The front desk staff were very warm and humorous. I checked out during the day and asked them to store my luggage. When I went back to pick it up in the evening to catch the last bus, I was in a hurry. They comforted me, saying there was still time, and gave me a bottle of water. They also wished me a pleasant journey. I was really touched. I wish the hotel would do better and better and the staff would be happy every day.

Die Aussicht auf das Gebäude ist sehr, sehr schön und sehr zufrieden. Davon abgesehen war der Service sehr kalt, es sollte etwas Höflichkeit geben, das Abendessen muss gebucht werden und der Geschmack war gut. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, das Schweizer Frühstück ist in der Regel eintönig. Die Lage ist gut, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Das Hotel liegt am Hang und bietet einen Shuttle-Service an, was ich super fand, da man sein Gepäck nicht selbst schleppen muss. Beim Check-in gab es sogar ein Glas Champagner als Willkommensgetränk, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat! Man sollte beachten, dass der Wasserdruck in der Dusche nicht besonders hoch ist. Wenn man also eine ausgiebige Dusche genießen möchte, könnte das etwas enttäuschend sein. Insgesamt war es aber sehr gut!

Das Hotel liegt am Bahnhof Interlaken West, sowohl für Züge als auch für Busse. Biegen Sie mit Blick auf den Bahnhof links ab und lassen Sie Ihr Gepäck dort. Das Essen ist gut und sättigend, und das Personal ist unkompliziert und nicht zu wählerisch. Es liegt in der Nähe von Co-op, und auf der anderen Straßenseite gibt es einen McDonald's und ein Café. Sie werden nicht verhungern. Das Hotel ist altmodisch, aber gepflegt, sauber und nicht stickig. Die Zimmer sind schön. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Unterkunft.

Although the weather didn't quite cooperate during my stay, the hotel's fantastic service more than made up for it. The hotel's interior design is simply stunning. The architecture and furnishings are tastefully chosen, providing a luxurious and comfortable ambiance for guests. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the breathtaking view. Unfortunately, I encountered some bad luck with the weather during my stay, which limited my ability to fully enjoy the surroundings. However, even through the mist and rain, I could sense the beauty that lay beyond the hotel's windows. I can only imagine how magical it would be on a clear day. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every interaction, making the stay truly enjoyable. breakfast was simply delicious! The array of options available was impressive, catering to various tastes and dietary preferences. this hotel left a lasting impression on me. The well-designed interiors, the mesmerizing view (even through the rain), the exceptional service, and the mouthwatering breakfast made my stay truly remarkable. If you're looking for a hotel that combines elegance, comfort, and impeccable service, this is the place to be.

Absolutely stunning hotel! This place was nestled in such a gorgeous location! The view from the front of the hotel overseas lake Brienz. And the waterfall on the other side is a wonderful sight to explore. The hotel is historic, and due to that, they have some limitations on amenities. The rooms do not have centralized air. It was certainly not a deal breaker for us, but we did get warm during the day. The TV’s in the room were also small, and didn’t have access to the internet. Again, not a huge deal! The staff was by far the most kind and helpful people we met during our trip to Switzerland! Absolutely incredible! If you are visiting to see some Crash Landing On You sights, this hotel is almost perfectly in the middle of some major location. The landing dock is only 20 minutes away, and the panoramic bridge is about an hour. Though the drive to both locations was beautiful and well worth the time spent! I would highly recommend this hotel, and certainly the restaurant! The food was spectacular and gave is that sense of royalty!

Ich liebe die Lage, wir haben das ganze Team im Hotel getroffen. Sauberes und komfortables Zimmer. Achten Sie darauf, den Blick auf den Fluss zu genießen :)

Es liegt mitten in Wengen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Die Zimmer sind zwar nicht neu, aber sauber und im Allgemeinen sehr schön. Es war allerdings ziemlich kalt im Hotel; wir baten um eine Heizung und bekamen auch eine. Im Preis ist ein Frühstücksbuffet inbegriffen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel liegt am Berg Interlaken Niederhorn und bietet einen Blick auf das Jungfraujoch und zwei weitere Gipfel in der Ferne. Ideal für Selbstfahrer. Das Hotelfrühstück ist reichhaltig, das Restaurant ist stilvoll eingerichtet und die Zimmer verfügen über eine einfache Küche, allerdings sind die Kochutensilien in den Schränken verschlossen. Das Hotel bietet viele Aktivitäten wie Sauna und Swimmingpool, aber ich hatte keine Zeit, daran teilzunehmen. Der größte Pluspunkt des Hotels ist seine hervorragende Lage mit Blick auf den Thunersee und das Jungfraujoch. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet, aber verfügen über alles Nötige wie Sofa, großen Esstisch (der auch als Schreibtisch genutzt werden kann) und Fernseher. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze.

Interlaken ist wunderschön und die Lage des Hotels ist top. Es ist einfach fantastisch, das schneebedeckte Gebirge direkt vom Fenster aus zu sehen. Das Hotel ist sauber, geräumig und hell. Besonders das Frühstück war hervorragend! Der Empfang war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wiederkommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!
