Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

Excellent location. Connected to mall. There are two halal restaurants in the mall. The staff named 'Bonnie' can speak fluent English & she helped me alot. Thanks Bonie. The room is very clean with big 100' projector. I didnt opt for breakfast this time. Coz i just want to wake up late & being lazy. No doubt , just book this hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut zu finden, es ist auch bequem, nach Fantuzzi zu fahren, es gibt viele Parkplätze im unteren Stockwerk, die Umwelteinrichtungen sind auch komplett, die Einstellung des Rezeptionspersonals ist auch sehr gut. Aber nur das Frühstück ist etwas chaotisch, der Urlaubsfluss ist groß, es gibt zu wenige Mahlzeiten, es gibt keine wirksame Verwaltung, es gibt keine zusätzlichen Tische oder Mahlzeiten, es gibt nur wenige Tische, die vollständig vom Gast zu sehen sind, wer es kann, und es kann nicht einmal eine ordentliche Organisation für das Essen vorausgehen, und die Integrierung der Tische.

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

We stayed at this hotel with our family and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome.

Die erste Nacht der fünften Reise lebt in der Stadt, und die geografische Lage ist sehr bequem für Autofahrer. Die Umgebung ist allgemein fertig, schließlich ist es in der Stadt, aber das Hotel ist sehr neu und sehr kostengünstig. Es ist, dass das Zimmer im siebten Stock genau oben mit einer Ausstattung oder etwas ist, etwas schlank. H gut im Service ist sehr gut und alle Anträge auf Familienreise können helfen, die Lösung zu koordinieren. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstückssorten, aber Y ist nicht schlank, insgesamt ist es sehr gut.

The location was perfect and check in was quite fast but the price was not what was advertised on the app and the hotel staff asked that we pay the difference or move to another room after we unpacked in the room they gave us. But overall the room was comfortable and the staff helpful and polite.
