I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation.
We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for.
From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday.
Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building.
As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10
Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical.
Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones.
Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

GGastnutzerWe are an OFW family traveling with a child and senior parents, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The place is very family-friendly, with plenty of activities for kids such as an indoor arcade, outdoor playground, and both a kiddie pool with play features and an adult pool. One of the highlights for us was the on-site farm—our baby especially enjoyed the horseback riding experience.
That said, there are a few areas for improvement. The rooms are decent, but the air conditioning felt too cold and somewhat outdated, making it difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature. The arcade area also lacked air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable for our child. The farm could use better maintenance, as there was a noticeable smell, and some of the activities like feeding and horseback riding felt a bit overpriced for what was offered. The horseback ride itself was limited to a few rounds in a small circle, which may feel repetitive for adults, though our child still enjoyed it.
We also noticed that the obstacle course was not well maintained, with some mosquitoes around the tire obstacles. The location is a bit tucked away within Tagaytay, and we found the roads somewhat confusing, which made it challenging to navigate at first. Additionally, dining options on-site were a bit pricey, so we opted to eat বাইরে at nearby bulalo restaurants, which were quite good.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the family-oriented amenities, but there are several areas where improvements could enhance the experience further.

PPatrick PolicarpioMeine Familie (Frau und 3 Kinder) hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, eine erholsame Nacht im Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay zu verbringen, und unsere Erfahrung war einfach herrlich. Von der ruhigen Atmosphäre bis zum aufmerksamen Personal gab es mehrere Aspekte, die einen positiven Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen haben.
Unser Zimmer, eine Executive Suite mit 3 Schlafzimmern, war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht von unserem Balkon war nicht so atemberaubend, aber man konnte einen Blick auf die Natur und die Stadt werfen, die in einem Blick vereint waren. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die wir für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt brauchten.
Das Personal im Hotel Casiana verdient besondere Erwähnung. Vom Personal an der Rezeption bis zu den Kellnern im Restaurant waren alle höflich, freundlich und aufmerksam gegenüber unseren Bedürfnissen. Sie waren immer bereit, uns bei Fragen oder Wünschen zu helfen, und ihre herzliche Gastfreundschaft trug erheblich zu unserer positiven Erfahrung bei.
Das Essen im Hotelrestaurant war eine angenehme Überraschung. Das Essen war köstlich und bot eine Auswahl an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten. Besonders gut gefiel uns das Frühstücksbuffet, das eine Vielzahl von Optionen für verschiedene Geschmäcker bot. Der einzige Nachteil war, dass der Essbereich während der Stoßzeiten etwas eng wirkte, was dem allgemeinen Genuss der Mahlzeiten jedoch keinen Abbruch tat.
Obwohl wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt hatten, gab es ein paar Bereiche, in denen das Hotel Casiana möglicherweise verbessert werden könnte. Erstens war das WLAN-Signal in unserem Zimmer etwas schwach, was für Gäste, die eine stabile Internetverbindung benötigen, frustrierend sein könnte. Auch die Kabelkanäle haben meist kein Signal. Darüber hinaus schienen einige Bereiche des Hotels etwas schallisolierter zu sein, um die Geräusche der vorbeirasenden Autos und Motorräder auf der Autobahn zu dämpfen, während wir schliefen.
Abschließend war unser eintägiger Aufenthalt im Hotel Casiana in Tagaytay ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Kombination aus atemberaubender Aussicht, komfortabler Unterkunft und aufmerksamem Personal machte es zu einem lohnenden Ausflug. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen bei der Schalldämmung und den Signalunterbrechungen könnte das Hotel leicht den Fünf-Sterne-Status erreichen. Wir verließen das Hotel erfrischt und dankbar für die ruhige Zuflucht, die dieses Haus bot. Wir würden sicherlich in Erwägung ziehen, in Zukunft noch einmal hierher zu kommen.

GGastnutzerOverall happy with my stay. The room was comfortable; the property is conveniently located by the highway. (caveat, at night you will hear motorists pass by but this should be already taken into account given clear proximity) Staff were friendly and accommodating; I felt attended to as a guest.
There is on-site parking however limited but I attribute this to my timing of stay; there was a multi-day event hosted at the same time so I feel the lack of parking was taken up by participants staying at the hotel who arrived earlier in the week.
The breakfast buffet was not excellent, but not inedible either. You get what you pay for. The dining area was clean and orderly so at least there's that.
I slept well here, I'm generally happy to have booked this as my accommodation.

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at Quest Hotel Tagaytay, and the experience was truly memorable.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We arrived early, before check-in time, and they kindly helped us store our luggage until our room was ready. They also gave us helpful local tips, which made our stay even smoother.
We traveled by bus from Manila to Tagaytay. Initially, I thought buses ran only once per hour, but we discovered they actually run approximately every 15 minutes. If there are enough passengers, buses may even depart immediately, sometimes with more than one leaving at the same time. Very efficient and convenient.
The hotel is located in the city center, but not directly on the main road. This is actually a huge advantage — you are less than a two-minute walk from the main street, yet at night there is no traffic noise. It’s peaceful and perfect for rest. The bus stops right in front of the hotel, which makes arrival very easy. If you come by car, there is parking available.
The swimming pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere of the hotel is charming and relaxing. There are many cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, all within walking distance.
For transportation around the city, the cheapest option is the local jeepney. Tricycles (tuk-tuk) are convenient, but the jeepney is more affordable. People in the city are very friendly and always willing to help if you ask for directions or recommendations. Security staff in shops are attentive and helpful, and even the local police are approachable and friendly.
Overall, it was an incredible experience. A charming place to stay in Tagaytay.

but this one definitely deserves it.
Brittany Hotel is fairly new. We have been meaning to try it for a while since we always pass by it along Daang Hari. We initially booked just an overnight stay to relax a bit. Unexpectedly, we ended up coming back the very next day when we needed a place to stay for another three days and two nights. I asked the same receptionist, Ken, who assisted us during our first check-in if the deluxe room we previously stayed in was available, as we preferred it. They didn’t say whether it was, but instead informed us that they had upgraded our room to a premier one at no extra cost! It was such a pleasant surprise, especially since it was only our second visit. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to Ken for being so helpful and kind. The level of service really stood out.
The overall vibe of the hotel is really nice. It's quiet, very clean, and has a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Although we weren’t able to try most of the restaurant’s menu since we always came back late at night, the food we did try was enjoyable, and the coffee was surprisingly good. While the hotel might feel a bit limited for some, as it's still new, we had a great stay overall. It has quickly become our favorite among all the hotels we’ve stayed at. 😁 We hope they continue to provide great service and even improve it further, especially the facilities and amenities. We’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family.

Es sind nicht Ihre regelmäßigen Luxushotels. Aber die Vibe ist definitiv gut. Zimmer sind sauber und riechen gut.Parkplatz Ia abgedeckt. Wenn Sie in einem Motorrad wie ist, hoffe ich, dass Sie hvae einen geschickten Fahrer, der Weg hier ist ein Hügelabsturz und ist ein wenig schwierig, wenn nicht ein erfahrener Fahrer zu navigieren. Alles in allem eine Erfahrung 10/10. 🥰

Die Kons von Taal Vista Hotel: Zimmer hätten vor mindestens 5 Jahren renoviert werden sollen (aber fair Größe). Sie begannen gerade mit einem kleinen Teil des Gebäudes, aber bei dieser Geschwindigkeit erwarten Sie 5 Jahre mehr. Auch können wir unsere Zimmernachbarn SMS (Ping!) empfangen, genau als Anzeige des Niveaus der Privatsphäre! Schwimmbad ist klein und es gibt keinen wirklichen Fitnessraum.
Wir gehen nicht wieder.

AAlliahkimMy girlfriend and I had a great stay in Via Appia, I love the place, staffs are great, they also have complimentary drink that you can upgrade with special turon for ₱150, it tastes unique with a twist. It’s a must try.
And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅

Von der Ankunft aus fühlten wir uns unglaublich willkommen. Der Blick auf unseren Aufenthalt war die erstaunliche Aussicht auf den Talal Volcano aus unserem Zimmer. Jeden Morgen war es wirklich magisch, auf einen so atemberaubenden Blick zu wachen und einen besonderen Touch zu unserer Feier hinzuzufügen.
Wir waren auch froh, viele wilde Affen um das Gebäude zu treffen. Es war eine einzigartige und spannende Erfahrung, die unseren Aufenthalt noch erinnerelicher machte.
Das Frühstück in Villa Ibarra war fantastisch. Es gab eine Vielzahl von leckeren Optionen, und alles war frisch und gut vorbereitet. Es war der perfekte Weg, unseren Tag zu beginnen, und wir freuen uns auf ihn jeden Morgen.
Eines unserer Lieblingsmerkmale war der gemütliche Jacuzzi. Es war der ideale Ort, nach einem Tag der Erforschung zu entspannen und zu entspannen. Das warme Wasser und die ruhige Atmosphäre machten es einen perfekten Ort für eine gewisse Qualitätszeit zusammen.
