4-Sterne-Hotels in Eriwan

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.

Gracious staff, very accommodating and helpful. They allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived, much earlier than the check-in time. The room is clean with complete toiletries and a bidet. Excellent breakfast, wide variety and changing options, and a flexible schedule that covers almost the entire morning. You can even get a takeaway cup of coffee. Check-out was smooth, and they helped us store our luggage while we waited for our departure time late in the day. Overall, an excellent experience.

Ausgezeichnete Lage des Hotels, Fußweg zum Republikplatz. Sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück ist vor allem Preis. erlaubt das Hotel für eine Stunde später zu verlassen. Das Zimmer ist sauber, ruhig, komfortabel Matratzen. 24-hour Restaurant und Rumservice. Keine Nacht Hunger)

Großes Hotel! Praktische Lage im Zentrum. Jede Lage ist günstig zu gehen. Sehr sauber, sauber auf Gewissen! politer Service! Die Verwaltung ist auch immer am Telefon, schnell Antworten auf Fragen. Es ist notwendig zu berücksichtigen, dass in einigen Zimmern die Fenster von der Seite der Straße verriegelt sind, d. h. es gibt eine Wand, und das Fenster ist formell. Wir hatten solche im Schlafzimmer, so ist es nicht kritisch. Ein wenig Wunsch um die Pissen, würde die Pissen mehr und nicht eine pro Person eine Wahl haben. Die Unterkunft blieb im Allgemeinen zufrieden! Nächstes Mal ist es auch möglich, hier zu stoppen!

Выбирали отель в центре, хотелось новый с хорошим сервисом. Угадали на 100%. Отель рекомендую, расположение 10 из 10. Северный проспект, Площадь республики, куча хороших ресторанов, супермаркет и алкомаркет с армянским вином и коньяком, всё в пешей доступности. Все новое, брали номер улучшенный на 9-м этаже возле СПА, отличный вид из окон. Да, номера не большие, но все что необходимо есть. Убирают хорошо, в ванной халаты и тапочки, косметика, каждый день бутилированная вода и кофемашина в номере. Есть гладильная доска и утюг. В номере тихо. Лобби небольшое, но с каким-то модным баром, в выходные дни вечером куча молодежи. Отличное обслуживание, девушка с красивым именем Мариам Яиз, подготовила сюрприз на День рождения, в номере нас ждала бутылка игристого, открытка с пожеланиями на русском и тортик. Приятно. Большим плюсом считаю наличие кафе Paul внизу отеля. Вход прямо из лобби, можно оплатить картой. На завтрак в отеле не ходили - долго спали, ходили в Paul, отличный кофе, сендвичи, круссаны, свежевыжатый сок. Отель рекомендую, персонал - молодцы, с удовольствием посетим еще раз.

Очень красивый современный отель ,рядом супермаркет ,фудкорт .вкусные завтраки в отеле , жаль поздно ,в номере белый халат ,полотенца каждый день меняют ,новые принадлежности каждый день дают :мыло ,гель,шампунь,зубную щетку .,набор пилочка,ватные диски и палочки, ложку для обуви и губку.1 день положили зубную пасту мал.и расческу. Чай ,кофе сахар тоже каждый день.вода только в первый.потом можно скипятить и охладить .на улице везде фонтанчики с водой.все дни было тихо ,а последний очень шумно,плохая звукоизоляция.

The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!

Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe der Treppenattraktion und ist zudem günstig in der Nähe von Supermärkten und Restaurants gelegen. Das Zimmer war insgesamt komfortabel. Obwohl es eine Küche gab, wurden die Gäste nicht dazu angehalten, diese zu benutzen. Die Beleuchtung war schwach und die Einrichtungen etwas heruntergekommen. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen freundlich und hilfsbereit, bot aber weder Hilfe beim Gepäck noch Begrüßungen an. Zur Vereinfachung stellten sie den Gästen sogar einen Fragebogen zur Verfügung. In der Lobby im Erdgeschoss gab es einen Geldautomaten für einfache Abhebungen, was akzeptabel war.

Отель соответствует заявленной цене проживания, но не соответствует заявленному количеству звезд. Впечатление хорошее, но отсутствие чайных ложек на завтраке создает некоторое неудобство.

Sehr gemischt Hotel. Es war riesig, es war definitiv vorne schön. Es steht geschrieben, dass nach der Renovierung, es wurde gebrieft. In der Tat sind die Zimmer alt, nur Handtücher und Seife. Das überraschendste ist Frühstück, es wäre besser nicht zu sein: eine Schildkröte, eine Creme, gekochte Sauce in Zellstoff, Omelet, billige Sauce, und das einzige, was ändert ist ein geschmackhafter Reis mit Karotten und Pfirsiche. Von den Getränken nur eine Kette mit heißem und kaltem Wasser, löslichem Kaffee. Über Gemüse und Obst kann man vergessen - es ist eine Schande! Ich habe die Bar im Lobby gerettet. Zu dem Preis ist das Hotel etwas niedriger als der Markt, aber es wäre besser, etwas zu dem Preis hinzuzufügen und das Essen zu reparieren, oder es auszuschließen und nicht schämen. Personal ist gut, gut, alles geholfen.
