Set right by the beach in Broughty Ferry, Castle Beach is a 3 storey Victorian villa of immense character. ‘The Ferry’ is on the East Coast of Scotland, on the outskirts of Dundee.Broughty Ferry esplanade is a lovely walk. Along the beachfront you will find a Broughty castle to explore as well as several parks/green spaces and a nature reserve. Water sports are popular too with lessons available. There are plenty of spots to watch the dolphins and a boat trip if you’d like to get closer.The spaceCastle Terrace is a 5 minute stroll to the centre of The Ferry and a 15 second saunter to the sandy beach. It has plenty of period features with ornate cornicing in the main open plan family room and in one of the two master bedrooms. The views from the upper level are remarkable. One one side they scan across the beach.
