Ausgezeichneter Ort zum Aufenthalt! Sehr nahe der Jinan West Eisenbahnstation, es gibt günstige Geschäfte in der Nähe, und auch Restaurants. Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Das Fitness- und Waschraum ist gut. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und wichtiger ist, dass ihre Toiletten Bidet haben!

Great place to stay. The location is close to Jinan railways station and K88 neaby malls. The room and toilet is clean (no bidet). I chose the non-smoking room and the room is clear from any cigarette smoke. However, there are people smoking in the corridor at night and the cigarette smoke enters the room. For someone who’s very sensitive to cigarette smoke, it’s not a convenient place to stay.

Great hotel and services. Special mentioned to Tom which is excellent. Others are great as well. Have lots of restaurants nearby.

I would like to extend my special thanks to Chu Yi at the Garden Road branch near Daming Lake in Jinan. As a foreigner on a solo business trip to China, when my phone couldn't connect to the local network, it meant I had no way to pay for anything. I couldn't buy food, couldn't get around, and was completely cut off from the outside world. I was filled with a sense of helplessness being alone in a foreign land. Upon hearing this, the hotel staff immediately contacted a nearby China Unicom service center where I could get a SIM card using my passport. The next morning, Ms. Chu Yi from the front desk, concerned about my language barrier and difficulty getting around, proactively offered to accompany me to the service center to help with the procedures. The moment my phone successfully connected to the network, what I felt was not just the restoration of a signal, but a profound sense of relief. This warmth continued throughout my entire stay: the housekeeping staff thoughtfully prepared a power adapter in my room; the restaurant staff enthusiastically recommended delicious and agreeable dishes during my meals. From Chu Yi's exceptional initiative at the front desk to the meticulous and warm service from housekeeping and the restaurant, your actions perfectly embodied the meaning of ”a home away from home.” This transcends nationality—it's all about heartfelt care. Jinan is a warm city, but Atour is even warmer. On all my future business trips to China, I will definitely choose to stay at Atour. I wish Atour and the wonderful Ms. Chu Yi all the best

Zimmer: Gutes Größenzimmer, 6/F teilweise renoviert (vor allem Elektrizität, Teppiche), 4/F nicht getan. Sie haben eine Exekutivlounge, es ist nur eine Lounge, keine Vorteile, die Sie in anderen Hotels erhalten. Ausstattung: 2/F hat Pooltisch, Tischtennis, Karte/Mahjong-Zimmer, Fitnessraum; Boden B1 hat einen riesigen Pool. Alle ziemlich beschäftigt, da sie Mitglieder der Öffentlichkeit zu bezahlen, um zu nutzen. Frühstück: Gut, einige westliche Optionen. RMB40/pax im Hotel. Lage: Perfekt. einfach zu Daming Lake, Kuanhouli, Black Tiger Spring, Geschäfte. Es ist auf der Route des Touristenshuttlebus, der kostet RMB5/day und geht zu allen Hauptsites. Häufig in Wochenenden, weniger so Wochentage. Restaurants: Viele rund um das Hotel. Süden zu Malls auf Quancheng Road, wo es vieles von allem, was Sie essen können, Hotpot und BBQ. Auch Süden zu Kuanhouli, die Snackstraße und einige gute Restaurants (Huixian Floor Restaurant). Nord ist das berühmte Shandong Restaurant: Kui Sheng Ju. Es gab immer eine Warteschlange, so dass wir in ein ähnliches Restaurant über die Straße von ihm gingen. Auch neben ihm ist das Jia Chuan Min Guangzhou Restaurant, das hervorragend ist. Service: Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Dusche auf 6/F, da der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig war oder nur ganz abgeschnitten. Zunächst baten wir das Personal des Front Desk, es zu sortieren, aber nicht viel passierte. Dann fragte der Dienstleiter und er war sehr hilfreich und bewegte uns zu einer Suite auf der 4/F. Wenn Sie also ein Problem haben, stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie eine Person in Autorität fragen und der Service wird ausgezeichnet. We are a group of 5 from Singapore. We enjoyed our stay - finally get to stay together in a loft room :) my mum and I also had fun trying the Chinese costumes available for free at the lobby. Overall great. The only con is there is no designated drop-off point so travellers with huge suitcases may need to contact hotel in advance for guidance.

聽從朋友建議入住這家喬治莫蘭迪酒店，整體十分滿意。酒店緊鄰北園地鐵站，地理位置絕佳，來回大明湖、各大泉羣景區省時省力。房間衞生做得很細緻，裝修簡約高級，睡眠舒適度在線。日常出行趕早行程毫無壓力，服務恰到好處，性價比出眾，後續再來濟南還會選擇這裏。

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte keinen Geruch. Wir hatten die Betten geteilt, bevor wir eincheckten. Wir waren sehr rücksichtsvoll und stellten einen Reiseführer zur Verfügung. Xiaodu steuert Lichter und Vorhänge elektronisch und gefällt den Kindern sehr gut. Das Frühstück in der Cafeteria ist super, vor allem die frittierten Teigstangen. Der Mann in der Lobby war sehr anspruchsvoll und half mir, mein Gepäck im Auto zu verstauen, als ich abreiste. Daumen hoch 👍🏻Das Hotel liegt im Stadtzentrum, nur 15-20 Gehminuten vom Daming-See entfernt (man kann gemütlich mit Kindern und älteren Menschen spazieren gehen) und noch näher am Jiefang-Pavillon, der Black Tiger Spring usw Kuanhouli, nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn Sie erneut nach Jinan kommen, können Sie sich für Zhonghao entscheiden.

Reception, location and room are great for the price you pay. My gripe is with the breakfast reception. We entered and told them our room number. Just before getting our food, the lady told us that someone has claimed the breakfast with our room number and we cannot eat here unless we pay extra for our meal. Even though I insisted we haven't eaten and we are the actual occupants, the lady repeated a few times that the breakfast has been claimed and we can't eat. Eventually she relented when I told her to take a look at my friend who is clearly a foreigner and insisted that she check the CCTV. I get that mix-ups are probably rare, but to immediately insinuate that we are thiefs who are trying to take advantage of (a pretty mediocre) hotel breakfast at an airport hotel is unbelievable. Especially given that my friend is clearly not of East Asian descent! It left a pretty sour taste in my mouth. I don't know why the SOP isn't to make sure that we are the actual guests and give us benefit of doubt.
