We loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.

We had a very pleasant stay here! The host Verdiana was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The room facilities are very modern and brand new. A huge plus was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, we are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

What a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues). Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy. The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day. Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly. We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

Tolle Lage, nur wenige Minuten von Pisa Centrale entfernt. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Das Zimmer ist nicht supergroß, aber für einen Alleinreisenden für eine Nacht gut geeignet. Das Bett ist bequem und es gibt ein eigenes Badezimmer. Der Wasserhahn funktionierte nicht richtig und der Kühlschrank war sehr laut. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren nett.

Fixed list breakfast from the cafe: croissant, double toast fillet with cheese and ham, fruit, juice & tea or coffee. Nice room but only one chair, fridge. We couldn’t get AC working but kept window open as it was spring time and not hot out. Show closet should be repaired as one door was difficult to operate and shower handle not able to fix in place but needed to keep in hand all time. Very nice personnel. Sometimes busy in the cafe as many locals use it as well.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, warum dieser Ort schlechte Bewertungen hat. Ich war deshalb zögerlich, zu buchen, aber ich bin froh, dass ich diesen Ort gewählt habe. Er liegt buchstäblich direkt neben dem Schiefen Turm von Pisa und vielen tollen Restaurants. Es ist eine Übernachtung wert, wenn man bedenkt, dass der Preis viel niedriger ist als in vielen anderen Orten in Pisa und die Lage kaum zu übertreffen ist. Es gibt relativ nahe gelegene Parkplätze gegen Gebühr. Der Ort mag veraltet sein, aber es ist ein Bett mit einer schönen Klimaanlage und man kann alles, was man braucht, nur ein paar Schritte von der Tür entfernt erledigen. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen und würde in Zukunft wiederkommen. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug, was in Europa ein Luxus zu sein scheint.

Zehn Minuten zu Fuß vom schwimmenden Turm von Pisa und einem großen Supermarkt Pam. 20 Minuten Fahrt zum Flughafen. Campingdorf bietet essenzielle Küchenartikel. Auch ein schönes Schwimmbad ist für Kinder attraktiv. Einziges Problem ist die schmutzigen Pfade in der Campingplatz.

Lassen Sie sich nicht von den Fotos täuschen. 😂 Das Zimmer sieht viel besser aus als die Fotos. Hhhh, ich habe mir die Fotos vor der Buchung angesehen und mich schmutzig gefühlt ... sehr alt? Aber als ich im Zimmer ankam, stellte ich fest, dass die Fotos, die ich gemacht habe, sehr schmutzig waren ... weil es ein altes Gebäude ist, also ist die Wand die Art von alter Wand, also sieht sie schmutzig aus, aber es ist tatsächlich die Textur der Wand ... das Innere ist besonders schön Die Lampe und der Tisch sind alle im alten europäischen Stil und sehr komfortabel. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr Standard, alle tragen Anzüge, sehr höflich und freundliches Englisch ist sehr gut. Das schönste ist die Oberseite des Hotelzimmers, ein bisschen wie das norwegische Holzhaus, weil es vielleicht ein altes Haus ist, wieder aufgebaute Holzbalken, aber besser aussehen. Das heiße Wasser im Bad war auch sehr heiß. Es gab keinen Aufzug. Wir hatten viele Kisten. Die Rezeption verwandelte uns in Niederflurzimmer. Es schien, als würde die Heizung um Mitternacht ausgeschaltet. Viele Hotels hier schienen Geld zu sparen, waren aber nachts nicht kalt. Das Frühstück ist auch reichhaltig, was das normale kontinentale Frühstück ist, das im Grunde genommen da ist.

The location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again.

Es ist eine Stunde von der Bahnhof entfernt, so dauerte es etwa 30 Minuten vom Hostel bis zum Leaning Tower von Pisa. Andere Dienstleistungen im Hostel waren ausgezeichnet. Sie wurden auch von Vorab-Check-in und -Check-out betrachtet. Und die Umgebung des Hostels war ruhig, so es gab keine Lärm in der Nacht.
