4-Sterne-Hotels in Bordeaux

It is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B: 1. Beautiful old building, 2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window. Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient: 1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch. 2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there.We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items. 3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient. 4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning. 5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

The hotel is situated in a perfect location. It is in downtown and a few steps from the tram B. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness and the quality of the bed. My room was very quiet, although pretty small. I won’t recommend it for two people. The staff is gentle and professional. What was disappointing was the unavailability of a business room for work at the needed time. I had to go out to find a place for my business call at 9:00 AM.

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione per visitare la città anche a piedi, ma vi è anche un garage ed un parcheggio pubblico per chi è in auto, inoltre è vicino alla fermata di autobus e un centro commerciale. Le camere sono silenziose, spaziose e complete, letti comodi, piccola cucina e bagno funzionale con vasca e doccia. Personale cordiale e possibilità di fare in loco la prima colazione. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Als ich ein Problem mit meinem Auto hatte, hat der Manager es gelöst, auch wenn es nach dem Auschecken geschah. Ich erinnere mich, dass Bordeaux eine der besten Städte ist und Hotel Vatel das Beste in Bordeaux ist.

The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, helping with restaurant reservations and any other issues that arose. The restaurant staff were attentive. The only concern was with the very small fitness center. We would have appreciated more types of exercise equipment.

Great surprise and very well priced for the quality of this hotel! Rooms are very spacious and modern. Bathroom was spacious and well equipped. Location is convenient from Gare St Jean but quite far from shops and most restaurants. The rooftop bar and restaurant are a great service to have on site but not open early enough in the day.

Die Zimmer sind schön. Wir reservierten 2 Zimmer für 2 Nächte. Meine Frau fand einen kleinen Fehler im Bett. Es war kein Fehler im Bett, aber das Personal war schön genug, um unsere Zimmer zu ändern. Die Zimmer sind nicht die gleichen, obwohl sie die gleiche Rate sind. Einer hat einen Kleidungstisch, der andere hat keinen. So stellen Sie sicher, ob Sie sich früh genug überprüfen. Es ist wandelbar zum Stadtzentrum, aber nicht so nah. Servicepersonal war hilfreich und glücklich. Im Allgemeinen ist es gut.

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Gegend ruhig. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber der Fußweg ist gut zu bewältigen. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Das Hinterhaus hat keinen Aufzug (es hat nur zwei Etagen). Sie können das Hotelpersonal bitten, Ihnen beim Auschecken beim Gepäcktragen zu helfen.

Die Lage des Zimmers ist gut, das Zimmer ist auch sehr sauber, auch sehr ruhig, sehr komfortabel schlafen, das Frühstück ist sehr gut, die Rezeption ist auch sehr enthusiastisch und humorvoll, das nächste Mal können Sie wieder leben.

🟢 Die Lage war sehr bequem und einfach zu reisen. Wir parkierten dort und dann verwendeten die Zugbahn um sich zu bewegen. Bequem und einfach. Der Innenraum des Gebäudes sieht frisch und gut aus. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich groß, so dass wir überall verbreiten konnten. Überrascht, die Toiletten und Duschen getrennt zu sehen, aber genießbar. Große Wahl für das Frühstück für 18€, aber manchmal wartete auf die Wiederfüllung. 🔴 Das Personal war nicht wirklich freundlich, es sei denn, Sie waren derjenige, der Ihre Annäherung und mit ihnen reden wollte. Es gab eine Alarmaufnahme früh am Morgen während unseres Aufenthalts und niemand war an der Rezeption, um uns zu begrüßen und uns zu sagen, ob wir evakuieren oder was. Als wir (andere Kunden und wir) dem Empfänger erzählten, dass es nicht normal war, dass sie sich erschreckt und anstatt sich entschuldigen oder was auch immer wieder antwortete. Das Personal wusste nicht, was sie in diesem Fall zu tun hätten. Nicht beruhigend, wenn es irgendwann ein echtes Feuer gibt. 🟡 Reinigung war nicht erstaunlich, aber hätte schlimmer sein können, so dass keine Kommentare dazu.
