Ich bin in DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham ‑ Gateway, eine gute Gesamterfahrung. Die Hotelumgebung ist ruhig, die Zimmer sind sauber und sauber und die Einrichtungen sind moderner. Service on arrival was friendly and informative. Parking was £10 per day and is under cover next to the accommodation.  We requested a room away from the lift and this was given to us but it was very quiet and we didn’t hear any noise.  The room and room size was enough for what we needed although given it was a room for 2, and we had cooking facilities, there was only one chair at the table so we to eat on our lap.  The only other thing for me, was that although we were only there for 3 nights, there was no room service so our bins did not get emptied, by day 4 they were overflowing and smelt.  They gave one dishwasher tablet only, a washing up sponge, tea towel and washing up liquid but nothing to wipe down the surfaces.  The bathroom facilities were ok, shower hot and powerful.  Again, the sink in the bathroom was high for me, not sure how a child would reach the sink. There was a complementary drinks and croissant station but personally the coffee was not to my taste. Overall we had a lovely stay and I would highly recommend staying there, it is very central to everything.

The hotel services are very good, the breakfast is very nice. The hotel facilities are very good. Personally I prefer hand held shower instead of wall mounted jet.

In general, my stay was fine. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant, and I appreciated their friendly attitude. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. There were a number of young men staying on my floor who returned around 2am and made a significant amount of noise for quite some time. Unfortunately, no staff member came to address the disturbance, which made it difficult to sleep. When I eventually began to fall back asleep, I was disturbed again by two pigeons making loud noises outside my window. In the morning, I noticed there were dead pigeons caught in the netting above my window. This was quite unpleasant to see and does not seem healthy or hygienic. Additionally, at £125 per night, I would not expect to see worn carpets. The condition of the flooring did not reflect the price being charged. Overall, while the staff were excellent, these issues did detract from an otherwise fine stay.

Das Hotel ist gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Spa schien nicht schön, so dass wir nicht gehen würden. Unser Standardzimmer war sehr klein, aber gemütlich. Die AC funktionierte nicht, Glück hat sie einen Heizgerät aus der Rezeption. Frühstück war süß, aber Rohpflanzen waren nicht vorhanden (außer geringfügig gekochten Tomaten). Es war laut im Hotel, viele Leute, aber alle waren da für das Neujahr. Parkplatz ist bezahlt und kostet 12 Pfund pro Tag - Wahnsinn!

Die Lage des Hotels ist 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, das Hotel war im Allgemeinen sauber, die Zimmer sind groß, es gibt eine kleine Küche im Zimmer, was im Allgemeinen nützlich ist. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt keine Rezeption im Hotel, aber das Einchecken ist einfach und ich würde es als preisgünstiges Hotel empfehlen.
