Place is newly renovated more the most part. The ⁰bathrooms are all redone with tile I would say fairly well done. These bathrooms are small and tight fit. If you are larger or an older person with decreased mobility this may be a little tough to utilize..The place overall I felt was fairly clean. There is a nice little pool in the middle and a pavilion with picnic tables.and a grill which you pay for with the resort fee whether you use it or not. Keep in mind when staying here you are at the wider section of the beach. Its 900 plus feet to the water on sand. It can be a hike if your older, decreased mobility or drink heavy 🤣. The view is beautiful tho I can't lie. If you drive a wide vehicle you most likely will not be able to park oit back which is the convenient method.

Es ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Lage von der Brücke über den Chinwater Strand ist, dass an der Hauptstraße, vom Flughafen kommen praktisch ohne Schalen, keine Navigation verpasst werden wird, es gibt reichhaltige Küchen- und Küchengeräte, jeden Tag ein bisschen Suppe zu trinken, sehr zufrieden, die Hygiene ist nicht jeden Tag schlafen, ich habe vier Nächte gelebt und einmal geschlafen, Das Frühstück ist immer noch reichhaltig, der Service ist freundlich und enthusiastisch, es ist sehr zu empfehlen

It was a first time stay at a Fairfield Inn and it will not be our last. We gratefully appreciated the early check-in, as we seniors drove over 3 1/2 hours. The location is excellent and the Inn easy to find, along with the parking. The hotel lobby, elevators, and rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were given a nice, quiet room, too. We did not use the swimming pool, but it looked from afar. We also did not stay for the continental breakfast, as we met family at a close restaurant. The room was equipped with a small coffee maker and a refrigerator, which made out stay more comfortable. The hotel staff was accommodating in moving us to a new room in a quiet area and very pleasant.

So pleased with service the moment we pulled up. We were greeted with most respectful parking attendants, and we had plenty of time to checkin and gather all belongings. Hotel provided excellent breakfast selection, beautiful pool, fitness center, as well as a fun engaging shuttle ride to their closest drop off location. On our trip, thanks to our wonderful parking attendants we were able to meet, Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart!!! How bad ass vacation is that! We are forever grateful. Now, for one unpleasant experience…. On our last night stay, we did experience a not so polite front desk associate. Our party wanted to utilize beautiful balcony area to play cards and laugh but there was a sign, stating bad weather patio was closed. We were bummed but made arrangements to sit inside lobby area instead. We also asked if we could have new top cover blankets for our room, coming back from the beach sand got all over them. We were told it would be a very long time before we would receive them, all blankets were locked up, and housekeeping was already gone. We stated no problem!! One of our party members got a little chilly inside lobby area, so we asked if we could have a small blanket to use. Associate handed us a small blanket to use so we could continue playing cards in lobby. We looked up weather conditions and storm had moved past, so we informed front desk associate storm moved passed, if we could use outside balcony. Extremely frustrated with us, front desk associate ripped signage off, unlocked door, and told us all mosquitoes were outside!! ***??? Next morning checking out, we informed hotel manager Laura one of her associates was unpleasant and rude last night. Ms. Laura apologized on behalf of her associate and informed us she would be speaking and addressing her behavior directly. Thanks again, Fairfield Marriott for the wonderful stay, parking attendants were so wonderful and polite!! Thank you!

Fanistisches Ende mit mir selbst Mann und zwei Kinder Die Suite war perfekt und großartig Das Frühstück hatte viele Wahl und tauchte großartig Wir nutzen den Pool, es hatte eine unglaubliche Ansicht Wir alle genossen unserem Aufenthalt wirklich

Die Zimmer waren sauber und gemütlich. Das Bett war komfortabel. Die Lage ist gut für die Stadt. Parkplatz kostenfrei verfügbar. Das Frühstück war nicht sehr gut, keine Bestellung, Kinder holen Essen mit Fingern und sogar zurück, schmutzige Platten auf den Türen. Das war wirklich enttäuschend, da die Zimmer so schön und sauber waren. Wie viele laute Gäste die ganze Nacht, schläfen Türen, auch viele Hunde bleiben und sie schnappen viel. Niemand kam, um das zu korrigieren. Würde vielleicht noch mal bleiben, wenn wir einen Boden ohne Hunde bekommen, und wussten, dass die Sicherheit geräusch sortiert und würde das Frühstück verschwinden!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Florida. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained. The location is convenient, just off the highway, making it easy to reach and a great base for traveling around. The breakfast, including good coffee, was better than expected and a nice bonus to start the day. Overall, we would happily stay here again!

Die Hotelerfahrung/Unterkünfte waren insgesamt gut. Allerdings enthalten die Reservierungen, die ich gemacht habe, Frühstück für zwei für zwei Tage, und es war schrecklich, den Frühstücksteil meiner Reservierung zu erwerben. Stattdessen gab mir das Hotel einen $20.00 pro Tag Kredit für einen Gäste zum Frühstück. Auch beim Abreisen wurde mir kein Zimmerrezept angeboten - so bin ich nicht sicher, was für meinen Kostenbericht zu verwenden, und ich weiß nicht, was ich eigentlich belastet wurde. Diese Buchungsvereinbarung war nicht das, was ich erwartet hatte und ich bezweifle sehr ernst, wenn ich diesen Service wieder benutzt. Es war schämend und ich bin besonders unbehaglich mit dem, was ich belastet werden.

Stayed at this Courtyard for a quick weekend trip to St. Pete. The hotel is a historic building. The staff was friendly and helpful. Although it was an older building the hotel seems to have been recently updated. The rooms were a little on the small side for a Courtyard, but very nice. The location is close to the downtown and Pier area. 15 to 20 min drive to the beach depending on the beach. Very centrally located. My only issue was the amount to park ($37 a night).The valet staff was nice and professional.

Overall, a decent place to stay. Has lots of potential but work should be given to spruce it up, even though it’s a very old building. Here are my main reasons for the 3 score rating: -great location downtown and near the pier. Super walkable to lots of great restaurants and shopping. -eclectic, cool atmosphere  -no onsite parking -bedding clean but bedframe was very dirty and scuffed. Bed firm but nice enough.  -floors were hardwood and appeared to not have been mopped or cleaned with something that didn’t rinse properly, very sticky.  -water in shower did not get hot, actually barely got warm  -door lock was broken -windows had no screens, shower window fell out when we tried to open it, most room windows wouldn’t stay opened  -tv was attached to a Roku (with only Roku remote) and had no main remote to adjust TV settings, tv was on a stretch mode so you couldn’t watch a movie or anything easily. -staff was super friendly
