Идеальное расположение в самом центре старого города. Номер просторный, в целом чистый. Полотенца менялись каждый день. Есть огрехи по чистоте в углах и неочевидных местах (например фен очень пыльный). В моем номере в ванной все для высоких, высоко установлены крючки, зеркало, полочка для полотенец. Это просто подмечалово, кому-то не так ощутимо будет. Завтрак шведский стол с несколькими видами яиц, выпечкой, нарезки и свежие овощи. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. В целом, отель небольшой, уютный. Так как расположен в самом центре, то может быть немного шумно от рядом расположенных кафе. Но это в любом центре так.

Die hier gebuchte Wohnung ist sehr preisgünstig. Es gibt ein großes Bett und ein Etagenbett. Wir waren nur zu zweit unterwegs, es bot jedoch Platz für vier Personen. Und das Gelände ist viel größer als das Hotel. Die Lage ist in der Nähe des Courtyard by Marriott und nach einem Vergleich haben wir uns für ein größeres Apartment entschieden. Nach unserer Ankunft riefen wir zum Einchecken den Butler an und er fügte uns bei WeChat hinzu, um uns hineinzuführen. Die Haushälterin reagierte prompt und enthusiastisch. Auch die Lage ist super, nur zwei Blocks entfernt kann man über die Brücke ins Zentrum gelangen.

У меня был полулюск огроменный с видом не на кладбище. У Trip.com была клаасная цена на него. ЦЕ ена/качество идеальное. Завтрак с 7 утра. Из центра 10 минут пешком в горку. Но мне ок было.

Alles war ausgezeichnet, außer dass man die Rollerblinden nicht schließen konnte, weil es außerhalb Schnee (mit dem ganzen Licht schwer zu schlafen) und der Fernseher war zu klein und nicht ein intelligentes Fernseher. Andernfalls, absolut geliebt den Aufenthalt und heiße Böden im Badezimmer waren nach einer Dusche wunderbar!

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

Hotel Grad in Sarajevo ist ein schöner kleiner Ort. Ruhig, sauber, freundlicher Service. Es war sogar besser, als wir für diesen Preis erwartet hatten. Ich empfehle Hotel Grad!

Wir lieben unseren zwei Nachtaufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es ist super sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war komfortabel mit einer Küche und allen Bedürfnissen. Das Frühstück ist erstaunlich mit verschiedenen bosnischen Gerichten jeden Tag gekocht und die üblichen Frühstücksartikel. Garage ist kostenlos und am besten, wenn Sie mit dem Auto kommen, da es ein starker Steig von der Hauptstraße ist. Taxis sind günstig und Hotel überträgt für 30KM jeden Weg. Der Bushaltestand ist ca. 15 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr empfehlen und danken Sie für eine erstaunliche Erfahrung!

A wonderful hotel located close to the airport and transportation. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was clean and our room was large. Breakfast was superb but a bit on the cold side. Looking forward to visiting Sarajevo again and staying at Ibis Styles.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Dieses Hotel wurde vorübergehend nach der Änderung der Reiseroute gebucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren herzlich und aufmerksam und haben mir sehr geholfen. Es war eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Ich werde sie das nächste Mal besuchen.
