Es war ein erstaunlicher Aufenthalt! Es ist unser erstes Mal hier und wir genossen es wirklich. Die Gastfreundschaft aller Mitarbeiter hat wunderbar gewesen. Die Sicherheit, das Frontbüro und die Hausaufsichtsteams sind alle sehr hilfreich, immer lächeln und zeigen große Güte. Halten Sie die tolle Arbeit! Die Lage ist perfekt, und die Einrichtungen sind sehr komplett für ein 3-star Hotel. Wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung.

The place was well maintained and clean, however due to nature of the place design it was not like proper hotel, we feel like staying in someone house, during the visit we had only few guest / room occupied , we experienced the not soo good experience where we met with seems like the owner (lady) and shouted multiple times to the employee where we can hear it clearly and made the situation really awkward and she roaming around the place make us feel uncomfortable to do the outdoor activities as she always seems monitoring of our movements. On top of it the lack of clarity on the pool policy for visitors, they charged quite expensive for our visitors (not staying in the hotel) to swim where we cannot find these pricing anywhere in the beginning, and was informed earlier by the receptionist for visitors if only kids are allowed to swim without any charges.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig, die Einrichtungen sind gut genug für uns komplett mit einem großen Bildschirm-TV im Zimmer, es ist nicht schwer, Nahrungsmittel in der Nähe des Hotelbereichs zu finden, es gibt Restaurant und Kaffeegeschäft im Hotelbereich, und kleine Minimum nur über die Straße. Es gibt Spa, um Ihren Körper zu entspannen, auch Schwimmbad im Hotel.

⸻ Vielen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter im Neo Hotel für ihre hervorragende Gastfreundschaft und warme Freundlichkeit. Ich habe 8 Zimmer während unseres Aufenthalts gebucht, und alle waren täglich sauber und gut gepflegt. Das Zimmer war neu, sehr geräumig und bietet einen schönen Stadtblick. Das WLAN war während unseres Aufenthalts stabil, und das Frühstücksmenü änderte sich täglich, was die Dinge frisch und interessant hält. Das Hotel befindet sich auch in einer strategischen Lage, umgeben von vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Es gibt einen kleinen Schwimmbad auf der dritten Etage zusammen mit einer Dach-Stil-Bar, die einen schönen Kontakt zu der Gesamterfahrung hinzufügt.

When I entered the room for the first time, a bit of humidity scent welcomed you. However, you can get a spacious & nice enough breakfast for such a price, so, it's quite value for money. The location is close to ITB, Salman Mosque, and the famous Dago street

An old property, but clean, food it’s good especially the breakfast, noisy if you stay in the room with balcony facing the main road, but other than that good stay.

Buchung im Namen meiner Familie, sauberer Ort, einfaches Frühstück. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und hart zu schweigen, aber sehr nah an Kiwalk! Literalmente direkt vor dem Gebäude.

Hotelnya adem, lokasinya lumayan strategis. Untuk yang room Male ala bangunan panggung rumah adat Minahasa, dengan ranjang bertingkat. Kasur dan bantal lumayan empuk dan bersih. Halamannya penuh dengan pohon, bunga, dan tanaman lainnya, jadi adem dan sejuk. Meski kalau malam sepi, tapi tetep rame karena banyak yang stay. ***a jadul dan tradisional tapi tetep kece. Sayangnya air panas untuk mandi dan sabun/sampo/odol + sikat gigi serta handuk saya ga dapet. Gunakan voucher diskon biar hemat. Stay lagi dech pas kembali ke Bandung

Review: 3.5/5 My stay at was decent, though there were a few areas for improvement. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to public transport and local attractions, which made exploring the area easy. However, the surroundings were a bit noisy, and I could hear traffic from my room at night. The staff were polite and helpful, but service could have been quicker, especially during check-in. It took longer than expected, and there was some confusion about my booking. Once sorted, the staff did their best to make up for the delay. The room was clean but quite basic. The bed was comfortable enough, though the furniture and decor felt outdated. I also noticed that the bathroom needed better upkeep, with some worn fixtures that could use replacing. The breakfast was okay, with a reasonable variety of options, though nothing stood out as particularly memorable. It would have been nice to see more fresh choices and better coffee. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were functional but nothing special. The pool area could use more seating, and the gym equipment seemed a bit old. In summary, it offers a fair experience for the price, but with a few upgrades and attention to detail, it could easily improve. It’s an acceptable option for short stays but may not meet expectations for a more luxurious experience.
