3-Sterne-Hotels in Bologna

The “hotel” isn’t exactly a hotel. It’s in an apartment/residential building (1st floor from ground level - I’d call this the 2nd floor, but they would disagree here). I was a bit disappointed when I wanted to bring my bags a couple hours before check-in so I could walk around the city. Hotels are usually good about this; however, the “front desk person” for this “hotel” comes by appointment. Again, this isn’t a hotel, even though it’s advertised to be. I found out that you need to give them 48 hours notice if you plan to come by earlier (I didn’t see this information anywhere prior to check-in). Overall, the space was clean, spacious and cool (the AC was the best part). The bathroom is modern and quite nice. The noise level was a bit much, as the room faces the street. Also, I had really hoped to use the laundry services (for additional charge) as shown on the Trip.com listing but again, I was told at check-in that I needed to give 48 hours notice for this, and that it’s not something they offer anyway. The front desk person told me there is a laundry mat near by (four minute walk, make sure to have coins). I’m being completely transparent in this review, not to be a ****, but to be informative. I felt a bit misled, so please, if you have any special requests, make sure to share those with the front desk 48 HOURS BEFORE check-in. You can ring the doorbell (labeled “Casa Alessandrini”) outside the building all you want, but no one will come to let you in unless they are there. 👍

Ho soggiornato presso Residenza Ariosto Depandance by Studio Vita a Bologna, e la mia esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura si trova nel pieno centro storico, a pochi minuti a piedi da Piazza Maggiore e vicina alle principali attrazioni, ai ristoranti e ai negozi — una posizione davvero ideale per visitare la città. L’appartamento era pulito, ben organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario: cucina con utensili, frigorifero, microonde e una zona pranzo comoda. Lo spazio non è enorme, ma perfettamente adeguato per una coppia o un soggiorno breve. L’ambiente è silenzioso e accogliente, e ci si sente come a casa. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a dare consigli su cosa vedere o dove mangiare. Il check-in è stato semplice e ben gestito, anche a distanza. Unico piccolo inconveniente: l’edificio non ha l’ascensore, quindi può essere un po’ scomodo con bagagli pesanti, ma nel complesso non ha rovinato l’esperienza. In sintesi, Residenza Ariosto Depandance è una scelta perfetta per chi desidera vivere Bologna in modo autentico, con la libertà e il comfort di un appartamento nel cuore della città. Ci tornerei sicuramente.

Прекрасный апарты, душевный ьаоуоечик, приветственные вода, кофейные капсулы. Достаточное кол-во посуды и приборов. Цена качество отличное. Легко найти по инструкции удалённого чек ина. Но вот регистрация для городского налога утомительная, хоть бы распознание данных паспорта бы работало, а то уходит час на семью, в дороге это напрягает

The Hotel is very close to the airport and close to a bus stop to airport/central train station/city centre. 300mt far from a shopping centre. Only few steps from a restaurant/pizzeria. The staff was very friendly and gave us all the info needed. The hotel offers late check-in, they provide you with a pin cose to open the main door. We arrived before 11pm so didn’t need to use it.

Zimmer und Bad waren tadellos und sehr sauber. Das Einzelzimmer war etwas klein. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich!

Wir reisen als Gruppe von drei und haben nur eine Nacht im separaten Hotel geblieben. Wir hatten einige Probleme mit dem Eintritt in das Gebäude (wirkliche Wohnhaus) Ursache des Check-in-Systems: Sie müssen eine Nummer anrufen, um die Tür für den Hall zu öffnen, die uns ungünstig war, weil wir nicht die italienische SIM-Karte kauften. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab alles, was wir brauchten

Рядом с основными достопримечательностями. Тепло и комфортно, но в номере не работала розетка и сломана полка. Так же не было ключа, пришлось каждый раз пользоваться электронным доступом, что было проблемой при отсутствии интернета

The location is perfect, you can walk to the city center (15 mins) or just take a single bus. I read some reviews about the room was dirty, and the sheets were stinking however my room was pretty clean.

Zentrional gelegen in guter Spazierweite zum Stadtzentrum. Zugstation ist ca. 25 min Brisk Spaziergang. mit guten Transportverbindungen und Geschäften und wenige Cafés in der Nähe. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und grundlegend, was ich nach mir war. Weil die Fenster auf der Main Street standen, war es ziemlich laut und die nahe gelegenen Zimmer waren auch ziemlich laut. Fernseher funktionierte nicht und der Kaffee war nicht im Zimmer gelegen, so habe ich es nicht verwendet. Insgesamt bekommt man, was man zahlen kann, irgendwo, um Ihre Sachen zu verlassen, wenn man sich ansehen und ein komfortables Bett und heißes Wasser zum Duschen.

Sehr sehr schöne Aufenthaltserfahrung ist gut, die Umgebung ist elegant, die Zimmer sind sauber, der Verkehr ist bequem, der Service ist aufmerksam, es ist eine gute Erfahrung. Nächstes Mal wiederkommen. Dekoration ist sehr neu.
