⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wunderbar Aufenthalt im Hotel The Mansion Boutique Hotel Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel The Mansion Boutique. Das Eigentum ist schön, ruhig und sehr gut gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und gemütlich gestaltet, so dass es ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen ist. Was wirklich herauskam war die warme Gastfreundschaft des Personalswer war freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, zu helfen. Deren hervorragende Service machte die Erfahrung noch angenehmer. Die Einrichtungen waren auch großartig. Die offenen Räume, der Pool und die familiären Einrichtungen schufen eine entspannende Atmosphäre, die unseren Aufenthalt erinnerelich machte. Das Frühstück war gut und die allgemeine Atmosphäre des Hotels fühlte sich ruhig und willkommen. Insgesamt war es ein großer Wert für Geld, und ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv jedem, der Clark besucht, empfehlen. Ich würde glücklich hier bei meiner nächsten Reise wieder bleiben.

I got the peace and tranquility I required. The spacious rooms and bathroom were a delightful surprise, as sometimes  rooms look spacious only in photos. Aircon is cold and NETFLIX is a bonus. I liked that when you open the sliding doors, you are greeted by an outdoor ambiance and not artificially lighted hallways in traditional hotels. From front desk (all shifts), room service and guards, they were all so courteous, accommodating and friendly. Would definitely come back to Winds. Highly recommended. Thank you for a nice stay experience.

The room is spacious, clean, you can cook if you want but it depends on the room ypu choose. WiFi has strong connection. Amenities is fantastic food as well. Come back? Definitely.

Service is good, hotel is clean, location is near cafes and yoga/pilates - no frills hotel, good choice!

Exceptional Stay and had an amazing experience at the glory Hotel. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and good design. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Erstens, das Zimmer ist sauber, warme Dusche und Klimaanlage perfekt funktioniert, Dachdeck ist beeindruckend. Frühstück ist ok. Ich habe nur für 1 Nacht gebucht, um zu sehen, wie ich mit diesem Hotel gehe, da es mein erstes Mal ist. . Sicherheitsschachtel funktioniert nicht, Handtücher sind überbenutzt, keine Handtücher, müssen Sie um eine beantragen, Mini-Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht. Ich checkte in spät, nach meinem Flug , um auf viel notwendigen Schlaf zu fangen. Am nächsten Morgen um 715am Haushalter knackte, dann rang die Türbelle wach mich, sagen sie machen ein Zimmer Check und das ist ein PROTOKOL in El Vistra zu tun, was völlig insane ist. Ich habe mich direkt nachgeprüft, dann sagte die Rezeption mir, sie machen einen RUM-SCHIFF, um sicherzustellen, dass alles in Ordnung ist, um meine Einlage zu erhalten. Was für eine Erfahrung!!

She had worked so hard to reach this milestone, and I wanted to give her a relaxing, memorable experience. From the moment she arrived, she was impressed by the warm hospitality, beautiful décor, and comfortable accommodations. The staff made her feel welcomed and valued, and the amenities exceeded her expectations. She especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. It was exactly the kind of getaway she needed after her studies, and she truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture.
