Он очень доступно объяснил где находятся апартаменты, как пользоваться ключами и лифтом. Квартира находится на 10 этаже. В номере все, как на фотографиях в Тrip.com. Очень чисто и аккуратно. Есть микроволновая печь, холодильник и чайник, стиральная машина с порошком, утюг, гладильная доска и пылесос. Есть напитки, печенье и растворимый кофе. На 5 этаже располагается бассейн на крыше с видом на реку Саравак. В 25-30 минутах ходьбы от отеля находится пешеходная набережная Kuching Waterfront и мост. Вечером там очень красиво. Но поужинать в ресторанах возле набережной нам не удалось, так как они закрываются в 21.30 - 22.00 . Есть конечно кафе, которые работают круглосуточно. Где мы купили лепешки с сыром и пошли ужинать в отель. Утром кофе было найти также проблематично. Зашла в кафе, купила кофе, но он был ужасный - похоже просто кофе 3 в 1. Апартаменты замечательные, рекомендую к проживанию.

The location is the best and the shopping mall is just downstairs which make it so convenient. The service given by the host was good and responsed back quickly when I asked him to fix the leaking water tap in the master bathroom. What’s lacking is the cleanliness of the bedsheet, pillow case and sofa. We found hair of previous tenant on the pillow and it seemed like the bedsheets for all the rooms were not changed. Besides, the sofa was really dirty with the old stains on them and it was also not comfortable to sit on especially for elderly as it is already sank. Replacement of sofa is very much needed

I really enjoy my stay here! The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, host was very friendly and welcoming. The room very clean and well maintained. Definitely will stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Metrocity Condominium offers a very strategic location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and eateries, making it extremely convenient for daily living. The unit itself is spacious and comfortable, featuring 3 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. It also comes fully furnished with home furniture and complete utensils, which makes it ideal for both short and long stays. However, it would be more convenient if at least two sets of access cards were provided to tenants, especially for families or groups. Additionally, the check-out policy is quite strict, with no flexibility given for late check-out. Overall, it is a comfortable and well-located place to stay, with just a few areas that could be improved for a better guest experience.

We had a great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Check-in was smooth, and the host was friendly and responsive. The facilities were well maintained, and everything we needed was provided. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

On the positive side, the location is definitely a strong advantage the hotel is conveniently close to a mall and several attractions, making it easy to get around and find food or entertainment. Overall, it’s a decent, budget-friendly option if you value location and practicality over modern facilities. I stay at 1601 room with very nice panoramic view of waterfront Kuching. Kindly clean up the window, with this view, I feel my stay is worth with price I stay.
