酒店位置很好，就在共和國廣場旁邊，徒步出行就可以到達市區各主要景點，步行幾百米很多餐館，房間整體乾淨整潔，對於這個價位來説是個性價比不錯的選擇。

房間比較擁擠，傢俱過於累贅，位置非常好，前台一個熱情，一個冷冰冰，酒店訂的包車比外面貴太多，如果包車出門附近廣場四周很多車選擇，價格比酒店便宜一半

Stayed as a couple at Yerevan Place in March 2024, great location , very close to republic square, city center , QUICK check in, great breakfast, polite staff , good size rooms but no views, bit uncomfortable as rooms are hot as still winter protocols means no air conditions, clean rooms and outside areas, good Wi-Fi, front office staff always helpful, overall good stay.

It was a great hotel, in a great area with very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was awesome with a large variety for every taste. We have a 10 month baby and when we arrived at hotel i ask reception for giving us baby bed, they said that they already put it in our room, it worth a lot for us. Also the room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was fantastic Lovely en suite room with walk in shower and plenty of toiletries Very clean Included breakfast was delicious with a huge selection of cold food or hot food and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff especially the reception ,bar staff and doorman Good choices of vodka in the bar !! Hotel was very central and within walking distance to all places to visit and the football stadium. Highly recommend Thank you for the welcome Armenia Merci !!

The location was nice The room was clean and big, but the mini bar was empty! I didn’t like the services at all. First of all, it was the first time I saw that after check-in the hotel’s staff did not carry the baggage to the room, they didn’t even bother to show me my room! Thy just gave me the key and that was it! I don’t know if it is just this hotel or if it is their culture but it wasn’t nice at all! Another point is even though the hotel didn’t seem to have more than 30 guests and I was staying there for 10 days, the hotel crew every day kept asking my room number at the breakfast on my table even the cleaning staff like I was going steal their basic breakfast which made me uncomfortable. I travel a lot and it wasn’t what I was expecting from a hotel at this price!

Although this hotel is a 4-star hotel, the front desk service of the hotel is very bad. We chose a big bed on the hotel order, but the hotel said that they could not see this demand and could not meet our request. Also it was very bad to find worms in the bed on the morning of the first day. I complained about it, but I'm not sure if they changed the sheets. When I was about to check out on the last day, I wanted to ask if there was a scale that could weigh my luggage. A young man wanted to help, but a lady at the front desk of the hotel had a bad attitude and stopped him from helping, and kept saying no. I also don't like the hotel's bed curtains, which are transparent, and the hotel's sound insulation is also very poor. I can hear the voices of other people in the corridor in the middle of the night. 这家酒店虽然是四星级酒店，但是酒店前台服务很差。我们在酒店订单上选了一张大床，但是酒店说看不到这个需求，无法满足我们的要求。第一天早上发现床上有虫子，真是太糟糕了。我对此进行了投诉，但我不确定他们是否更换了床单。最后一天准备退房的时候，想问一下有没有秤可以给我的行李称重。一个年轻人想要帮忙，但是酒店前台的一位女士态度不好，阻止他帮忙，并且一直说不。 我也不喜欢酒店的床帘，是透明的，而且酒店的隔音效果也很差。半夜我能听到走廊里其他人的说话声。

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfasts have a wide and impressive selection, with many seasonal fruits available. The cleaning staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating. The receptionists helped us with the booking of taxis (which helped avoid taxi scams), and also directions when we needed them. We had help with our luggage from the staff, and the lifts were key-card only and entry was quite secure. Our room had two bedrooms, large and clean and comfortable, cleaning came once a day in the morning/afternoon and came with water/toiletry refills but was optional. The television was relatively large and had channels in at least both English (CN, Animal Planet, Nat Geo, world news) and Russian. There was a fridge and a safe, both of which functioned well. There was a full body mirror, and a sitting area with a long couch/table combo. The bathroom was clean, and a range of toiletries were provided. There was a nice bathtub available with a handlebar and friction floors, a large shower head with a range of water pressures, modes, and temperatures, which was not difficult to understand at all. All in all, a very comfortable hotel, I’d definitely go again, there’s not much else to say.
