Beautiful gardens surrounds the building, great for a morning walk. The pool is open following COVID protocols for social distancing. You'll see many boats in and out of the Marina's, specially during weekends (music in the boats can be hear while they pass in front of the apartment). There are some restaurants and bars seeing from the balcony that may have loud music during weekends.
