I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. I recently stayed at Peace Home Hotel in Phan Thiet and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had the basic amenities needed for a short stay, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The environment was quiet and relaxing, which I appreciated after a long day out. One of the highlights was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Their hospitality made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, Peace Home Hotel offers good value for money if you are looking for a simple, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Phan Thiet. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Ein wunderschöner Aufenthaltsort, geeignet für Familien, Gruppen von Freunden oder Alleinreisende, die sich nicht um die typische Stadtszene von Mui Ne kümmern, die sehr laut und besetzt sein kann. Das Hotel liegt 30 Minuten Fahrt von der Stadt entfernt. Der Strand ist direkt über das Hotel und Sie können Meeresfrüchte in den Restaurants am Strand erhalten. Alternative Lebensmittel sind für Dinner auf den Bodenboden verschiedener Gebäude verfügbar. Es gibt auch Komfort-Lager für schnelle Snacks und grundlegende Toiletten. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass Sie genug Geld bringen, wenn Sie ein Ausländer sind, weil die meisten Unternehmen dort nur QR-Zahlungen oder Bargeld. Die nächste ATM ist 15 Minuten Fahrt entfernt, auf der Straße. Huy dankbar, half sofort, das Problem zu lösen, indem er mich in einem anderen Gebäude in einem anderen Zimmer verteilte. Es gab einige Probleme mit der Türverriegelung sowie, die er auch sofort jemanden hinabschiedet, um zu reparieren. Huy ist immer super responsiv, egal, wann ich seine Hilfe benötigt.

Ich habe auf einer Reise mit meiner Mutter übernachtet, die meine Reise von Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt verlängerte. Wir buchten über 12Go einen Bus vom Hanh Café für etwa 1.300 Yen. Die Fahrt dauerte etwa drei Stunden, aber in einem privaten Schlafbus war es bequem. Als wir vor dem Hotel ausstiegen, wurden wir angerufen. Als wir ankamen, schienen die meisten anderen Gäste Vietnamesen zu sein, und überall fanden Fotoshootings statt. Nicht viele Mitarbeiter sprachen Englisch, daher war die Verständigung etwas schwierig, aber alle waren sehr freundlich. Sie sagten uns, wir könnten sie per WhatsApp von unserem Zimmer aus kontaktieren, da es an der Rezeption kein Telefon gab. Ich habe kein WhatsApp-Konto und konnte auch keins einrichten, aber ich bekam keine Telefonnummer, also war es etwas umständlich. Letztendlich mussten wir zur Rezeption kommen, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Es wäre praktisch gewesen, wenn sie andere Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten wie Messenger angeboten hätten. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Zimmer mit Meerblick, das einfach wunderschön war. Der Strand erstreckte sich vor uns, und wir konnten Netflix und YouTube auf dem Bildschirm neben der Tür schauen. Abends zogen wir die Vorhänge zu und genossen ein Bad in der Badewanne vor unserem Bett. Im Restaurant gab es zwei verschiedene Menüs, beide extravagant, mit einer großen Auswahl an Meeresfrüchten auf einem großen Teller. Zu Beginn wurde alles auf einmal serviert, und wir konnten unmöglich alles aufessen, also ließen wir etwa die Hälfte übrig. Trotzdem war es mit 9.000 Yen für zwei Personen nicht zu teuer, und das Beste war, dass es ein wunderbares Erlebnis war, bei Sonnenuntergang ein ruhiges Abendessen direkt am Strand zu genießen. Während des Abendessens lauerte jedoch eine Ratte vor unseren Augen, und meine Mutter schrie und sah sehr verstört aus, lol. Am Morgen fand ein Tausendfüßler-ähnliches Insekt seinen Weg in unser Zimmer, was für Sauberkeitsbewusste vielleicht ein Schock sein mag, aber in einem naturnahen Hotel ist das wohl nicht anders zu erwarten. Das Beste an diesem Aufenthalt war der Morgen am Strand. Wir konnten direkt nach dem Verlassen des Zimmers zum Strand hinuntergehen und haben dort Muscheln gesammelt und gezeichnet, während wir gemütlich den Sonnenaufgang beobachtet haben. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter! P.S.: Entschuldigung, dass das Cocktailglas kaputtgegangen ist, lol

Der Ort ist quaint mit vielen Pflanzen, wenigen Katzen, Paar Hunde, einigen Vögeln, Lizards usw. wir reservierten es für die Kinder. Der Pool ist etwas klein. Es gibt zu viele Anten aufgrund der Natur des Hauses. Die Anten sind klein und harmlos, aber ich mag das nicht. Das Zimmer ist riesig, ich denke, es kann 10 in einer Reihe schlafen, da es 3 Kingsize-Betten in einer Reihe hat! Der Pool ist ziemlich klein. Es gibt einen kleinen Markt am Morgen direkt außerhalb des Hauses, wo man Früchte und lokale Lebensmittel kaufen kann, die schön ist. Die Verkäufer sind extrem freundlich und sie versuchen nicht zu übergebühren, weil Sie ein Ausländer sind. Die Restaurants sind auch für einfache Nüsse und Reis zu günstigen Preisen ziemlich gut. Die Lage ist ziemlich weit von der Stadt, so dass es etwa 130k kosten wird, nach der Stadt zu gehen. Die Besitzer sprechen Englisch gut, sehr freundlich und helfen, Taxis usw. zu buchen.

The location was spot on  Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view  The room was nice clean  aircon was a bit  ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus  Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3  Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment  We would stay again I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33  I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private

Отличный отель, если вы на байке или если не планируете выходить с территории. А с нее можно не выходить, она шикарная! Бассейны, бары, магазины, кафешки рестораны коворкинги - всё есть и на очень достойном уровне. Персонал максимально приветлив и готов оперативно решать любые вопросы. Есть дополнительный платный пакет услуг с сауной, тренажерами и бассейном, но даже если его не покупать, то вы не чувствуете себя обделенным. Так как есть много из включенного сервиса, к примеру самый красивый бассейн с баром и видом на океан. Все продумано, по территории курсирует электрокар но и есть эскалатор почти к самому пляжу - отличный аттракцион. Пляж чистый, море прекрасное. Рассвет бесподобен. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, убирают каждый день, вода всегда есть в доступе. Вернемся обязательно, надеюсь, к тому времени запустят бассейн на крыше))) Еще, большой плюс, что отсюда быстро добраться до главных достопримечательностей, Красным и Белым пескам Муйне. Это всем обязательно надо сделать!

Шикарное место для отдыха, вдали от самой деревни. Территория комплекса отличная, никаких проблем с шаттлбасами. В самих апартаментах ударяются хорошо, но на террасу вообще не заходят. При заселении там валялись бычки, банки пустые. Стекла перил грязные, что портить вид с бассейна на террасе. Также в одну из ночей в спальне ребенка на кровать заявились муравьи. Подавили их всех, больше не появлялись. На террасе у них был муравейник. Там же обитали пара тараканов. Одного из них тапком пришиб, но боялся, что он тапок отберет и самого отмудохает. Пришлось просить шезлонги, а также починить джакузи. Причем сначала извинялись, что временно ничего этого недоступно. Когда я попросил сделать апгрейд на апартаменты, где все хорошо, сразу все пофиксили. Но стекла так и не помыли.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
