I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Ein unglaublich schönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern, die Ihnen bei allem behilflich sind! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und jedes hat seinen eigenen Charme. Beim Auschecken erhielt jeder Gast sogar eine handgefertigte Figur, die seinem Geburtsjahr entsprach! Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen! Das Frühstück ist unglaublich lecker, und die Gastgeberin ist ein wahres Multitalent! Auch wenn es keinen Strand in der Nähe gibt, können Sie sich problemlos gegen eine geringe Gebühr ein Fahrrad mieten und die Gegend erkunden, wohin es Sie auch zieht! Das Personal tut alles, um Ihren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen.

I recently stayed at Peace Home Hotel in Phan Thiet and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and the beach. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had the basic amenities needed for a short stay, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. The environment was quiet and relaxing, which I appreciated after a long day out. One of the highlights was the friendliness of the staff. They were welcoming, helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Their hospitality made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, Peace Home Hotel offers good value for money if you are looking for a simple, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Phan Thiet. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

Wir blieben hier ein paar Nächte, beginnend mit Feb, und hatten eine brillante Zeit. Das Personal war wunderbar!! Super hilfreich und wissensvoll über das Gebiet,etc. Es gibt ein Fahrradverleih auf der Straße für etwa 6 P-Tag und viele Orte zu essen in der Nähe. Sie haben auch einen Deal mit dem Hotel auf der Straße, so können Sie ihr Pool jederzeit verwenden, wenn Sie sich vorstellen (Super sauber und schön, wenn ein wenig kalt). The location was spot on  Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view  The room was nice clean  aircon was a bit  ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus  Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3  Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment  We would stay again I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33  I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private

Новый отель. Точнее не отель, а апарт-отель. Квартира новая. Все чисто, комфортно. Записал большому рум тур, но он сюда не влезет. В плане отдыха в уединении это прекрасное местно на первой линии. Вышел с утра искупался в море и целый день лежишь у бассейна. Есть спа. Но я там не был. Вообще на территории комплекса три бассейна. На этом все развлечения заканчиваются. Здание находится в 17 км. от Муйнэ. И если у вас нет байк, то шансов у вас на утренний кофе в кафе с видом на море нет. И не будет. Если вы конечно каждое утро не будете кататься в Муйнэ на такси. В общем это место для уединения. После 10 вечера тут вообще тишина и темнота. Есть какое-то кафе на дорогое, но я видел его только из далека и не совсем понятно, что там делать. Так как вокруг пустыня...да да самое что ненаесть пустыня. Для уединения идеально.

Отдыхали с 10.03 по 13.03.2025. За несколько дней до заезда нам написала администрация отеля и мы смогли получить ответы на все наши вопросы. Заселили в номер раньше, в 12ч. Номер был на 23этаже с бассейном, который чистили и заливали при нас и бассейн наливался примерно 4 часа, официально заселение в номер после 14часов, и бассейн полностью наполнился только к 16часам, хотелось бы после заселения в 14ч пользоваться всеми удобствами В залог забрали один паспорт, что меня очень напрягло. Номер для 4х, но были две чашки и два бокала, которые стояли у раковины в душе, дополнительно по запросу не принесли и предложили пользоваться бокалами из душа. Оплачены были завтраки, но такую концепцию встретили первый раз - нам выдали талоны на питание - одно блюдо по меню на человека в день в четырех ресторанах на выбор, из которых работали только два ресторана и меню по талонам одно - это только три блюда стоимостью 80000донгов каждое, напитки в питание не включены, воспользоваться талоном можно в любое время с 6ч утра до 20часов. Поэтому нет смысла оплачивать питание в этом отеле. Есть выбор кафе и ресторанов, да цена выше, чем в деревне Муине, но не выше, чем в ресторанах в других отелях. Номер хороший, все удобства были и мини кухня с электрической плитой с одной комфоркой, микроволновая печь и даже мультиварка, чайник. Вода, чай, кофе пополняли каждый день. Уборка в номере поверхностная. 11 марта уже в 7часов утра не было света и до 18часов вечера, заранее никто не предупредил, в номере даже wifi не работал. никакого возмещения не было, к вечеру один напиток на человека в виде комплимента. Удивил график работы фитнес центра - с 9часов утра до 17ч, такой же график детской комнаты, детская комната с лабиринтом, горками и шариками, хороший центр, но платный, 1 час 50000донгов за ребёнка без родителя, бильярд и настольные игры платные. Внимательно при бронировании номера, что входит в оплату. У нас был включён фитнес центр, бассейны и детский водный бассейн. При посещении спрашивают карту гостя и проверяют возможность пользования. Полотенца для пляжа платные, мы не брали, у нас были свои. Бассейны очень красивые, чистые, в баре у бассейна цены на коктели начинаются от 139000донгов. К пляжу можно добраться на электрокаре, если включено в проживание или на элеваторе, но не всегда работает. Расстояние от корпусов до пляжа приличное. Сам пляж плохо ухожен, на деревянных лежаках нет матрасов, туалет грязный. Картинка перед глазами не очень.В целом отель интересный, но скучный, рядом ничего нет.

Отличный отель, если вы на байке или если не планируете выходить с территории. А с нее можно не выходить, она шикарная! Бассейны, бары, магазины, кафешки рестораны коворкинги - всё есть и на очень достойном уровне. Персонал максимально приветлив и готов оперативно решать любые вопросы. Есть дополнительный платный пакет услуг с сауной, тренажерами и бассейном, но даже если его не покупать, то вы не чувствуете себя обделенным. Так как есть много из включенного сервиса, к примеру самый красивый бассейн с баром и видом на океан. Все продумано, по территории курсирует электрокар но и есть эскалатор почти к самому пляжу - отличный аттракцион. Пляж чистый, море прекрасное. Рассвет бесподобен. Номер просторный, кровать удобная, убирают каждый день, вода всегда есть в доступе. Вернемся обязательно, надеюсь, к тому времени запустят бассейн на крыше))) Еще, большой плюс, что отсюда быстро добраться до главных достопримечательностей, Красным и Белым пескам Муйне. Это всем обязательно надо сделать!

Шикарное место для отдыха, вдали от самой деревни. Территория комплекса отличная, никаких проблем с шаттлбасами. В самих апартаментах ударяются хорошо, но на террасу вообще не заходят. При заселении там валялись бычки, банки пустые. Стекла перил грязные, что портить вид с бассейна на террасе. Также в одну из ночей в спальне ребенка на кровать заявились муравьи. Подавили их всех, больше не появлялись. На террасе у них был муравейник. Там же обитали пара тараканов. Одного из них тапком пришиб, но боялся, что он тапок отберет и самого отмудохает. Пришлось просить шезлонги, а также починить джакузи. Причем сначала извинялись, что временно ничего этого недоступно. Когда я попросил сделать апгрейд на апартаменты, где все хорошо, сразу все пофиксили. Но стекла так и не помыли.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
