This place is amazing, every one of the staff is very courteous, approachable and very humble.
From the receptionist sorry i didn’t get the chance to get the names, to nathan, staff in the restaurant, amor from the spa, kuya who assisted us to pick the calamansi and i think the manager that is very approachable and give the best and feel us home.
We celebrated my father’s birthday. My parents was really happy with the place I chose and they say they want to go back and make el jardin a place where they want to rest.
The food is amazing too, pandan juice and the place it self.
Overall we really have an amazing and wonderful stay in el jardin. We will surely go back.
Kudos to all the staff of this paradise el jardin.

1. Das Personal - Super erstaunlich und freundlich, immer lächelnd und hilfreich.
2. Die Manager - großartig, sorgfältig, lustig und ging immer oben und darüber hinaus, um zu helfen und zu beherbergen.
3. Resort - Erstaunliche Meerblick und viele Aktivitäten, wir gingen 3 mal in einer Spanne von 2 Wochen zurück. Lol
4. Zimmer - sauber und komfortabel!
5. Nahrungsmittel und Getränke - lecker und erstaunlich! Einer der besten in den Philippinen.
Ich war in vielen Hotels und Resorts weltweit, aber das war die Spitze aller meiner Aufenthalte. Die Vibe, die Freundschaft, Aktivitäten, Lebensmittel und Getränke. Ich habe mich nie so entspannt gefühlt und musste nicht einmal mein Telefon verwenden. Kein Stress und alle guten Vibes! Wachen Sie auf, um den Ozean mit einer schönen Tasse Kaffee mit glatt Musik zu sehen, macht es die Fahrstunden (fast 4 Stunden auf eine Weise) dort gut wert.
Meiner Meinung nach war das mehr als ein Aufenthalt, es war eine unvergessliche Erfahrung! Wir haben die regulären Tage und auch die Typhontage, sie haben die ganze Zeit erstaunlich und hilfreich gewesen! Es war definitiv ein Abenteuer! Jetzt bin ich wieder in Florida und vermisse diesen Ort, aber ich plane nächstes Jahr einen Besuch in den Philippinen und ich werde diesen Ort meine beste Besuchsstelle machen!

GGastnutzerFantastic resort. Very well organised, grounds kept very clean and beautiful. We stayed at 5a and 5b Cassistas and it was perfect location with a beautiful view of the cove. Shuttle service to the main beach 5 mins away was quick and well run. The Long Beach facility was great, the beach was beautiful and clean. The swimming pool was well maintained and loved by our kids. And most of all staff members were very helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return to again.

GGuest UserErstaunliches Essen, großartiges Personal! Große Versteckung vom Husten und Büsten von Metro Manila! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wirklich genossen ihre veganischen Frühstücksverbreitung und mit ihren Pools. Das Spa-Paket ist ein Versuch! So schön zu wachen und nur einen schönen Spaziergang zu haben. Wird sicherlich für mehr R&R in der Zukunft kommen. :))

JJose Emmanuel evaUnser Aufenthalt im Splendido Hotel in Tagaytay war wirklich entspannend und erinnere dich daran. Das Hotel verfügt über eine ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre, perfekt für ein Wochenende-Getaway. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und gut gepflegt, mit schöner Aussicht auf die Grüne und die coole Tagaytay Brise.
Das Personal war sehr bequem und aufmerksam, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Wir liebten auch die Einrichtungen, besonders den Pool und den Golfplatz, die uns sowohl Entspannung als auch Freizeit gegeben haben.
Die Lage ist auch ein Plus, da sie nahe an Tagaytay’s Hauptattraktionen ist noch weit genug, um einen ruhigen Rückzug von den besetzten Orten genießen.
Das Splendido Hotel hat uns im Allgemeinen einen großen Wert für Geld und eine wunderbare Erfahrung gegeben. Sehr empfohlen für Familien, Paare oder jemand, der sich in Tagaytay entspannen möchte.

RRosalieWe recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile.
The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect.
Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

GGastnutzerPROS: We enjoyed our stay although it’s only for 1 night. We tried to extend for another day but they were fully booked. The place is nice, rooms are clean & spacious with a good view of the Taal Lake. We had a relaxing massage we booked in their Spa after a day of swimming. We also enjoyed our dinner and drinks at terraza restaurant mainly because of the live music and very accommodating & friendly staff.
CONS: The place was a bit busy & noisy as there were a lot of guests. This place,apparently,is a popular venue for some company’s team building, so expect lots of busses and employees/ guests doing team building activities, lots of people in the swimming pool & in restaurant (especially during breakfast).There are some amenities (ex billiards & darts) that you won’t be able to use if there is a company team building booked for the day (as they prioritise those guests), which I think is unfair as we are all paying guests and it’s included on what we paid and there’s no one using them at that time.
Wifi connection is extremely poor! We used our mobile data all throughout our stay. TV didn’t work at all. We have to call the staff, about 4 times before finally someone came to check but still didn’t make the TV work.
Front desk need more staff; there’s always a long queue of people & it takes time before staff will be able to attend to you

GGastnutzerVery dirty room. Pillows and blankets are dirty. Towels are also very dirty. Service are okay, wouldn't say its the best. They only have complimentary 4 bottle water per day. Additional 50 pesos or one.
No beach, no activities. Only snorkeling and kayak. But views are nice. But will not come here again. There are more resorts worth your money and stay. Only came here since social media said its nice and worth it.
