fönster öppet. Det var taxibilar där och efter 20-25 minuter blev det tomt och tyst igen. Men läget fint, personalen trevlig, rummen rena och frukosten god. Så det var en bra upplevelse sammanlagt.
