Wir lieben dieses Hotel wirklich! Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und das Beste von allen, der Service ist Top-Notch. Besondere Erwähnung an M' Eileen, Joe, Harold und Jae im Club Lounge. Sie haben uns wirklich gepflegt, als wir da waren.

Another wonderful stay at the 5-star ABC Hotel. This is my second time staying here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The room, amenities, and the food are great. The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. 😎

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort! From check-in until check-out, the service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We also loved the buffet because there were so many delicious food selections to choose from. Everything was well-prepared and the dining experience was amazing. The hotel itself was clean, relaxing, and perfect for a staycation. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay memorable. We truly felt valued as guests and we will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 😊

We had an amazing 3 days and 2 nights stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and hospitality. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again!

Nur der negative Eindruck war mit dem Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze, aber es ist nur versteckt. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, ist es ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Allerdings, für Backpackers auf dem Weg, es könnte nicht die beste Option sein. Das Front Desk Personal ist freundlich, und die Zimmer waren fantastisch sauber. Mein einziger negativer Eindruck war mit dem Frühstücksbuffet. Seit wir um 9:30 Uhr aufstiegen, wurde die Buffetlinie nicht gefüllt, erwähnen wir, dass wir spät aufkommen. Ich verstehe, dass es für zwei Personen keine Notwendigkeit gibt, zu füllen, aber zumindest bieten Lebensmittel, die für zwei Personen ausreichend sind, wie wir auch für das gesamte Paket bezahlt haben. Der Kaffee war nicht heiß, und der Cremer flog gerade auf. Gut, es gab einen à la minute Eierzähler.

Neu renovierte Zimmer mit einigen Einschränkungen: Der Fernseher ist urzeitlich und nicht 1* wert. Das Hotel hat abgebluch 4* Der Kühlschrank mit Minibar ist gut ausgestattet, wärmt den Inhalt aber kühlt nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist entweder zu kalt oder zu warm. Keine Empfehlung.Bett ist sehr angenehm, gross und bequem , zusätzlich gibt es im Delzxe für über 4.000 Peso ein kleines Sifa und Schreibtisch. Safe, na ja. Die Lage ist perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es besseres für weniger Geld.

Wir freuen uns auf das Prime Asia Hotel auf der Grundlage der Fotos, die online gesehen wurden. Wir haben Erfahrungen nach unserem Aufenthalt gemischt. Ok. 1. Der Dachpool war groß genug mit zahlreichen Sitzoptionen um ihn herum. Die asiatische inspirierte gazebos an beiden Enden gab dem Raum eine entspannende Atmosphäre. 2. Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine breitere Palette von Gerichten. Wir liebten, dass sie jeweils zwei Gerichte für indische und koreanische Gäste haben. Tumerische Basmati-Reis war geschmackvoll. Gochugang Eier und Fischkuchen Gericht war lecker. Obwohl Masala Chicken fehlte, war es auch blendend. 3. Hauspflege und Frühstücksrestaurant Mitarbeiter waren engagiert und schnell zu servieren. Besondere Erwähnung sind Iya von Hauspflege und Ross von IMO. 4. Smart TV im Zimmer so Netflix bereit. Würde verbessert werden: Laut ihrer Website: ”Willkommen in Ihrer Perfekten Getaway. Ein zeitgenössischer Rückzug mit geräumigen Unterkünften und sorgfältig gepflegten Einrichtungen für jeden Reisenden. ” 1. Wir reservierten ein Familienzimmer. Nach dem Eintritt waren wir überrascht, NO Bettside Tisch zu finden. Erwartet die Hotelverwaltung, dass ihre Gäste ihre Handy, Augenbrauen/Rezeptglasses, Fernseher usw. auf dem Boden platzieren? In den Fotos online hatten Zimmer Seitentisch. Wir mussten nach unten zum Rezeption fragen. Um fair zu sein, suchte das Hausbetreuer ein Seitentisch und konnte einen Tisch bringen (siehe Fotos). 2. Keine elektrische Kehle und Kaffee/Tee-Herstellungseinrichtungen. Auch die niedrigeren Standard-Hotels/Motel haben diese. Muss von dem IMO Restaurant liehen. 3. Smart TV würde Netflix nicht laden. Eine weitere Anruf zum Empfang, um ihre technischen Mitarbeiter zu reparieren kommen. 4. Zimmerkühlschrank würde nicht wechseln. Vierter Anruf zur Rezeption für Hilfe. Hausaufbewahrung kam wieder und wir fanden heraus, dass der Ref durch das Ausschalten des Brechers abgefroren wurde. Zusammenfassend, das Hotel hat viel zu tun. Hoffentlich handelt das Management über diese Verbesserungspunkte, die nicht schwer zu korrigieren sind. So jetzt nur ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ insgesamt.

Check in was easy. Staffs were polite. Everything was good except when I tried connecting to the Internet. I am a regular customer to wifi password is already saved. However this time I got an error. I called reception they connected me to a different Internet but result is the same. Can't connect in the room. I really need the Internet for work purposes. I text the number In the room. I got a reply immediately. Internet was fixed in 30mins. But during my 24hr stay. I still get the occasional error. Overall stay could have been perfect if not for the Internet issue. I also found out other people were complaining about it. It's sort of the staff are telling them connection is not available inside the room

I had an amazing experience with SureStay Studio by Best Western Clarkview. I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentine’s Day. I’m currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldn’t be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything. I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me. I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didn’t look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! 😁 What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didn’t even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff. The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family. The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids. I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories. Thank you so much for helping me make my wife feel loved despite the distance. ❤️

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.
