LLoumir2024The Room is clean and spacious, the amenities are well enough for us complete with one big screen tv in the room, it is not difiicult to find food near the hotel area, there is restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel area, and small minimart just across the street. There is spa to relaxing your body, also swimming pool at the hotel.

GGastnutzerHotel had a lovely layout, ambience and swimming pool area. Staff are very courteous-and help-full.
Rooms however need to be renovated. Old furniture , stained sheets and bathroom fittings , there was mole and moss in the bathroom.

Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter im Neo Hotel für ihre hervorragende Gastfreundschaft und warme Freundlichkeit. Ich habe 8 Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts gebucht, und alle waren täglich sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer war neu, sehr geräumig und bietet einen schönen Stadtblick. Das WLAN war während unseres Aufenthalts stabil, und das Frühstücksmenü änderte sich täglich, was die Dinge frisch und interessant hält. Das Hotel befindet sich auch in einer strategischen Lage, umgeben von vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Es gibt einen kleinen Schwimmbad auf der dritten Etage zusammen mit einer Dach-Stil-Bar, die einen schönen Kontakt zu der Gesamterfahrung hinzufügt.

Das Zimmer, inkl. Badezimmer, war sauber und ordentlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super. Es gab mehrere Auswahl von typischen indonesischen Gerichten. Es gab auch Toast-Brötchen mit einigen Marmeladen-Optionen.

My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night.
The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay.
The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing.
The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee.
The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old.
In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
