3-Sterne-Hotels in Cuzco

Recommend take uber or taxi to locale. The walk from Plaza Armas is approx 6 minutes but hilly and traffic both foot + car traffic is heavy. The hotel is an uphill climb as is all of the city. The doors open to a small court yard. To your left and right are schools. Just walk straight on and ring the door buzzer. They buzz the door open very promptly. If the court yard door is closed there is a door buzzer reachable from the sidewalk. Breakfast is made to order eggs, bread, good coffee + 3 types of juice. Owner + family are friendly + helpful. Room had a kettle + temperature control. Family speaks english. Enjoyed my stay.

Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. blieb dort 2 getrennte Nächte. Eine vor Machu Pichu und die andere nach meiner Rückkehr zu Cusco von Machu Pichu. Zimmer waren vernünftig geräumig und gut gepflegt. Warmwasser Dusche war gut. Bett war komfortabel. Frühstück Es war ein in meiner Meinung ziemlich anständig und wert für Geld. es beginnt so früh wie 5am so können Sie Ihre Morgentours nach dem Frühstück zu fangen. Sie helfen Ihnen Gepäck zu lagern, wenn Sie auf Ihre MP-Reise starten und später zurück, so dass Sie nicht brauchen, extra Nacht nur zu buchen Halten Sie Ihre Gepäck im Hotel, wenn Sie in Aguas Calientes übernachten (U kann wahrscheinlich nicht Ur große Taschen auf die peru/inca Bahn bringen). Lage wise es ist sicherlich zu Fuß auf den Platz. Jedoch kann ich Lärm von außen hören. Ich glaube es ist das gleiche und auch die meisten Hotels.

I stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel. Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far. Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back. I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Zimmer waren schön, sauber und die Betten sehr komfortabel. Das Essen war immer sehr hilfreich, bietet uns einen Arzt und gab uns gute Tipps, wenn wir uns schlecht über das hohe fühlen. Sie brachten unsere schmutzigen Kleidung jeden Tag zu einem Wäscherei und verrückten Frühstück. Die wenigen waren groß und die B&B war nahe dem Zentrum, aber auch sehr ruhig. Ich kann diesen Ort sehr empfehlen.

Great hotel, just a bit far off the usual areas. Best if you want to be close to the airport. It's around 20-30 minutes to the center. Especially with the traffic around. Warm shower, good bed and bonus with a personal heater in the room. Sadly no blow dryer in the room. The tub spills out water so be mindful of this.

Insgesamt ist das Hotel für Cusco-Verhältnisse in Ordnung. Es ist ein kleines Zimmer mit einem kleinen Fenster, einem sehr kleinen Badezimmer, ohne Heizung, ohne Trinkwasser und ohne Hausschuhe. Trotzdem gebe ich 5 Sterne für Sauberkeit, Lage und die Tatsache, dass das Hotel neu ist. Als wir dort waren, kostete die Nacht 90 Dollar ohne Frühstück. Dafür war es akzeptabel. Als wir jedoch für zwei Tage weg waren und zurückkamen, kostete die Nacht 180 Dollar, was für dieses Hotel einfach unvorstellbar ist. Nach einer Woche in Cusco wurde uns klar, dass Preis und Qualität nicht nur in diesem Hotel, sondern auch in anderen ein großes Problem darstellen! Sie verlangen hohe Preise und bieten nur minimalen Service!

Die Rezeptionisten und das Personal sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, die einen warmen Willkommen und einen aufmerksamen Service garantieren. Reine, geräumige Zimmer und ausgezeichnete Speiseoptionen machen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Sehr empfohlen!
