Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Eigentum ist außergewöhnlich sauber, und Sie können wirklich sagen, dass eine Menge Pflege es beibehalten. Das Personal war konsequent freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit allem, was wir brauchen, zu helfen. Sie haben sogar bei der Beförderung unserer Taschen vom Parkplatz in unser Zimmer und wieder während der Abreise geholfen, was die Erfahrung extra willkommen und bequem machte. Was am meisten herausgestellt war ihre Bereitschaft, Fragen zu beantworten und sicherzustellen, dass wir uns während unseres Aufenthalts bequem waren. Darüber hinaus waren die Ansichten absolut erstaunlich und fügten einen solchen besonderen Kontakt zu der gesamten Erfahrung hinzu. Ich würde sicher wiederkommen und dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, jemanden zu suchen, der einen komfortablen und nützlichen Aufenthalt sucht!

Das Hotel im Farm ist eine sehr frische Erfahrung. Dieses Mal ist das Zimmer mit privater Suppe gewählt. Aber es ist schlimm, dass es unter dem Regen kommt. Es hat keine Erfahrung mit der warmen Zimmer. Es gibt die Chance, das nächste Mal wieder zu kommen. Der Service des Hotels ist sehr aufmerksam. Der Aufenthalt hat eine Gruppe von 5v1 geschaffen. Zwei Leiterservices am Tag des Empfangs Wir sind die Leiter der kleinen Jungen und die Leiter der kleinen Reise. Alle Jungen sind sehr schnell. Das Farm-Restaurant schmeckt sehr lecker. Die Rohstoffe stammen aus der Farm. Sehr gesund und organisch. Das Hotel hat auch die Gespräche mit dem Bauernhof gesandt, wenn er sich aus dem Haus verlassen hat. Sehr intim und sehr zufrieden mit einer Reise - Hey, Cheng.

What a fantastic home stay. My partner and I stayed for the weekend, and everything was brilliant. The staff were all friendly and helpful (despite us both being able to speak Chinese and the staff not speaking English, they did everything they could to help us and make us feel welcome). The room was big, clean and had everything that we needed. It also had a water machine which was really helpful especially with the weather being so hot. We spent one afternoon relaxing by the swimming pool, and it was peaceful and the water was clean and refreshing. Breakfast was good, with enough selection to choose from. The location was also brilliant, with it only being a ten minute walk to where the buses take you to Skyland, which is why we visited the area. We will be coming back to stay here in the next few months when we visit the area again! Thank you for a great weekend.

Schönes und gemütliches Hotel mit Bergblick. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, sodass Sie ohne Auto überall hinkommen. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und bietet eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Wenn Sie eine Auszeit suchen, ist es perfekt. Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über AC-Ladestationen (6 Kabel), was besonders praktisch ist, wenn Sie nur für einen Wochenendtrip hier sind. Es gibt einen Wanderweg, den Sie mit einem zweiten, einige Kilometer nördlich gelegenen, kombinieren können, um in etwa drei Stunden eine Runde zu absolvieren. Wenn Sie gerne Sterne beobachten, können Sie (einige Wochen im Voraus) eine Sternenbeobachtungsnacht im Observatorium am Stausee buchen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, wenn Sie ein Wochenende mit einem Paar oder kleinen Kindern verbringen möchten.

Ich habe mit meinen Eltern hier übernachtet und sie waren begeistert! Die Rezeption organisierte ein ruhiges Zimmer und half uns sogar, das Thermalbad auf den Vormittag zu verlegen, da dies die Mittagspause der Älteren nicht beeinträchtigen würde. Das Zimmer war blitzblank, die Bettwäsche duftete nach Sonnenschein, die Badezimmerhandläufe waren blitzblank und die Steinbank am kleinen Innenteich war auf Hochglanz poliert. Sie bekamen außerdem kostenlos Hanfu (traditionelle chinesische Trachten) zum Anziehen, und meine Eltern sahen auf den Fotos, die sie machten, unglaublich glücklich aus. Fünf Sterne!

房間非常的好，然後空間很大，有個大陽台，狗狗可以在外面四處溜達，然後四處的玩，但是最好看一下天氣，因為我們如果下雨的話，就是户外的那個地方使用率就不高了，當然這個跟酒店無關，然後我們衹要挑好天氣，然後去玩的話，它的晚上的話，你可以跟朋友在一起在那個露台的位置，然後去燒烤啊，或者是喝喝酒，然後呃可以玩，然後白天的話那裡的面積也非常的大，其實外面露台將近半個房間的大小，那這樣的話，呃，狗狗也可以在可控的範圍內玩耍，然後跟朋友一起聚會，非常不錯的一個選擇。

We had a good one-night stay. The property is located away from the main city, which makes it perfect for anyone looking to unwind and connect with nature. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including paragliding, hiking and ATV rides — great options for adventure lovers. The hiking trail was especially enjoyable and well worth it. The views were stunning, and the room was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. I would recommend having your own car, as ride services like DiDi were not readily available in the area, which can make transportation a bit challenging. The only minor inconvenience was that there was no hot water in the shower in the morning. Aside from that, it was a lovely stay and we truly appreciated the overall experience.

The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

Die kleinen Brüder halfen uns mit großer Begeisterung dabei, unser Gepäck vom Auto zum Shuttlebus zu tragen und es dann fast ohne Ihr Zutun aufs Zimmer zu bringen. Ich denke, es ist das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, um das kühle Wetter in den Bergen zu genießen und mit den Kindern spazieren zu gehen. In den Bergen ist es sehr kühl und die Straßen sind relativ gut befahrbar. Es verfügt über einen eigenen Außenpool und es gibt auch einen Billardtisch im Innenbereich und andere Brettspiele für Kinder. Wenn Sie ausgehen, ist es eine 8-minütige Fahrt von Jingkongli entfernt. Wir haben an diesem Abend im Hotelpool gespielt und es war so cool, am Rand zu sitzen. Der kostenlose Nachmittagstee wurde gereicht und ich war von seinem Aussehen begeistert. Ansonsten ist es recht zufriedenstellend. Da es auf einem Berg liegt, ist das Parken nicht einfach, daher ist es am besten, früh anzureisen. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass es in der Nähe von Hangzhou liegt, einen guten Service bietet, bequem zum Spielen im Wasser geeignet ist und im Sommer besonders kühl ist. Abgesehen davon, dass der Preis an Wochenenden und Feiertagen etwas teuer ist, ist daran nichts auszusetzen.
