Ich werde sagen, ich war nicht beeindruckt mit diesem Aufenthalt zuerst der Hauptschlafzimmertür würde nicht den ganzen Weg schließen oder es würde nicht verriegeln, so dass es ständig öffnete die Luft in der Nacht würde aus, obwohl wir es auf 71 gesetzt und es würde sehr heiß in der Nacht es Auch das Zimmer, das ich ursprünglich reservierte, das war eine zwei Schlafzimmer Suite mit Kings Betten in beiden Zimmern, sagten sie mir beim Check-in, dass sie nicht mehr dieses Zimmer hatten, aber sie haben mich auf ein besseres Zimmer upgraded. Das Zimmer, das sie uns ins Zimmer gelegt haben, war jedoch viel kleiner wie die Größe eines Postleitzeichens und war nicht bequem, aushängen, und es gab mehr Raum im Eingang in der Halle, dann gab es im Rest des Zimmers. Die Wächter, die wir im Pool hatten, waren weder freundlich noch untergebracht so insgesamt würde ich sagen, dass dieser Tag nicht so groß war und ich würde wahrscheinlich nicht zurück für den Preistag kommen. Ich verbrachte $1100 mit Florida Rabatt, um eine Nacht zu bleiben, es war es nicht wert

We stayed 2 nights at the Wyndham in Clearwater Beach and had a wonderful experience. The location couldn’t be better—right across from the beach and just steps away from restaurants, shops, and the pier. Our room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful ocean view. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, from the front desk to housekeeping. The common areas, especially the pool and bar, were well maintained and had a great atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty and offered good variety. What we enjoyed the most was the convenience of walking straight to the beach and being able to return to the hotel easily to relax. Overall, it’s an excellent choice to both unwind and enjoy everything Clearwater has to offer. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again

So pleased with service the moment we pulled up. We were greeted with most respectful parking attendants, and we had plenty of time to checkin and gather all belongings. Hotel provided excellent breakfast selection, beautiful pool, fitness center, as well as a fun engaging shuttle ride to their closest drop off location. On our trip, thanks to our wonderful parking attendants we were able to meet, Hulk Hogan and Jimmy Hart!!! How bad ass vacation is that! We are forever grateful. Now, for one unpleasant experience…. On our last night stay, we did experience a not so polite front desk associate. Our party wanted to utilize beautiful balcony area to play cards and laugh but there was a sign, stating bad weather patio was closed. We were bummed but made arrangements to sit inside lobby area instead. We also asked if we could have new top cover blankets for our room, coming back from the beach sand got all over them. We were told it would be a very long time before we would receive them, all blankets were locked up, and housekeeping was already gone. We stated no problem!! One of our party members got a little chilly inside lobby area, so we asked if we could have a small blanket to use. Associate handed us a small blanket to use so we could continue playing cards in lobby. We looked up weather conditions and storm had moved past, so we informed front desk associate storm moved passed, if we could use outside balcony. Extremely frustrated with us, front desk associate ripped signage off, unlocked door, and told us all mosquitoes were outside!! ***??? Next morning checking out, we informed hotel manager Laura one of her associates was unpleasant and rude last night. Ms. Laura apologized on behalf of her associate and informed us she would be speaking and addressing her behavior directly. Thanks again, Fairfield Marriott for the wonderful stay, parking attendants were so wonderful and polite!! Thank you!

When I booked Pelican Pointe hotel, I knew it was an older property so I wasn't expecting anything grand, plus the price was super affordable! When we first arrived, the room was very spacious for my family of 5. It was like a semi suite, kitchen was separated from the beds but not closed off. It had 2 doubles and a futon fold out in the kitchen/dining area. It was clean but had a funky smell, having a small well stocked kitchen with fridge and microwave was useful. At first glance it was nice, the location is amazing, right across the street from Clearwater Beach and complimentary parking which is a bonus (I hate having to pay extra for parking, so that was really great considering the price). I thought we really scored with this find, until.....my son saw a gigantic bug in the bathroom, it turned out to be a cockroach!!! EEEEWWWWW!!!! Throughout our stay we saw a few more big roaches and a ton of baby roaches everywhere. We were scared to turn off the lights because as soon as you did, the roaches came out to play, really gross and a major turn-off!!!! We slept with the lights on needless to say. We didn't bother to say anything because if there are roaches in this room, chances are the entire hotel has it! If it wasn't for the roaches, I would definitely recommend this hotel but I would never go back after seeing those nasty bugs. The hotel needs to fumigate and get rid of those roaches!!!!

Ich ging die Vordertafel-Anwesenheit an die Tür des Zimmers, das ich angezeigt habe, und war sicher, dass diese Zimmer die gleiche Größe haben und sie zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht an mich angezeigt werden konnten, weil sie besetzt waren. Ich musste die meisten der Veranstaltung aufgrund fehlender Raum und verlieren Einnahmen, die ich verdienen hätte, um ein Workshop für die Zahlung der Schüler zu geben. The hotel’s location is excellent, as it’s right on the beach. The staff was generally helpful and willing to assist guests, which I appreciated. However, there’s a significant issue with parking. The hotel doesn’t have enough parking spaces, and although there are five spots directly in front of the property, the valet staff blocks them off to avoid walking across the avenue to the main parking area. The hotel also seems to be undergoing renovations or repairs, making it difficult to reach the reception and inconvenient to move around the premises. As for the room, the air conditioning was not functioning properly. We spent two uncomfortable nights in the heat, constantly sweating, and my 9-year-old child kept waking up throughout the night due to the temperature. In the bathroom, the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap were all heavily diluted with water. While I understand these are free amenities, I still believe it’s worth mentioning. By the way, I recommend the restaurant; it's excellent.

Checked in at 350 and the room wasn’t ready.  I asked the lady if she was sure it wasn’t ready. We ended up going to the beach until room was ready. At 400 the room was ready, when we had already gone to the beach.  Had to go back to the lobby and waited a while in line to get room key. They gave us late check out for noon time the next day. Fast forward the next day, housekeeping started knocking on our door at 9am. They wanted to know when we were leaving. I told them not yet.  At 10am they came around again, checking to see if we had left. Didnt give me a chance to speak to the lady since she was In a rush. At 11am once again they came around wanting to check if we had left. I told the housekeeper that we had late check out and to please stop rushing us to leave.  She apologized but at this point I was annoyed.  This location needs a lot of renovation, maintenance on the pool and re-training!
