Das ist ein tolles Hotel am Meer, wir haben jetzt zweimal geblieben, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind immer sauber und gut mit Toiletten gespeichert. Die Zimmer werden jeden Tag gereinigt. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, aber Sie müssen eine Rezeption für eine Kessel beantragen - 10 € rückzahlbar Einzahlung (die fab ist, als andere Hotels Ihnen die vollen 10 € für das Privileg, es zu verwenden). Wir lieben ihre Gepäcklagerung, wenn sie ausgecheckt, so einfach zu benutzen. Nur ein Nebenanblick zu diesem Aufenthalt war die Frühstücksoptionen - vorherige Aufenthalt genossen wir das Frühstück, diese Zeit bemerkten wir, dass ihre Auswahl begrenzt war und mein Partner hatte so wenig zu essen, so dass es nicht das zusätzliche Geld für uns diese Zeit wert. Das war traurig, als wir auf das Frühstück warten. Frühstück neben, ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr.

I stayed here before, so when I came back to Benidorm, I stayed here again. This time, I was higher up and had a great view of Benidorm and the ocean. The staff were fantastic again. Next time I'm in Benidorm, i will stay here.

El Palmeral is a great little hotel. It is spotlessly clean, with a lovely pool and modern furniture. There is a cafe with food options and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is in a nice area closer to the old town, which suited us. Would definitely recommend it!

Neu renoviert und sehr sauber. Sehr schönes Pool- und Essensraum eingerichtet gut für den Buffet-Stil-Service. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Abendessen war vernünftig bezahlt und gute Auswahl, aber ein wenig kalt. Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet und jeden Tag schön gereinigt. Die Lage war wenig von der lebendigen Teil von Benidorm entfernt, aber nützlich für die Altstadt ein Poniente Strand. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel und würde wieder bleiben.

Ubicacion estupenda, trato estupendo, comida muy buena, trato muy bueno, todo estupendo, lo único las almohadas de las camas muy finas, no había algunas para poder poner dos, por lo demás muy bien.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.

Review of B and B Suits I stayed at B and B Suits, a simple hotel located not far from the beach, which is a definite plus. The room was clean and had a nice balcony, adding a bit of charm to the stay. However, there were some drawbacks. The room lacked a fridge, a built-in hairdryer, and a kettle, which would have been convenient. The breakfast was quite basic, consisting only of coffee and some pastries, so don’t expect much variety there. Overall, it’s a modest hotel, perfectly fine for a short stay or just a place to crash for the night. Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
