Große zentrale Lage; öffentlicher Verkehr vor dem Hotel. Schöne Fahrt auf elektrischer Schotter zum Zentrum oder Expo Center. Restaurants in der Nähe - siehe Foto Geräumiges Zimmer mit komfortablem Bett. Personal sehr freundlich - wie die meisten Menschen in Finnland. Ich habe nicht das Frühstück versucht.

Das Zimmer verfügt über eine offene Küche mit allen Küchenherden. Und wenn Sie eine längere Reise unternehmen, können Sie hier Ihre Wäsche waschen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer. Das Schönste ist, dass 4 Wäscheperlen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zudem müssen Haartrockner von außen ausgeliehen werden und sind nicht in jedem Zimmer vorhanden.

The hotel staff were all friendly. We checked in early and the lady was very helpful. It's close to the train station, different metros and the bus station, there are many travel options too choose from so getting around is super easy. It's close to many malls, so restaurants and shopping are all a walking distance away.

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Wir haben uns für einen Platz in der Nähe des Fährhafens entschieden. Es war praktisch gelegen, nur 2 Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle entfernt. Wir kamen deutlich vor der Check-in-Zeit an, aber unser Zimmer war fertig, sodass wir früher einchecken konnten, da wir dank unserer kostenlosen Mitgliedschaft früher einchecken konnten. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Für Koffer am Eingang? Der Hang war ziemlich steil und beängstigend. Daneben gab es auch noch einen Aufzug. Es gab auch ein Kinderzimmer und obwohl viele der Annehmlichkeiten fehlten, hatten die Kinder Spaß. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war frisch und lecker.

Great place for flight layovers. The buffet was great and 24*7 staff at reception in case flights are delayed etc. The rooms are nice clean and beds are comfortable.

Ich kam spät abends an und übernachtete, um mich auf meinen Abendflug am nächsten Tag vorzubereiten. Ich kaufte im 24-Stunden-Supermarkt im Ankunftsbereich ein und folgte der Beschilderung, um mich leicht zurechtzufinden, aber der Eingang war schwer zu finden, und ich ging schließlich daran vorbei. Es fühlte sich an wie der Nachteingang eines Bürogebäudes. Die Rezeption war mit dem Aufzug im dritten Stock erreichbar. Das Zimmer war luxuriös, sogar mit Badewanne, aber alles andere, wie die dünnen Hausschuhe und der Instantkaffee, kostete extra. Der Service in japanischen Businesshotels ist wirklich fantastisch, lol. Anscheinend gibt es Frühstück ab etwa 4:30 Uhr morgens, um meinem frühen Morgenflug entgegenzukommen. Es gab eine große Auswahl. Ich ließ mein Gepäck zurück und verbrachte einen halben Tag mit Sightseeing in Helsinki. Im finnischen Sommer ist es spät abends noch hell, daher war ich nicht allzu nervös, aber es war schön, sich früher einrichten zu können, als in die Stadt zu fahren.

Schönes und modernes Hotel. Frühstück war gut und das Bett war wirklich komfortabel. Ich würde dieses Hotel für Verwandte und Freunde völlig empfehlen. Nur unten ist es nahe dem Bahnhof und dem Mall. Betrunkene Menschen sind immer um den Mall.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
