I am absolutely furious and deeply disappointed with the service and management — this was easily the worst accommodation experience I have ever had 🙄 My grandma and parents travelled all the way to KL for a family visit, and from the very first minute, everything was a total mess caused entirely by their incompetence. Before I even arrived, I messaged them to ask if parking was assigned to specific bays or open to anywhere. All I got was a vague, useless “Yes” with no clear answer. When I reached the property, the security guard told me the parking QR code they sent didn’t work, and the assigned parking spot number did not match my room unit at all. I know the guards are just following orders — this is 100% management’s fault for failing to coordinate or provide correct information. I had to keep messaging and waiting for them to sort this out, wasting even more of our time while my elderly family members sat in the car. Then came the check-in nightmare. I called the key person 30 minutes before my scheduled arrival, and he just told me to call again only 5 minutes before check-in. When I got there, they first handed us the wrong key entirely, then made us stand around waiting for nearly another hour total. I messaged them repeatedly asking how much longer we would have to wait, and only then did they admit the unit still had issues and would take another 20 minutes to “fix”. They had every chance to tell me about these problems early — I could have taken my family to grab a meal or rest somewhere instead of standing around exhausted and frustrated. But they chose to say nothing and leave us hanging. To make matters worse, their only “apology” was offering a free late check-out until 1 PM the next day. This is completely useless and insulting! I had a full schedule of plans for our second day and checked out sharp at 9 AM anyway. This so-called compensation is nothing but a lazy, empty gesture to avoid taking real responsibility for their mistakes. When we finally got into the room, it was obvious they rushed the whole process and skipped every basic check: - No bath mat was provided at all - Only 2 towels were given, even though I clearly booked for 3 people - Shampoo dispensers were completely empty and never refilled - The bathroom drain was badly clogged, so water would not drain away - The bidet and water pipes were leaking non-stop, leaving the entire bathroom floor dangerously slippery — this was a major safety hazard for my elderly grandma - One of the wall switches didn’t work at all, and they couldn’t even explain what it was for - There was no bottled mineral water or water filter provided in the room, despite being basic necessities I had to message them over and over again just to report all these issues and ”beg” for someone to come attend to them. The whole experience felt like they didn’t care at all about their guests, especially vulnerable elderly travellers. On top of all this, the room soundproofing is poor. We could clearly hear loud traffic noise and public transport sounds throughout the day and night — it was impossible to get proper rest or peace, especially for my elderly family members who need quiet to relax. This level of disorganisation, negligence and poor communication is completely unacceptable. They failed us at every single step: from pre-arrival information, to check-in process, to room preparation, to handling complaints properly. I will never stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay here! The service was excellent, and they even helped me with an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. A special thanks to ALAM, who was extremely kind, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of throughout my stay. The room service was also very good and prompt. The view from the 46th floor was absolutely amazing and made the experience even more special I would definitely recommend both this place and ALAM for the amazing hospitality. Ich möchte Mitarbeiterin Zara von den Ayatt Cavera Service Apartments für ihren außergewöhnlichen Service loben. Sie ist eine freundliche und engagierte Person, die sich stets überaus hilfsbereit zeigt. Beispielsweise baten wir um etwas Besteck und Tassen, die sie uns umgehend brachte, zusammen mit kostenlosem Kaffee und Tee, die wir gar nicht bestellt, aber gerne angenommen hatten. Sie gab uns außerdem Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung von Bukit Bintang und hatte Restaurantempfehlungen. Allerdings besteht Verbesserungsbedarf bei den Einrichtungen, insbesondere in puncto Sauberkeit. Das Ausziehbett unter dem Einzelbett war mit großen Staubpartikeln bedeckt, was bei Gästen, die Wert auf Hygiene legen, leicht zu einer negativen Bewertung führen kann. Das Zimmer hatte beim Betreten zudem einen unangenehmen, säuerlichen Geruch. Das Reinigungsteam sollte hier nachbessern.

Insgesamt war die Airbnb-Unterkunft komfortabel und gemütlich und eignete sich sowohl zum Wohnen als auch zum Arbeiten. Die Lage war praktisch, da man Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs bequem im Erdgeschoss kaufen konnte. Die Rückerstattung verlief reibungslos und war innerhalb von 48 Stunden abgeschlossen. Es gibt jedoch einige Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten. Das Badezimmer war etwas schmutzig, und beim Benutzen von Wasser bildeten sich Schimmelreste zwischen den Fliesen. Auch die Buchungsbestätigung war nicht effizient. Wir wurden angewiesen, Streamhost zu installieren und die Anweisungen zu befolgen, was aber nicht funktionierte. Selbst am Tag vor der Anreise war die Buchung noch nicht verifiziert, was für Gäste, insbesondere Geschäftsreisende, sehr unpraktisch sein kann. Zusätzlich wird eine Schädlingsbekämpfung empfohlen, da es Kakerlakenlarven gab und der Kleiderschrank kaputt war. Insgesamt hat die Unterkunft gutes Potenzial, und ich hoffe, dass das Management-Team diese Probleme behebt, um ein besseres Erlebnis zu bieten.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Sehr günstig. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, obwohl das Hotel alt ist und es keine Annehmlichkeiten gibt. Da wir aber die meiste Zeit unterwegs sind, brauchen wir diese Annehmlichkeiten nicht wirklich. Einziges Problem: Das Frühstücksbuffet war kalt. Es gab zwar Speisenwärmer, aber diese waren ausgeschaltet. Auch die Auswahl an Speisen war sehr begrenzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat sich nicht gelohnt. Zum Glück gibt es in diesem Hotel ein Bidet.

Bislang ist alles in Ordnung, nur wenn ich gehe, gibt es ein Problem mit der Tür, die nicht von außen geschlossen werden kann. Also wenn ich aus gehe, ist die Tür x geschlossen. Das Badezimmer ist verrückt. Das Hotel liegt vor dem McD. Freut mich, Nahrungsmittel zu kaufen

Der Service war sehr freundlich und gut. Das Hotel ist preiswert und dafür darf man auch nicht viel verlangen. Die Zimmer sind schon älter und mit Teppichboden und vor allem die Wände sehr hellhörig, was eher negativ zu bewerten ist. Wir hatten in den Bewertungen viel von Bettwanze gelesen und uns Gedanken gemacht, hatten aber absolut keine! Das „Gym“ ist wirklich in keinem guten Stand! Für 1-2 Nächte absolut okay, wenn man sich bewusst ist, dass es ein preiswertes Hotel ist.

Sehr nett, morgens die männlichen Mitarbeiter zu treffen, die mir bei meinem Problem halfen, denn die beiden weiblichen Mitarbeiter am Abend halfen mir überhaupt nicht. Das Zimmer ist Standard, vielleicht müssen Tapeten und Badezimmer besser gepflegt werden.
