This is an outstanding place to stay while in China. Everything about the facility was 5 stars. I will use Vienna Hotels again for future travels. All staff were friendly and very helpful.

It’s within easy reach of local markets, a variety of restaurants serving delicious and affordable food, and plenty of shops. Whether for dining, shopping, or exploring, everything was conveniently accessible. Hotel & Room: The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which ensured a great night’s sleep. The added perks like free supper and free-flow drinks in the lobby were wonderful touches that made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The location of this hotel is superb. It is only a short walking distance away from the Metro station. Within walking distance are several restaurants which serve excellent meals at reasonable prices. Opposite the hotel is a fresh fruits & vegetables market which is worth visiting. The front office staff are very helpful and will go all out to assist you. They gave useful advice on places to visit and good restaurants to go for meals.

Overall an excellent hotel. Following is a suggestion to the air conditioning system. The system probably needs to be cleaned, checked and disinfected as the air delivery do intermittently (not all the time) comes with a strong unpleasant (toilet?) odour. The other item I would highlight is the shower cubicle glass door with the seal installed the wrong way when I checked in to the hotel. The shower door cannot be pushed in to the shower at all. And this caused lots of water to seep out of the cubicle when showering. This is an installation mistake, probably by an inexperienced or untrained plumber/installer. All I did to correct this is to pull out the seal from the fixed glass panel, then push the door inside the shower cubicle and re-fitted the seal. Future guest to this room will find the instruction to ”Push” the glass door into the cubicle being labelled correctly and there will not be any water seepage out of the cubicle when using it. In my country this works by a plumber is at least AUD $120. Btw, thank you for our pleasant stay in this upgraded room.

Really good location in city. Rooms were large, great shower and cold AC. Short walk to almost anything you need. Hotel staff were the best! Good breakfast every day. English communication a little challenging but staff did very well with everything we asked. Stayed 10 days in July and August 2025.
