Such a good stay! the place is clean, the staff are super nice, and the rooms had complete toiletries and fresh towels. Food was solid & the Italian resto by the beach had really chill vibes + + the manager was cool too. The pools were clean, thankfully they were warm, which helped a lot since it was raining when we arrived. Overall, we were super satisfied with our stay. Totally worth what we paid for. Would def. recommend! ❤️

Our family had the most beautiful and memorable stay at this beachfront resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The place itself is simply excellent — peaceful, clean, and perfectly located right in front of the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out to that breathtaking ocean view every morning was pure happiness. Our room accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for our family. Everything was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — you can truly feel that they value their guests’ comfort. Being just steps away from the shore made our stay even more special. Kids were so happy, and as parents, seeing them enjoy every moment made it all worth it. The staff were outstanding — warm, polite, and always ready to assist with genuine smiles. Their hospitality made the entire experience even more unforgettable. Overall, it was an excellent place with excellent service and an excellent experience. We left with full hearts, beautiful memories, and a promise to come back again. Highly recommended for families who want both relaxation and joy by the sea.

Hi Team, Definitely will go back to this wonderful paradise! This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble. From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home. We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest. The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self. Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back. Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

Das Hotelzimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Freundliches Personal. Schöne Einrichtungen, alles gut. Sie haben eine Heizung im Duschraum, das gefällt mir. Das Einkaufszentrum und die Busse nach Manila sind vom Hotel aus gut zu erreichen, wenn Sie allein reisen. Das Zimmer ist sehr bequem, sodass ich einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hatte.

Das war eine erstaunliche Reise! Ich hatte keine Chance, eine Bewertung zu schreiben, aber hier geht es. 1. Das Personal - Super erstaunlich und freundlich, immer lächelnd und hilfreich. 2. Die Manager - großartig, sorgfältig, lustig und ging immer oben und darüber hinaus, um zu helfen und zu beherbergen. 3. Resort - Erstaunliche Meerblick und viele Aktivitäten, wir gingen 3 mal in einer Spanne von 2 Wochen zurück. Lol 4. Zimmer - sauber und komfortabel! 5. Nahrungsmittel und Getränke - lecker und erstaunlich! Einer der besten in den Philippinen. Ich war in vielen Hotels und Resorts weltweit, aber das war die Spitze aller meiner Aufenthalte. Die Vibe, die Freundschaft, Aktivitäten, Lebensmittel und Getränke. Ich habe mich nie so entspannt gefühlt und musste nicht einmal mein Telefon verwenden. Kein Stress und alle guten Vibes! Wachen Sie auf, um den Ozean mit einer schönen Tasse Kaffee mit glatt Musik zu sehen, macht es die Fahrstunden (fast 4 Stunden auf eine Weise) dort gut wert. Meiner Meinung nach war das mehr als ein Aufenthalt, es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung! Wir haben die regulären Tage und auch die Typhontage, sie haben die ganze Zeit erstaunlich und hilfreich gewesen! Es war definitiv ein Abenteuer! Jetzt bin ich wieder in Florida und vermisse diesen Ort, aber ich plane nächstes Jahr einen Besuch in den Philippinen und ich werde diesen Ort meine beste Besuchsstelle machen!

Ok sa sea master ...9/10..mabait ang may ari at care taker... problema namin un island hopping naun nasira ang cp namin nag ka sugat sugat paa namin kasi duon nila kami dinala sa mabato at malakas ang alon.. Nag aaway pa ang mga bangkero ndi sila magkasundo.. May mga bata pa naman kaming ksma.. Kaya kung mag island hopping kayo wag kau dun sa sinabi nila na white sand nkktakot dun nlang kau sa starfish at sa fish feeding .. Para safe lalo kung may mga bata.. Charge to experience samin yun nangyare Grabe ang experience namin dun sa island hopping natakot ako para sa mga anak ko lakas ng alon ang layo pa ng bangka kaya nag ka tumba tumba kami dahil sa lakas ng alon na tangay mga sleepers namin kaya nun tumapak kmi sa mga bato sugat sugat.. Hindi pa pantay ang lupa may mababaw may malalim.. Wlang kwenta ang bangkero ndi man lang kami tulungan nasira ang mga cp namim napasukan ng tubig kasi wla silang siplock nilagay lang sa plastik ng tinapay..

Ein ganz verschlossener Ort sehr kalt nur mit einigen anderen Hotelgästen, was ein Plus war. Strand war buchstäblich recht auf Ihrem Türsteg, würde nicht sagen, es ist die preiswerteste, aber es gab kaum jemand, der war groß und so war der Pool. Die Zimmer waren großartig, sie waren alle geräumig, klimatisiert und hatten eine große Mischung aus moderner und traditioneller Philippinen-Stil in sie. Die Kons, das Hotel ist unterbaut wurde nie in der Buchung erwähnt, die irritierte sie hatten Menschen, die um den Ort arbeiteten, der die Vibe ruinierte. Es gab keine Dusche draußen oder Toilette. Die Qualität der Handtücher war schlecht, einige hatten Kleidung auf ihnen. Ein weiteres Problem war das völlige Mangel an Restaurant im Hotel, sie bieten ein Restaurant, das Lebensmittel an das Hotel zu liefern. Trotzdem war der Service des Personals außergewöhnlich und konnten unseren Anfragen gerecht werden und unseren Aufenthalt so komfortabel wie möglich machen.

They made sure everything was comfortable and smooth throughout my stay. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and complete with everything we needed. It felt safe and relaxing, which made the experience even better. As for the food, I truly enjoyed it! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. There were good options to choose from, and everything tasted great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to others. 😊
