3-Sterne-Hotels in Coblong

The place was well maintained and clean, however due to nature of the place design it was not like proper hotel, we feel like staying in someone house, during the visit we had only few guest / room occupied , we experienced the not soo good experience where we met with seems like the owner (lady) and shouted multiple times to the employee where we can hear it clearly and made the situation really awkward and she roaming around the place make us feel uncomfortable to do the outdoor activities as she always seems monitoring of our movements. On top of it the lack of clarity on the pool policy for visitors, they charged quite expensive for our visitors (not staying in the hotel) to swim where we cannot find these pricing anywhere in the beginning, and was informed earlier by the receptionist for visitors if only kids are allowed to swim without any charges.

Buchung im Namen meiner Familie, sauberer Ort, einfaches Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und hart zu schweigen, aber sehr nah an Kiwalk! Literalmente direkt vor dem Gebäude.

Der Ort war schön, aber das Fenster war gerade gegen eine Wand und einige Motorradfahrer liefen die ganze Nacht racing, so dass es schwierig war, ruhig zu finden, um zu schlafen. Alles andere war gut und der Service war gut, so war die Lage, aber die Motorräder, die umfahren und die Motoren neu befahren, waren nicht das, was ich nach einem langen Tag brauchte. Zumindest am Sonntag war die Gegend von den nicht motorisierten Fahrzeugen Tag.

Die gelieferte Einheit war anders als bestellt. Was die Reinigkeit angeht, war sie ziemlich sauber; die Ausstattung war jedoch sehr gering. Es gab keine Handtücher, Shampoo oder Seife und es gab nicht einmal Trinkwasser. Das heiße Wasser funktionierte nicht richtig, obwohl die Klimaanlage kalt war und das Fernsehen funktionierte gut. Auch zu diesem Preis wird erwartet, dass die Einheit passt, was angekündigt wird.

Alles ist ok .. freundliches Personal .. nur vom ersten Einchecken, bitten Sie um eine Mat bis der Auscheck nicht angekommen 😥 .. vielleicht kann es in der Zukunft wieder repariert werden ja

Photos in the app does not reflect the actual location. I would consider a grave misrepresentation of service. Beverages offered on the rooftop restsurant is insufficiently restocked since day 1 till we left on day 3. Operator need improvement.to stay in highly recommended accommodation status.

However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
