I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

Best of the Best Das Personal ist freundlich und ehrlich gegenüber den Kunden. Bitte beachten Sie und machen Sie es unkomfortable. Besonders die Rezeption & Spa-Personal sind professionell und lächelnd. Ich habe einen sehr guten Eindruck und einen Kommentar schreiben, während ich nach Ho Chi Minh City bewegt. Vietnamesische Leute scheinen sehr gut bei Frauen, gute Eindrücke und gut am Arbeitsplatz zu sein. Empfohlene Anantara Muine

Der supergroße Pool ist mit dem Strand verbunden. Das Hotel ist so schön! Das Frühstücksbuffet war äußerst reichhaltig und die Früchte sehr frisch. Da wir kein Vietnamesisch verstanden, haben sie die Initiative ergriffen, uns bei der Buchung eines Doppeldecker-Fernbusses nach Nha Trang zu helfen. Am Busbahnhof stand ein Auto, das uns vom Hotel abholte, was sorgenfrei und sicher war

Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Ruhe, Natur pur, kristallklares Meer, ein köstliches Frühstück und freundliches Personal – einfach perfekt. Selbst die etwas abgelegene Lage abseits der Hauptstraße von Mui Ne war ein Pluspunkt, da wir so nicht in einen Shoppingtrip ausarteten. Wir verließen das Hotel nur zum Mittag- und Abendessen. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens für einen erholsamen und ruhigen Urlaub empfehlen. Tägliche Reinigung, Tee, Kaffee und Wasser waren inklusive, und auch Gutenachtgeschichten und Kuchen wurden bereitgestellt.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel: große grüne gepflegte Anlage, der Pool wird gereinigt - alles wird rundherum gereinigt. Tolles leckeres Frühstück! Obst, Gebäck, Suppen, Omeletts, Rührei, Joghurt, Säfte. Fleischgerichte, Reis, Nudeln, Würstchen, Gemüse. Alle Tische sind gedeckt, alles wird gereinigt und serviert. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Von 15.00 bis 16.00 Uhr gibt es Tee und Kaffee an der Strandbar. Zum Tee können Sie Kuchen und Gebäck kaufen. Der Strand ist klein, aber sauber. Morgens sind die Wellen klein und zur Mittagszeit werden sie größer. Das einzig Negative ist, dass es am Strand nicht genügend Liegestühle gibt; einige sind morgens besetzt und nur zur Mittagszeit verfügbar. Bei Wellen kann man am Pool liegen und schwimmen. Wir wohnten in einem Bungalow - alles war sauber, das Bett wurde jeden zweiten Tag gewechselt. Die Handtücher werden jeden Tag und die Strandtücher abends gewechselt. Das Hotel verfügt über viele Cafés, Geschäfte und Massagesalons. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel👍

Das Hotel befindet sich in Mui Ne, auf der Hauptstraße, die der Reisebus von Ho Chi Minh übergehen kann, um Sie zu drop. Personal ist freundlich, das Zimmer ist sauber. TV, AC, Haartrockner und Eisen sind im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Pool und das Meer sind sicherlich unsere Lieblingspunkte. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Sonnenuntergang sowie das Meer, das direkt neben dem Hotel liegt, erlebt. Wir kommen nächstes Mal zurück, wenn wir die Chance haben.

Das Hotel übertrifft alle Erwartungen: neu, schön, mit allen angegebenen Annehmlichkeiten. Luxuriöse Familiensuite mit Blick auf das Meer, auf der Clubetage mit Restaurant – besonderer Dank dafür. An der Rezeption wurden wir von einem Concierge empfangen, der uns für die Kommunikation bei Fragen seinen WA zur Verfügung stellte. Der Obstkorb zur Begrüßung, frisch gepresste Säfte und Süßigkeiten waren sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und die Pho-Bo-Suppe sehr lecker!!! Das Hotel gibt an, dass es einen Kinderclub gibt – das entspricht in meinem Verständnis nicht ganz dem Standard. Denn die Kinder dort sind unterschiedlich alt, mit unterschiedlichen Sprachen und meist unter der Aufsicht ihrer Eltern. Aber es gibt wunderbare Schwimmbäder, ein Fitnessstudio und ein Spa. Die Massagen hier sind großartig! Danke für den Rest)

The location was spot on  Great views of the ocean and beach access magical view  The room was nice clean  aircon was a bit  ordinary but reception was prompt in making it more comfortable offering another room which is always a plus  Breakfast was simple but available it wanted for $3  Overall a very nice stay in a very clean inviroment  We would stay again I would recommend the location 5 star resort style for a mere $33  I’m comparing with other hotels I would pick this one over serveral in the same stri absolutely worth the $ felt like we had our own beach very private

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
