GGastnutzerVery good location in the heart of Kota Lama. In the 20's of the past century, Sukarno and Hatta frequented this house to shape their ideas, which gave a true historic feel to the place. The rooms were basic. During the first night, a noisy airconditioning kept us awake. The helpful staff took immediate action on the next day and gave us a different room.

GGastnutzerDas Personal ging oben und darüber hinaus, um mich zu begrüßen, und die kleinen berührt wie ein handschriftliches Willkommensschreiben wirklich einen Unterschied gemacht. Das Zimmer war spotless und gemütlich, und ich liebte jeden Morgen aufwachen bis zur schönen Aussicht. Es fühlte sich wirklich wie ein zweites Haus. Danke für die Erleichterung meiner Reise!

AAnonymer BenutzerIt has clean room with blanket and towel inside. The bed was comfortable and the table has mirror as well. Would suggest to wipe the mirror so it will be clearer. Mineral water didn’t included. The lady landlord was very friendly. The lady allowed me to check in earlier. When i checked out, she greeted me and said bye. Very hospitable. The location is quite far from the main road so make sure to have stuff you need during the night or during your stay at the property. I had a good stay here, and as far as I know, this is the only property near UNNES that available on Trip.com. Thank

GGastnutzerIch kam dorthin, um herauszufinden, dass mein Zimmer abgebrochen ist. Der Grund dafür war, dass sie in Partnerschaft mit OYO sind und viele Zimmer wurden vom ”System” abgebrochen, so dass ich an diesem Tag keine Zimmer verlassen konnte. Sie hatten bereits ein Ersatzhotel, das ich abgelehnt hatte.
Ich habe eine Erstattung in bar beantragt und sie verweigerten sie. Sie versprach, die Erstattung über Trip-App zu erfolgen, aber wenn sie gefragt, wie die Erstattung funktioniert, konnte niemand erklären.
Schließlich fragte ich sie noch einmal über die Verfügbarkeit der Zimmer, weil ich sicher war, dass sie zumindest ein paar Zimmer zur Verfügung hatten. Ich sagte ihnen, es sei ihre Verantwortung, mir ein Zimmer zu bieten, auch wenn die verfügbaren preiswerter sind als das, was ich dafür bezahlt habe.
Plötzlich entschuldigten sie sich und sagten mir, dass ein Zimmer verfügbar war, genau wie das, für das ich bezahlt hatte.
Der Rest des Aufenthalts war großartig.
Ich möchte zurückkommen und das Hotel besuchen, und hoffe, dass diese verdächtige Erfahrung bei meinem nächsten Besuch nicht wiederholt wird.
