桂桂Belmond Hotel ist meine persönliche Lieblingshotelmarke, niemand! Obwohl es im Vergleich zu anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels relativ klein ist, ist es definitiv ein aristokratisches Erlebnis! Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken an der Rezeption achtet das Hotel wirklich auf jedes Detail. Das Belmond Hotel Cusco ist ein umgebautes Kloster. Das Hotel hat auch eine Kirche, die sehr charakteristisch ist. Das spanische Hofdesign ist elegant und elegant. Das Hotelfrühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Ich war an diesem Tag spät hier und wurde upgegradet, sehr zufrieden. Es befindet sich neben dem Waffenplatz und hat eine gute Lage. Tolle Erfahrung in Cusco! Der Preis von Ctrip ist viel billiger als die Buchung und er ist sehr leistungsstark!

GGastnutzerWe had a wonderful stay at Hampton Hotel in Cusco. The staff were very friendly and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention to Wilma, who went the extra mile to accommodate our request to change to a room with a queen bed instead of two standard beds—her helpfulness made a big difference.
The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable with fresh bedding, and the breakfast was very good. Overall, an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cusco.

Ich hatte Walter mich in mein Zimmer begleitet und erzählte mir die Details über das Hotel und die nahe gelegene Kuikancha, die ich aus den Dachfenstern sehen kann. Es ist in Wanderweite von allen historischen Orten. Die Sauerstoff-Ergänzung und Coca-Tee nur im Falle der Höhenkrankheit, Glück habe ich es nicht verwendet.

Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating.

GGuest UserDieses 3* Hotel ist wie ein 5* Hotel. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer, das ich für 3 Tage geblieben habe, und die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Es dauert nur etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptplatzzentrum. Warm Dusche und starkes WiFi und sehr schöne Frühstück mit vielen frischem Obst und frisch gebackenem Brot !! Ihr Personal half mir auch, Telefongespräche und Drucker-boarding-Pass zu machen. Ich hatte dort einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerOverall the hotel was good, service was good, laundry services excellent. 2 issues:
1) location: the front is not a street but a walking lane, so taxis and tour transportation cannot come to front door. This alleyway also has many clubs so the noise and foot traffic is all night long.
2 Breakfast was included , however if you want a second omelette they wanted you to pay for it. Free breakfast means free, any other buffet restaurant you can take as many eggs as you wish.
Overall I would stay there again,

GGastnutzerHad two separate bookings with the hotel as I was going to Machu Picchu and staying overnight there. During my first day at this hotel in my first reservation, I was asked to pay for this second booking together. No receipt given but was assured that there will not be any misunderstanding. Was told to pack and leave my things at the reception and check out and re-check in. So not sure why I needed to pay for the second reservation upfront in my first booking (Maybe afraid that I would cancel it as I was really tempted to). As mentioned in my previous post, the amenities are severly lacking, cause of low water supply, the pipes and toilet filling up is very loud and the water flow from the tap is like the picture at night and it was trickling and dripping one of the early mornings when I had a tour. In short, i will not stay here again.

KK TravelsLet me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice.
But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath.
The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it.
I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep.
Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh
