"분명 체크인 시간 확인하고 갔는데, 22시라고 잘못 안내하고 일회용 샤워키트 결제 받는것도 그렇고(취소해주긴 했지만) 세심하게 투숙객을 챙기지 않아 불편했네요. 샤워실과 변기 세면대가 각각 떨어져 있는건 좋았어요! 그리고 방이 넓어서 좋았어요!"

"Auch wenn das Hotel nicht in der Hauptlage von Daegu war, war der Busstopp direkt vor dem Hotel und der U-Bahnhof war etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Personal war freundlich. Insgesamt, guter Ort, um zu einem erschwinglichen Preis zu bleiben."

NNanookleskimoThe house is easy to find thanks to the neon sign, it is peaceful and located 15 min away by walking from the shopping and restaurants area. It's an old traditional house very well maintained with a beautiful Korean garden in the midst of a scooter repair shop neighborhood, which makes it quiet at night. The rooms have AC and have beautiful wooden panels. The bedding is comfortable with a double futon. The pillows are a bit too hard though on the neck. The bathroom is clean. They provide shampoo and soap amenities. Coffee and tea you can help yourself with in the shared kitchen. The owners work quite hard to make it welcoming and were helpful in providing touristic information about the city. We had a wonderful stay and recommend it to any families looking for a soothing and peaceful stay in a traditional yet modern setting.

Before we booked, we had already studied what was available. Suitable for the price. I hurried back because I woke up late. Some photos taken during our return trip. The actual location is similar to the picture on the page. It's no different.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt in einer hervorragenden Lage, um den Express Bus zu erreichen, um Sehenswürdigkeiten außerhalb der Stadt zu erreichen, und ist auch für die Erforschung der Stadt und Einkaufsgebiete von Metro zu empfehlen. Das Easter Hotel erfüllt die Standards des Touristenhotels; mein Zimmer mit zwei Betten war riesig, geräumig, sauber und gemütlich. Die Klimaanlage war nur für das kalte Wetter richtig. Ich war überrascht, eine Samsung Digital Inverter Waschmaschine zu finden, die uns erlaubt, unsere Wolljacken und unten trocken zu reinigen nach einem ganzen Tag im Land. Insgesamt ist das Hotel für nicht-koreanische Touristen freundlich. Sehr empfohlen.

BBrian LawrieWhat a perfect place to stay to visit this City. Host was impeccable in answering questions and providing assistance- easily contactable throughout the stay. Although small apartment had all things I need full size fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Great size Tv with loads of channels and Netflix. Very comfortable bed. Lots of food options close, so you don’t need to cook at home. Subway line 1 is a 2 min walk from front door. No key or access card everything is with access codes, made life very easy. To top it all off Wifi was very fast without any issues. Thank you, I had a great stay, highly recommend especially as it was value for money.

Ssolo traveller JP東大邱駅からすぐで立地がかなり良かったです！ バス停も近くて、本当に便利でした。 飲食店も遅くまでやってるし、24時間営業もちらほら。 遅くまで飲んで、仲間と騒いで〜 や、カップルがご飯を食べて泊まって〜 といった感じみたいです。 新しい今時のお店も多いですが 若い方だけでなく年配の方も普通にいますので 昔ながらのお店も少しあります。 コンビニもあるし、歩けば24時間スーパーもありました。 行かなかったけど駅横に大型ショッピングモールもあるし。 ホテルは、受付の方がとても親切で 一人でも助かりました！ 窓付きなので、閉塞感もないし 部屋もバスルームも日本のビジホくらいの広さですが、 バスタブはジャグジー仕様でした。 お水のサービスもあるし、 使ってないですがPCも何故かありました。 充電ケーブルもあったし、冷蔵庫、整髪料や虫除けスプレーまで常備してくれるサービスの行き届いたホテルでした。 一階にはコーヒーサーバーもあったし。 普通のホテルは2万越えだし、円安でコスパ抑えたい日本人にはありがたいホテルでした。 立地、サービス、価格、接客、素晴らしいです！ あと、ガウンにもなんと日本語での心遣いがありました。 使ってないけど。

GGastnutzerI gave 1 extra star because the man at the desk kept my bag safe when it needed to be. So he did the job well. Otherwise, zero stars will be given for the service of the old lady at the desk. She was unfriendly and insulting!!! First, she doesn't speak English, so she should use a translator to communicate with the customers. Instead, she started talking in an unfriendly way in Korean when she knew I couldn’t speak Korean. Second, because I don't understand and she doesn't understand me, I have to ask my Korean friend to talk with her. She is still not friendly. And not try to understand for me, because I don't know what my friend and her were talking about. So she showed me that she got annoyed with my misunderstanding of her. Third, and the most horrible of all. She was very rude the next day. I came to her desk, because I needed something. I have just shown my face and wanna say hi, with a friendly look at her. But she started to behave rudely right away before I could say hi. By saying something loudly in Korea and weirdly using both hands and looking angry. So I felt very uninvited to ask something. So I go away from her. Back to my room. I found my stuff (toothbrush and other things of mine) that I forgot in the other room. That I forgot to take with me, on the floor!!!!!! The worst there is a desk for face washing next to the door. So she could put it in there. It's so onhygien with my toothbrush without a cover put on the floor. I have never gotten that horrible service before. Even when I go the a very cheap hostel! I was in a good mood to discover this city. And these are bad memories I got from her. She has just ruined my good mood for the holiday there. My friends suggested that I go to this Motel. Now my friends know how stupid this service I got from this lady. They won't come anymore in the future! If the old lady doesn’t like foreigners then she shouldn't work there. So it won’t ruin someone's holiday. I hope the manager of their company does something with the service that the lady gave to the customer. I don’t complain usually. But this is unacceptable! I am planning to go regularly to Daegu because my friend lives there. This motel is in a perfect location for me. But now I would rather go to a hotel that is far away than this Motel. So you have just lost 1 regular customer because of this stupid service. I am still angry if I think about this service with my toothbrush on the floor.

GGastnutzerThe hotel was good enough for one night. However, the check in process was quite difficult for a foreigner who doesn't speak any Korean, so make sure you have your translation apps handy! The room itself smelled a bit like cigarettes. I'm not sure if I accidentally booked a smoking room, but I assume I didn't since my reservation didn't say as such. There was also no natural light in the room. While there was a window, it was covered in some kind of plastic film. The hallway was also completely dark. The bathroom and toilet were excellent, and so was the little bag of amenities offered. Bed was clean and comfortable. Good enough for a one night stay, but wouldn't come again!
