Ort: 400 Meter nach der Station. Umgebung: Die Hauptstraße, aber das Zimmer ist gut gesperrt, nachdem das Fenster geschlossen ist, und es gibt viele Restaurants unten. Einrichtungen: Für den leichten Wohnraum in Ayahu, komplette Einrichtungen, angemessener Aufbau, komfortable Bettwäsche. Dienst: Die Rezeption und der Restaurantservice sind enthusiastisch und sorgfältig.

Die Gesamtaufenthaltserfahrung ist voll! Die geografische Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, in der Nähe des Geschäftes/Metro, die Straße ist besonders bequem zu reisen. Das Personal der Rezeption ist enthusiastisch und begeistert, die Abfahrtsunterkunft schnell zu bearbeiten und die Anforderungen sind rechtzeitig. Die Gästezimmer sind sorgfältig an der Stelle, es gibt keinen Staub in der Ecke, das Badezimmer ist trocken und nicht außengeräuscht, das Bett ist weich und hart, und das Schlafen bis Morgen ist mäßig. 24 Stunden warmes Wasser ist stabil, die elektrische Anlage ist gut verwendet, die Umgebung ist ruhig. Der Preis ist wirklich, die Gegenstände sind wertlos, egal ob die Reise ist sehr gut, sie sind gesammelt und dann lokal hier leben.

Das Lanchua Hotel muss die Punkte erfüllen! Diesmal wohnt Lanchua hier, das Gefühl der Erfahrung ist direkt voll, von dem Aufenthalt bis zum Austritt komfortable und gemütliche. Das Hotel ist sehr nah von der Weststation Lanzhou, es gibt auch 24 Stunden kostenlose Übertragungsstation Service. Der Fahrermeister wird auch die Gepäckpackung unterstützen. Der große Tasche-Klein-Tasche muss auch nicht geputzt werden, zu intim!

Hotel location is a walkable distance to the railway station. Room interiors are very nice. However, no staff was present when I arrived late at night. Another customer was also already waiting there for a while. Attempts by the local Chinese customer to call the staff was futile as her mobile phone was left on the front desk. Breakfast can be nicer, very basic.

I would recommend staying here during your visit to Lanzhou as the location is strategic, the Zhengning Night Market is only a 5 minute walk way, the Shopping district is about 1km or a 15 minute walk away, the Zhongshan bridge is only a 5-10 minute Didi ride away. The service was great, the staff at the reception was responsive and helpful, does not disappoint me at all. The rooms were comfortable and my family had a pleasant stay. One highlight about this hotel is that it serves 3 meals daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, you can enjoy delicious food throughout the day and all buffet-style. It's my first time residing in a hotel that is this generous with food. This means you don't have to even travel our of the hotel to eat, though I should point out that for lunch and dinner service operates for only 1.5 hours and dinner lasted until 7pm. Lanzhou is a food haven in Northwest China, rest assured you won't get the chance to confine all your meals within a hotel.

Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß von der Lanzhou Railway Station entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber, roch allerdings etwas nach Rauch. Eine Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner Funktion steht zur Verfügung. Allerdings hier darauf achten - die Klamotten sind danach nicht vollständig trocken und müssen noch mindestens einen-zwei Tage hängen, bis sie vollständig trocken sind.

Die Aussicht vom Berggipfel ist atemberaubend 👍. Schade, dass das Resort das Hotel selbst betreibt; man kann sich den Service kaum vorstellen. Der Fahrer, der uns vom Parkplatz abholte, bot uns nie Hilfe mit unserem Gepäck an, sondern saß einfach nur da und wartete auf uns. Ich fragte ihn, ob er zum B&B gehörte, und er verneinte, er sei Mitarbeiter des Resorts. „Ach so. Also kein Grund, mehr zu verlangen. Ich treffe mich mit einem Vorgesetzten 🙄, also ist es nur natürlich, dass er mir nicht mit meinem Gepäck hilft!“ Ich ging sogar auf ihn zu, um die gewünschten Informationen zu bekommen. Dieser Service widersprach völlig meinen Erwartungen. Haha! 5 Sterne für die Aussicht, 2 Sterne für den Service.

We stayed one night in between two train journeys. The hotel is located 10 minutes by foot from the train station, which is very convenient. Across the road there are some restaurants which sell tasty noodles. The staff was friendly. The room was VERY small, it was hard to open our suitcases without putting them on the bed. In the pictures of the room, there was a window depicted, but our room didn‘t have one. The hotel states that this room doesn’t come with a window, so the blame must be put on us, but the pictures were nevertheless a bit misleading! We requested a non-smoking room. While there wasn’t any ashtray in the room, the walls and furniture smelled of smoke, so somebody definitely smoked there in the past. To sum up: Location and staff is great, but the room was small, without windows and smelled of smoke.

Nice and comfy hotel with a great bed and hot shower. The shower room is a little dated but good enough. The breakfast gets hit quite hard by the early risers heading out on trips but we had some fruit and eggs etc around 9am as we were spending the day in the city There's no coffee, bring your own! Plenty of lukin coffee shops around that can be delivered to your room. Great food streets about. This was an excellent price, my only real criticism was that such a big western brand still allows smoking in public areas. Literally guys smoking at the breakfast buffet. We booked a non smoking room and it was non smoking, only the communal areas seem affected. We would stay here again!

The hotel in not the Mercure hotel and is abusing the name in the English version of the posting in Trip.com. There is no sign on the hotel shovin the Mercure name which makes difficult to identify it, also because the entrance is definitely nothing like a Mercure hotel would show. A couple of block down the street there is a hotel with big Mercure sign. I can guess this one got in trouble and now nowhere shows the brand name apart than in the catchy post on Trip, and the reception denies that they are the Mercure. Apart of that the place is a chimney only suitable for heavy smokers and smoke preservation. I had to go through a number of rooms to get one where I could try to breath without choking. It is obvious that any smoke detection system is permanently disabled and therefore the place is at extremely high risk of fire. Apart of this the place is underpriced for a legitimate Mercure hotel, but largely overpriced for the nearly 2 stars place they are. Despite the troubles, the personnel did their best to maintain a good level of service and tried their best to accommodate, including offering free cancellation.
