乾淨整潔的環境，接待人員態度親切，環境衛生！新飯店唯一的缺點就是，脫鞋走路時地毯與木地板的接縫處，隱藏的地毯小釘子會刺到腳底板。

The hotel looks a little dated and there’s a smell in the corridor. However, the room was super clean, toilet is big with a lot of counter space and so clean too!!! The bed was the best, super comfortable! Had such a good sleep. There is also a lot of space to open your luggage. Also love that it is floor rather than carpet. Makes it feel much cleaner. There’s a microwave in the room which makes it so convenient to heat up food. Location wise, it’s near a Supermarket and the area felt safe. Overall, a super comfortable stay, will definitely return!

Staff at Belltown Inn is excellent. Checking in was warm and friendly while being efficient. ”Atlas” provided a great dining recommendation which we followed, much to the delight of our tummies. Location is dicey, however, we felt safe as the hotel has Security and locks its doors after a certain hour.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Linie 1 - U District Station, nur 6 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Wir nahmen die Linie 1 vom Flughafen bis zur U District Station. Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber , geräumig und schön und passt 2 Queen-Size-Betten. Betten sind auch komfortabel. Es gibt auch zusätzliches Frühstück. Safeway Supermarkt und Essen sind alle in der Nähe. Easy to take Line 1 to make sightseeing .

The location for the hotel was ideal - not far from so many attractions, and all of them within easy walking distance. The food was more than palatable - it was very delicious and there was plenty of it! I think I gained a couple of pounds just from eating breakfast during those three days! I did not get a chance to enjoy the gym, but it looked very good. Would recommend this place highly for anyone visiting Seattle! One note. Paying for parking. You will have to pay for parking under the hotel if you have or rent a car.

My friends and I had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites. It’s a good walking distance to the Pike Place Market and Space Needle. The staff members were also very accommodating when we asked if we could leave our all our big luggage for one night as went to Leavenworth for a day. We’ll definutely stay here again when we go back to Seattle!

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Close to the Space Needle. Our room was facing it which was great! Breakfast is okay but always difficult to get a table.
