AAnonymer BenutzerAuf dem Rückweg von einer Selbstfahrertour nach Peking habe ich in Xinzhou übernachtet. Ich habe auf Ctrip fleißig gesucht, da ich jedes Jahr dorthin fahre und so Erfahrung gesammelt habe. Als Umweltdesignerin lege ich großen Wert auf visuelle Gestaltung. Ich habe mich für einen Markennamen oder etwas Schönes entschieden. Nach über 20 Tagen war ich erschöpft und wollte ein Thermalhotel aussuchen. Ich habe mir auf Ctrip Bilder von jedem Hotel angesehen und mich schließlich für das Futian Huayu Hot Spring Hotel entschieden. Es war wirklich preiswert und fantastisch! Der Service war super! Die Thermalquellen waren fantastisch und sauber! Dieses Hotel ist wirklich nostalgisch gebaut! Ich habe beschlossen, beim nächsten Mal drei Tage dort zu bleiben und die Altstadt zu erkunden! Ich hatte bei meiner Abreise etwas vergessen, also sagten sie, sie würden es mir zurückschicken! Vielen Dank! 🙏 Ich werde nicht ins Detail gehen, aber hier sind einige Ihrer Fotos! Noch besser: Sie können es selbst erleben! Das Hotel liegt in der Altstadt, sehr praktisch.

GGastnutzerEin wirklich schöner Ort, um in den ruhigen Bergen von Wutaishan zu bleiben. Das Hotel wurde geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Zimmer, das ich hatte, war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Es gab einen Marshall-Lautsprecher, der ein wirklich schöner Touch war. Die Services waren super aufmerksam und persönlich: Manager Chen und sein Team waren sehr freundlich und sehr gut zu Hause. Sie sorgten dafür, dass ich alles bekam, was ich für meine täglichen Expeditionen benötigt habe, führten mich zu allen Tempeln und Klostern (in angemessenen Abständen natürlich) die ich jeden Morgen besuchen wollte und nahm mich am Abend wieder zum Hotel. Mein Aufenthalt dort war so wunderschön, dass ich es noch zwei Tage verlängerte, was noch weit genug war!
Das Hotelrestaurant war auch sehr schön. Essen war von überlegener Qualität und die Atmosphäre war schön.

CCarlliDie Fußbodenheizung ist zu heiß und die Treppe etwas steil. Ein Aufzug wäre ideal. Der Kundendienstmitarbeiter am Telefon war sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig. Auch das kleine Geschenk war eine nette Geste.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is in a tranquil area and the view is facing the mountain side thus I had a nice view. The room is nice and comfortable, I like the lotus flower paint on the wall. I was checking if it's a sticker or a painted. I think it's painted. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. What I like about the place is that I can use a washing machine because I stayed for days and it's like almost every week I travel. So using a washing machine is a luxury for me. The place is super clean. If I had a longer duration for my visa. I would stay for a month. There's so many restaurants around, but the vegetarian one is just a shuttle away like 5-10 minutes shuttle ride. Shuttle bus stop is like 2-3 minutes walk only. There's so many temples to go to, very rich in history. The hotel heating is good although I'm not a fan of coal heater I think because when I go out I can smell it. It would be nicer if they could think of something else. I think almost all hotels there, use the same heating method. Although, I'm used to going to cold places without heater so for me it's fine if they don't use but for the rest of their customers, I think they would need it. Almost everything is provided - appreciate it a lot!!! If I will come back again to Mt. Wutai, I would stay in the same place. I think the staff attendant when I was there (father of the hotel manager) is very polite and reliable. I didn't ask for food as I'm vegan, I don't want to bother him to make one for me. Sorry, forgot to take photos of the room, I took photo of the view from my room only.

TTAN BOON LIANG BERNARDThis is our first time visiting Wutaishan and we stayed here for 5 nights. We came here by a direct bus from Beijing and the hotel picked us from the bus terminal in Wutaishan. The hotel driver was helpful and polite. We were greeted by 2 pleasant front desk ladies upon check in. We received a beads bracket gift and welcome fruit plate .
During the first day we had an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room and they changed our room the very next day.
The hotel is located just off a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. There is also a shuttle bus stop just around the corner. There are many famous temples here all within walking distance from the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel and the food is delicious and we had a meal served in our room.
The lady boss (who we didn’t meet) provided us with information for our trip planning and helped us to book a land tour of the 5 mountains.
Lastly we would like to compliment the 2 front desk staff, the 2 cleaning staff and the driver for their enthusiastic attitude and service.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

AAnnie PBPMein Zimmer war spotlessso sauber und frisch, und völlig nicht rauchen, was ein riesiger Plus war. Ich liebe Entspannung im Badezimmer während der Aussicht.
Frühstück war ein fester Gewinn mit verschiedenen Optionen, sowohl internationaler als auch chinesischer. Mein Lieblingsteil war das frisch gepresste Saft so ein schöner Touch! Das chinesische Restaurant unten war auch großartig, vor allem die gemahlene Hühner Gericht. Wenn Sie mutige Geschmacksmuster mögen, ist es ein Muss-Versuch.
Das Hotel bietet vier Mineralbadpools, die super sauber erscheinen. Sie kommen zu einer zusätzlichen Gebühr, aber sie scheinen es wert, wenn Sie sich um den Wind zu entspannen suchen. Sprich von Entspannung, der Spa war erstaunlich! Die Dame Massage war unglaublich freundlich, hilf mir mit meinem unteren Rückenschmerz nach einer langen Woche der Reise. Sie teilte sogar einen Tipp rückwärts wandern, um den Schmerz zu lindern!
Die einzige Nebenwirkung war, dass im Frühjahr keine Klimaanlage. Wenn das Zimmer etwas warm wird, müssen Sie das Fenster für kühlere Luft öffnen.
Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung, und ich würde diesen Ort definitiv empfehlen!

Additionally - the real highlight - Liu Kaidi couldn’t have been more helpful in helping to organize our trip with us. Amongst other things she: answered all of our questions we had about our hike around Mount Wutai, gave us a route and map, was extremely responsive on WeChat throughout our time in the area. She also allowed us to leave bags during our hike free of charge, helped us book and catch our bus to Taiyuan, arranged our bus to the East Terrace at 3.30am at the start of our hike (waking us up) and gave us a fantastic food recommendation for dinner (even walking us to the restaurant).
Our stay would not have even the same without her help and we are so grateful. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to the area.

GGastnutzerDas Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Generell sind die Zimmer auf dem Berg etwas feucht und die Bettwäsche ist immer etwas unbefriedigend. Aber das hat dieses Hotel nicht. Das Zimmer ist im Voraus vorbereitet, die Heizung ist eingeschaltet und die Bettwäsche ist von guter Qualität und fühlt sich gut an. Auch die allgemeine Hygiene ist zufriedenstellend. Der Chef ist begeistert und schult die Kellner gut! empfehlen!

GGastnutzerOt's a small boutique hotel . The room was large and new looking. It had a small living room with comfortable chairs. The bathroom is average size with good hot shower.
The location is very good with easy access to restaurants and grocery shops. Be aware that everything concerned with food is just that little bit more expensive than other cities in China. But I guess the cost of hauling everything up to wu tai shan is costly.
The hotel is also close to the central bus station.
The manger Tong Tian Tian was most helpful. She came to pick us up from the bus station, helped us to book a day tour of the 5 mountain temples. ( which had to be cancelled halfway due to a snowstorm on the mountain tops, where the main temples were.
She then helped us to get our partial redunds.
And then helped us to book bus tickets for onward travel to Datong.
She was really helpful. On our first day she dropped us off at a temple nearly 20 mins away.
So top marks for her customer service
The hotel is a little short on the normal facilities like gym , small room fridge in the room, a restaurant ( so no breakfast )

LLuca WorldTravelerNice place I stayed for 4 nights to explore Wutaishan beginning of February. Location: 100m from Jinjie temple (have to walk uphill a bit, it is the same pathway that brings to Daluoding temple), 300m from Dailuoding bus station. No restaurant inside, the closest place to eat is Dico’s at 300m (I have never been there as I prefer a local food), restaurants for both breakfast, lunch and dinner are 1km away. The room is small but ok for one person. The window face an indoor place (the entrance of the hotel and the stairs). The girl at the reception is very friendly and helpful.
