Das Schönste ist, dass 4 Wäscheperlen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Zudem müssen Haartrockner von außen ausgeliehen werden und sind nicht in jedem Zimmer vorhanden.

Hieno hotellimiljöö; kulku sokkeloinen johtuen rakennuksen aiemmasta käyttötarkoituksesta, muttei millään lailla haitallinen. Tilat olivat siistit ja huone todella miellyttävä. Asiakaspalvelu oli moitteetonta huolimatta vastaanottotiskin henkilökunnan osittain vastikään alkaneista työsuhteista. Aamiainen oli loistava ja monipuolinen ja pari kommenttia otettiin asiallisesti vastaan. Suosittelen tätä hotellia tuttavilleni Helsingin majoitukseksi.

Sehr schönes Hotel, nur im Zentrum der Stadt und in der Nähe aller Hauptattraktionen (Nationales Kunstmuseum, Theater, Bahnhof usw.). Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, und die Betten waren komfortabel. Es gab einen Schreibtisch, Kühlschrank, Haartrockner, Kettle und Kaffee. Schampoon und Körperlotion waren sehr schön und geräuchert so gut. Das Personal war willkommen und die Ein-/Auscheckung ging reibungslos. Es gibt auch eine kostenlose öffentliche Sauna, die ein großer Plus war!

Das Zimmer war sauber, hatte hohe Decken und wir bekamen ein Zimmer mit Bad! Das Badezimmer war hoch und ich, da ich klein bin, musste klettern, aber das war kein Problem, da ich meinen Freunden nun etwas von meiner Reise erzählen konnte! (Ich habe vergessen, ein Foto zu machen.) Ich glaube nicht, dass es das Problem des Hotels ist ... ************************************. Wenn ich hier allerdings den Fernseher einschalte, kann ich die Stimme nicht hören, also nehme ich an, dass es nicht so schlimm ist. Ich glaube nicht, dass die Wände dünn sind. Reisende müssen also einfach an andere Leute denken und nicht an ***. Ich habe auch gefrühstückt. Ich war beeindruckt von der Vielfalt und wie lecker alles war! Auch die Beerensauce auf dem Joghurt war sehr lecker! Die Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, als ich danach fragte.

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Ich kam spät abends an und übernachtete, um mich auf meinen Abendflug am nächsten Tag vorzubereiten. Ich kaufte im 24-Stunden-Supermarkt im Ankunftsbereich ein und folgte der Beschilderung, um mich leicht zurechtzufinden, aber der Eingang war schwer zu finden, und ich ging schließlich daran vorbei. Es fühlte sich an wie der Nachteingang eines Bürogebäudes. Die Rezeption war mit dem Aufzug im dritten Stock erreichbar. Das Zimmer war luxuriös, sogar mit Badewanne, aber alles andere, wie die dünnen Hausschuhe und der Instantkaffee, kostete extra. Der Service in japanischen Businesshotels ist wirklich fantastisch, lol. Anscheinend gibt es Frühstück ab etwa 4:30 Uhr morgens, um meinem frühen Morgenflug entgegenzukommen. Es gab eine große Auswahl. Ich ließ mein Gepäck zurück und verbrachte einen halben Tag mit Sightseeing in Helsinki. Im finnischen Sommer ist es spät abends noch hell, daher war ich nicht allzu nervös, aber es war schön, sich früher einrichten zu können, als in die Stadt zu fahren.

Overall, the hotel was beautiful, clean, and offered very good quality for the price. The rooms were modern, well-designed, and spotless. Beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt neat and thoughtfully arranged. After long days exploring the city, it was a great place to rest and recharge. We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience. We would definitely recommend it to friends and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Helsinki.
