Khas Hotel is located nearby city centre. I walked out from the hotel to the left I can go to Queen City Mall and to the right I can walk to Pollux Mall Paragon Semarang. Outside of the hotel, there are some local eateries during day time and night time. There's also a pharmacy called Apotek on the right after you walk out from hotel main entrance. There's a IndoMart opposite and the price was reasonable. Hence, very convenient. The cleanliness of hotel needs to be improved. There are some areas near clothing hanging area and bed side table quite dusty. I have to wipe it with my wet tissue. There were 2 lamps in the room one on the table in front of TV and one on the bedside table both were fitted onto the table, hence it made the space of table being blocked. The welcome drink served in a small shot glass and there was no water dispenser for hotel guest. The bathroom design was not good as after taking shower the water will flow out to the sink and toilet bowl area as the glass divider was too small to block the water from spilling out to the dry area. The shower head was fitted on top to the ceiling hence a bit hard to wash our body thoroughly. The water come down from our head directly. There was no way to adjust shower head as it was fixed onto the ceiling. Our room 318 was next to 3 Airconf compresser. Hence if other hotel guests on their Aircond, we can hear the noise so loud at night. The hotel offered a gift voucher for Grab app user but the front desk staff did not inform us. Only on our last night stay, we saw the gift voucher appeared in hotel in house TV screen outside of lobby lift. But too bad, I can no longer utilise the 10,000rp discount voucher although I being taking Grab for the past 4 days in Semarang. But hotel housekeeper was very helpful and same goes to the concierge also very friendly and helpful.

Sehr bequem Ort. Der CP-Wert ist sehr hoch Es gibt eine spezielle Massage, die Frauen in der Nähe, Mall und Banken in der Nähe Der neue Hotel ist sehr offensichtlich. Aber der Mitarbeiterservice ist sehr freundlich und es wird empfohlen, zu übernachten.

Ich habe im Noormans Hotel Semarang für eine Geschäftsreise 2-day geblieben, und insgesamt war es eine hervorragende Erfahrung. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, schafft nach einem Tag der Treffen eine entspannende Umgebung. Ich habe die komplette Ausstattung besonders geschätzt, die den Aufenthalt bequem und problemlos machten. Mit seinem guten Service und komfortablen Einrichtungen ist das Noormans Hotel eine solide Wahl für Geschäftsreisende. Ich bin froh, es zu geben 4.5 aus 5 und würde sicherlich überlegen, auf meiner nächsten Reise nach Semarang hier nochmal zu bleiben.

Es ist nur wenige Schritte von Stasiun Tawang, direkt über die Straße. Osteria Gia, Journal Coffee direkt um die Ecke. Frühstück im Hotel ist OK, könnte aber besser sein, zum Beispiel bessere Qualität Sourdog Brot für Benedict Manon, Hometown Fried Rice perfekt. Guter Kaffee wird ein Plus, nicht als Buffet-Einstellung. Zimmer, Bett und Bett, Einrichtungen alles gut. Towels besser nicht einen starken Softer-Duft verwenden. Gesamt gut 👍 und wird zurück sein.

Booked here last minute and they delivered all of my request. Room is clean, bed sheet is fresh (that is very important), and the bed is hard and pleasant to sleep on. Had very good rest after long day meeting. However they could have got 5 stars if only they check their water flow of the shower. The water was very little and slow that was the only thing that i couldn’t enjoy.

My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

What impressed me the most was the breakfast, which is why I sent the pictures while enjoying it. There were various meal options, and all of them were delicious. The room was fine; I didn’t take pictures, but it was clean, and I was very comfortable during my stay. The only downside was the heavy traffic and the distance from the city center, but overall, it was still a great value for the price.

Das gute ist, dass ihr Haushalter und das Front Office-Personal ehrlich sind. Wenn mein Neffe seine E-Toll-Karte im Zimmer verließ, behielt das Hotelpersonal sie, und wenn wir wieder in dieses Hotel kommen, bitten wir um die E-Toll-Karte und sie haben sie uns zurückgegeben. Aber das Essen im Frühstück ist schrecklich. Die Toilettenkugel ist schmutzig. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich wieder in diesem Hotel bleiben werde.

Großes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Kessel und Mini-Kühlschrank mit Wasserversorgung auf jedem Stock. Viel Lager. Gutes Klimaanlage und angemessenes WLAN. Zimmer sind ähnlich einem Ibis-Design. Gute Lage, in der Nähe von Einkaufszentren und etwa 30 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt. Wunderbares Personal, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr schönes Pool-Gebiet. Es ist auf einer Hauptstraße, so war es manchmal laut.
