Auch nachdem ich zwei weitere hochpreisige Belmond-Eigenschaften und die JW Marriott versucht habe, glaube ich nachdrücklich, dass dies die ultimative Wahl ist. Die Schönheit dieses Hotels ist über die Worte hinaus. Die eleganten öffentlichen Räume und ruhige Gärten schaffen eine Atmosphäre der zeitlosen Ruhe. Die klassischen, historischen Wände schütteln Geschichten der Vergangenheit, während die schlauen goldenen Kapelle ein atemberaubendes Gefühl der Großheit hinzufügt. Jedes Detail ist ein Meisterwerk. Aber was wirklich Belmond Monasterio absetzt ist sein Service. Das Personal ist warm, professionell und wirklich betreuend. Ihre Service-Einstellung ist unvermeidlichVielleicht das Beste in Südamerika. Ein gutes Beispiel: Als ich meine Kreditkarte verloren habe, fanden sie sie und gaben sie schnell zurück. Im Vergleich zum Los Cabos Waldorf (die ich aufgrund seiner Preisgestaltung erwähne), ist dieser Hotelservice auf einem anderen Niveau unendlich persönlicher, gedankenvoll und Herzensgefühl. Ich würde meinen Butler gerne eine besondere Anerkennung geben, obwohl ich leider seinen Namen vergessen habe. Kurz gesagt, ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Das beliebte Hotel in Südamerika seit mehr als einem halben Monat ist der Service sehr aufmerksam, die Zimmerdetails sind ausreichend, jeder Mitarbeiter ist ausgebildet. Die Atmosphäre des Hotels ist sehr wie ein heimischer Song, der Service ist noch besser. Und dieses Hotel ist sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen sehr lecker. Wir bestellen das Haus später.

The photos don't do justice to the place! The hotel is fantastic--the location is close enough to the attractions but just outside of the main tourist area since it's up on the hillside, so it's the perfect combination of convenience and relaxation. The check-in process was so welcoming, we felt at home as soon as stepping into the hotel's courtyard. The views from the hotel were unbelievable; the breakfast was great; the rooms were very clean and has all the comforts you'd need. And don't miss the llamas in the backyard! The restaurant staff didn't seem very experienced but it was sufficient.

The hotel staffs are so friendly and willing to help. Room is big and son clean. I would recommend all friends to choose this hotel while visiting Cusco

Highly recommended, I’d definitely stay here again Location is unbeatable: just a 3‑minute walk to Plaza de Armas, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Rooms are comfortable and clean, with a cosy bed and a heater available at all times. No TV in my room but honestly, with everything nearby, you won’t miss it 😄 Extremely helpful staff, genuinely some of the most supportive I’ve ever encountered. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me multiple times late at night when Rappi wasn’t working and I needed to order food. If you have early tours (4:00, 5:00, 6:00 AM), just let them know in advance — they’ll happily prepare your breakfast earlier for you, which I really appreciated. They also decorated our room exactly as requested, which made our stay even more special.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Armeeplatzes und ist bequem zu reisen. Es ist ein altes Hotel im Klosterstil, sehr interessant Die Zimmer sind alt, die Toilette ist noch vorhanden. Kein Fenster. Das Frühstück ist gut. Sie können das Gepäck aufbewahren, damit Sie die Majiang-Bildschirm leicht aufladen können.

This is an amazing hotel with friendly and accommodating staff! The views from the front are unreal also, and the rooms very big and cleaned everyday to a high standard! Would definitely recommend. The staff also made us lunch when we had early morning trips!

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

Had two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.
