GGastnutzerWe had a great stay at the hotel. Hindi namin inexpect that inside, the interior was really good. The staff are approachable naman and nice but sadly, when I requested sa reception for the shower heater to be checked, the operator said, he'll come pero walang pumunta sa room namin to check and address our concern. The food was okay, masarap din. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I just hope sa shower magawan nila ng paraan kaso baka dahil malamig lng tlaga during that time kasi december. Thank you fynn botique hotel. We look forward coming back. God bless!

AAlliahkimMy girlfriend and I had a great stay in Via Appia, I love the place, staffs are great, they also have complimentary drink that you can upgrade with special turon for ₱150, it tastes unique with a twist. It’s a must try.
And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅

WWrecks21It was a memorable stay with my family as it was my wife's birthday. I booked it less than a month before our stay and I was only able to get the Attic room. The room was very spacious with 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Unfortunately, the attic room with veranda was not available on our chosen date. I also indicated in the booking that it was my wife's birthday so at least I was expecting balloons or a slice of cake (which all of the hotels that we went to provide) ready when we enter the room. But nothing, I'm not sure if they don't really do this at their hotel. Food was great and the children enjoyed the indoor pool. Though they offered free shuttle service around the property but since the roads are steep it may be burdensome to take a quick stroll around the property if you want to get some fresh air and a little bit of exercise while enjoying the view of the tall lake. We also played bowling and they also have table tennis and billiards as well. The property also has a baroque style Chapel which is perfect for weddings. If you want to book a room, better if you book the lake view if available. The interior of the main building was magnificent, with wooden floors and oversized wooden doors. The huge foyer with what looks like a handcrafted wooden chandelier really gives the place a cozy and rustic feel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, the only thing is that they need to work on how to make the stay more personal to the guests. A little extra mile of having prepared something like a simple decoration of balloons and birthday greetings would have been nice. For a hotel that normally has wedding, birthday, Christening events they should have something always available for them to use.

Es ist wirklich eine Eco-freundliche, grüne Umgebung mit allen verschiedenen Arten von organischen Materialien - von außen bis ins Innere. Lokale Künstler - einschließlich Eigentümer arbeiten ,dekorieren den Raum. Personal ist wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Japanisches Restaurant auf der Website ist lecker. Klimaanlage in den Zimmern ist ok - aber ein wenig laut. Er braucht Luftfrischiger im Zimmer - riecht ein bisschen mustig.

Von der Ankunft aus fühlten wir uns unglaublich willkommen. Der Blick auf unseren Aufenthalt war die erstaunliche Aussicht auf den Talal Volcano aus unserem Zimmer. Jeden Morgen war es wirklich magisch, auf einen so atemberaubenden Blick zu wachen und einen besonderen Touch zu unserer Feier hinzuzufügen.
Wir waren auch froh, viele wilde Affen um das Gebäude zu treffen. Es war eine einzigartige und spannende Erfahrung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch erinnerelicher machte.
Das Frühstück in Villa Ibarra war fantastisch. Es gab eine Vielzahl von leckeren Optionen, und alles war frisch und gut vorbereitet. Es war der perfekte Weg, unseren Tag zu beginnen, und wir freuen uns auf ihn jeden Morgen.
Eines unserer Lieblingsmerkmale war der gemütliche Jacuzzi. Es war der ideale Ort, nach einem Tag der Erforschung zu entspannen und zu entspannen. Das warme Wasser und die ruhige Atmosphäre machten es einen perfekten Ort für eine gewisse Qualitätszeit zusammen.
Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in Villa Ibarra außergewöhnlich. Die Kombination der erstaunlichen Sprachen-Volcano-Ansicht, die spannenden Wildlife-Treffen, das leckere Frühstück und der entspannende Jacuzzi für eine perfekte Geburtstagsfeier für meine Frau. Wir sind dem Personal dankbar für ihre warme Gastfreundschaft und für die Erinnerung an unseren Aufenthalt.

JJohn RexThe room was ok. The only issues were, malfunctioning aircon, no initial wifi, the door is kind hard to open and close, and no initial heater.
But they solved it by transferring us to another room, with portable wifi being delivered. Aircon was now working fine, and the heater was already turned on. Maybe it was that particular room that has issues.
But nevertheless, we had a good stay. I forgot, the pillow was kinda big, and it gives me some sort of a neck strain of some sort.

Security: We felt secured in the hotel. They have CCTVs and guards are on duty 24/7.
The location is just beside the main road so it is very accessible. Tho it is located beside the road, we can't hear any sounds from vehicles or motorists along the road. I had a good sleep here.
Water: They have a strong water supply which is a big plus for this hotel as conpared to others.
Restaurant or in house food: not operational but you can order via grab or food panda. no charge.
Rooms: Clean. Bedsheets, pillow cases and comforters are very clean and pristine condition. No moldy smell from room. Spacious and with veranda. Ref is also available. Hopefully, you can add smart tv since your cable tv has 2-3 channels only :(
Cr: Bathtub is a plus point, with hot and cold shower, bidet, and compliementary hygiene kit.
Price: Very reasonable
Pool: needs to provide heater
Wifi: Good connection

We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away.
The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black.
I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better.
Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included.
