Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Mir gefällt der Einrichtungsstil der Privatunterkunft, als ob ich mich in die Berge zurückziehen würde. Die Zimmer sind sauber und hygienisch und mit kompletter Ausstattung ausgestattet. Es gibt Geschäftswagen, die mich abholen, wenn ich ein- und ausgehe. Das Servicepersonal ist herzlich und aufmerksam. Es ist sehr praktisch zu essen. Im ersten Stock gibt es ein Restaurant. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut und der Preis ist angemessen. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut. Ich bin in jeder Hinsicht sehr zufrieden und kann beruhigt hier übernachten.

Thank you to the young owners and their parents for their hospitality during our short stay - for transporting my parents and I to and from restaurants for our meals and dropping us off at the main tourist attraction. Also special thanks to the 阿姨 for the delicious breakfast, her homemade mantou and pickles. Mrs Han was so generous in also helping us heat up leftovers takeaway from lunch for our dinner. The beds were comfortable. Initially the room was too warm but the young Mr Han helped to sort out the floor heating and heater so that the room was more comfortable. The recommended driver, Mr An, was very good, who brought us safely to Pingan.

To be honest, many places in wutai is closed due to some private reasons. It's either too crowded with people for commercial reason or closed. This place is about 10-12 mins away from the central sigh seeing place. But traveling from the central to this hotel has free shuttle every 5 minutes. Super convenient and quiet. I would think this is a good resting point for those who like quiet and peace. By the way, plus for the receptionist. She is the only person there, but she will be there the whole day beside her sleeping time. She will try to arrange you anything, as long as you ask it.

Unglaublich Aufenthalt, so empfangene Gastgeber, dass mein Aufenthalt erstaunlich machte. Leider wurden die Spurkopfs wegen schlechtes Wetter geschlossen. Die Gastgeber konnten andere Optionen vorschlagen und Transport und Sonnenaufgang Tour organisieren. Sie waren sehr empfindlich für alle meine Bedürfnisse und sogar versuchten, Mandarin zu unterrichten, was sehr lustig war. Danke für alles, die Gastgeber machten meinen Aufenthalt in Wutai sehr besonderes Gefühl wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause. Das Zimmer war super komfortable und eine Freude, in 🙏🏼 zu schlafen, zu Ruhe und zu laden.

Overall: Positive experience with excellent service. Pros: • Service: Staff are exceptionally polite and professional. • Cleanliness: Housekeeping is diligent; rooms are well-maintained and odor-free. • Breakfast: The buffet offers a wide and rich variety of options. • Facilities: The self-service laundry is a great convenience for long-term guests (Note: one dryer was out of order during my stay). Suggestions for Improvement: To better align with international standards, I recommend: 1. Increasing the number of towel sets provided in the room. 2. Standardizing toiletries into small, individual packaging. The current use of various large-brand bottles on the vanity can lead guests to worry they were left behind by previous occupants, which impacts the overall sense of hygiene. A pleasant stay overall. With these small adjustments, the guest experience would be even better!

Ich habe das Zimmer nicht genau geprüft; das Bett war zu klein, und es war schon am ersten Tag voll belegt. Am zweiten Tag wollte ich die Differenz bezahlen, um in ein Familienzimmer zu wechseln, aber man verlangte von mir, die Reservierung zu stornieren und zum ursprünglichen Preis neu zu buchen. Das ist doch völlig unverschämt! Sie haben mir ja nicht einmal den ursprünglichen Preis erstattet, oder? Sie können mir doch nicht einfach die Differenz zwischen dem Preis für das Zweibettzimmer und dem für das Familienzimmer berechnen; sie zwingen mich, über 500 Yuan mehr zu bezahlen. Das ist doch lächerlich! Die anderen Leistungen waren aber recht gut.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The team went above and beyond by upgrading my room, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. They were also very accommodating in allowing my friend to stay longer, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was delicious , way beyond my expectations. The service was warm, flexible, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay. It made a big difference and left a great impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.

Die Fußbodenheizung ist zu heiß und die Treppe etwas steil. Ein Aufzug wäre ideal. Der Kundendienstmitarbeiter am Telefon war sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig. Auch das kleine Geschenk war eine nette Geste.

Cozy place with friendly, authentic and unassuming staff. Hotel is newly renovated so facilities are very new and well maintained. Comes with smart automation. But what’s good to me is it’s spacious clean and comfortable. At wutaishan, you want a place to rest and reflect after a day of visiting and praying. This is a good place to do that overseeing the forest by the window and drinking tea.  The boss takes care of the guests. Staff is hardworking and willing. Breakfast is great. Everyone is smiling and happy there as a big family which gives very positive and good vibes.  If u r looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend here. Yes there’s a need to call for a transport down from the hill to the bus station but it’s very convenient then walking non stop :)

Das Hotel sieht neu aus, so dass es keinen schlechten Geschmack hat, saubere Hygiene, Service-Einstellung ist sehr gut, die Antwort auf die Frage ist besonders geduldig, unten ist der Parkplatz, sehr bequem. Das beste ist die Lage. Es gibt einen Weg neben dem Hotel. Durch die Berge ist die Brücke über die kleine Brücke. Die Pizzaoberfläche ist am Tiefen. Das Hotel ist mit einem breiten Teppich in der Nähe. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist angenehmen.
